Although, the movie ranked third in the box office now, but the admissions are far less then "Money" which already surpassed 1M while Jo Pil Ho haven't even reach 200k...

I don't know....if the movie wasn't using Sewol ferry incident as the background, will the audiences be more welcoming?

But, that theme, in a way, is what made the movie different from other "bad cop" movies.

 

From what I've read (if I'm not mistaken), most reviews critized how the movie couldn't live up to its ambitious premise... At least, most of them praised LSK's acting...

 

I sincerely hope Parasite will be well received. Also hopefully, Kingmaker will be released soon after finishing the production and doesn't have to sit for two years like The Dawning Rage...

Thanks for the link to that interview. I swear LSK seems to do more sex scenes than romantic scenes these days. 

 

If he accepts the drama, I won't mind if it is directed by Kim Seok Yoon, the PD who directed Radiant and My Wife's Having an Affair This Week. He's a great director with a quirky style.

You're right, that's very little of him in the first trailer.  But what an intriguing preview!

 

Isn't this a very creepy poster? I know they said it's not a horror movie, but such poster alone is usually enough to make me stay the hell away from the movie. Not this time though.

Haha, yes... If I didn't know it's a family movie, by just looking at the poster I would guess it's a dark comedy thriller/horror 

Both the trailer and the poster are unusual but intriguing.

Hoping they will release more teasers with more LSK...

Anyway, LSK character name is Park Dong Ik... Related to Park Dong Hoon?
