Off Topic: is that VJ Kwon from Running Man? Yoo Jae Suk's official VJ? really small world for K Variety shows :D

 

Appa Song really seems slimmer now, compared to how he looks a month ago. Not surprising as his new drama will be starting filming soon.

Yeah, Song Il Gook looks great these days. That weird looking fish paste does wonders to him! He also looks a lot younger to me, especially in his interview parts. I’m glad he’s successful with his diet after months of struggling.

@Maldita2005, appa SIK can lose weight over night.  

@Miree, yup appa is looking better these days.  SIK always looks better when he's thinner.  that's why I was head over heel falling in love with the skinny Michael King in AMCG.  :wub: Hmm...talking about it, i'll start rewatching it tonight  :D

Song Triplets Compete in Paper Boat Race on “Superman Returns”

On the upcoming episode of “Superman Returns,” the Song triplets will participate in a paper boat race!

Daehan, Minguk, Manse, and Song Il Kook make a boat out of cardboard boxes and basic supplies. At first, Song Il Kook thinks the boat will be easy to build. When they start building, however, he falls into a state of shock as he realizes how difficult it is. They have a total of four hours to build their boat, and the triplets turn out to be quite a distraction.

Manse starts out completely uninterested in boat building, and makes his dad even more stressed when he loses his shoes in a nearby playground.

Then, Minguk suddenly tells his dad that he needs to go to the bathroom urgently when Song Il Kook is in the middle of building the most important part of the ship. At the same time, Manse urges his dad to bring him his T-Rex toy.

Later, the triplets thankfully(?) spot their neighboring teams’ boats and leaves Song Il Kook’s side which gives him more time to build the boat.

To find out how they do in the paper boat race, watch the next episode of “Superman Returns” airing on August 30 at 4:50 p.m. KST.

On August 30, KBS 2TV‘s “Superman Returns” aired their “Extravagant Outing” episode.

In this episode, Song Il Gook entered a paper boat race with his triplets, Daehan, Minguk, and Manse. After planning and designing the boat, Song Il Gook was able to complete the paper boat with the help of those around him, despite heavy distraction from the triplets.

Once the Daehan Minguk Manse Ferry had all of the passengers aboard, the race began. In the end, Song Il Gook and his triplets placed second. Song Il Gook was unable to hide his satisfied grin as he yelled, “We won second place!”

The three triplets were also seen celebrating their win with a hive-five with their father.
