I just feel sad of the hateful comment about IU and LJG. I just want both of them happy and enjoy their relationship whatever it's called, friendship, couple, soulmate, whatevs (but still I want them to be a couple, hehe..). They respect and care each other. As everybody said before, you could see it in their eyes.

@ellebanana Don't be sad. Our Jieunie nor our Joongi have unfollowed each other in IG. And ALL of us have witnessed the genuine affection between them -- the accepted skin ship, the stolen glances, the eye smiles, the praise, the support -- all of it. You can't fake any of that. And all of this has been recorded on video. It's not a second hand story we've been passing to each other in the thread. They have something very special and precious between them, and regardless of the stage that it's in, it's apparent it would take a LOT for either of them to walk away from one another.  And even with Namoo's press release stating they are close colleagues, it's a statement that they felt HAD to be generated in order to protect Joongi, and tangentially, our IU.

In fact, please look at the following article below on the original Scarlet Heart couple -- Nicky Wu and Cecilia Liu. They also denied their relationship at the beginning...AND LOOK AT THEM NOW.

It is unfortunate but inevitable that some people impose their own biases or prejudices on other people. That's why some posters say they do not WANT JoonGI to date IU or demand that he stay away from her (for what reason, they only know), like they can dictate on other people's lives.

At the end of the day, it all boils down to what and how JoonGi and IU feel for each other. Being close colleagues and friends at this stage is good because it is the best foundation for whatever relationship they may have in the future. For as long as JoonGi does not take a step back from IU at this stage and he stays as her cheerleader and supporter even in the background, this will prove that he will be there for her in good and in bad times.

Only time will tell where this will all lead. Our rollercoaster ride as shippers has just started so let's hold on tight and enjoy the ride. Keep the faith.

Taking a feels trip back to Goryeo. 

What I love about SoSoo is that their love is an uphill battle. Starting with cute little bickering, we also get to see heartbreaking moments. The obstacles that their love faces are more challenging day by day. I think that reflects reality very well. Our problems are never going to be easier. Because we have learnt to overcome past hurdles. 

The JoonU crumbs these past few weeks have been sweet. Now there is a long road ahead. But I am sure both of them will overcome the storm. Just like how SoSoo did.

thank u for ur explanation @starcandy0516, so now i get the picture that in Knet industry whenever there are rumors, gossips or scandals the reporters can not ask the celebrities themself because everything has to go through their agencies, am i right? 

so i guess from now on we will not see je&jg so called "fan service" anymore since probably they will lay low,  its ok as far as they still caring for each other we dont have to know abt it hehe..even though i will miss seeing them 2gether or even get crumbs or cake.

I haven't visited this thread for 2 weeks, and look what happened.

Gotta be honest, I'm happy that IU broke up with Jang Ki Ha. Not that I don't respect him or I'm being happy over other people's suffering, but because this means the chance for IU and Lee Jun Ki to be real is bigger.

In my heart I believe that they are already together, probably I'm just one from the many lovely members of this thread.

When I first started shipping them, it was because I just feel there's awesome chemistry between them. And then because at least LJK is attracted, hard, I'm sure. Then they came to each other event and I started to believe that they are real.

I do feel sad that there are some people who reacted negatively with the breaking up news and attacked LJK's IG account with bad comments. That is very childish, and made his agency had to release a neutralizing statement.

Anyway, I'm very happy, have no doubt that this ship is sailing, and looking forward for further evidence/interactions between IU and LJK :3

I am sad that others are very critical of the situation. The hate is too much, okay the word that i used was too much but all these not good comments coming out just because IU and KH parted ways is beyond me. OMG these people. No one can dictate anyone, the separation was their personal decision. These people who talk as if they know the real situation are funny. What's sad is all of these happenings is affecting IU and others who are being included in this very unfortunate situation. These poor stars must be having a hard time right now. I hope they know that there maybe immature and unreasonable fans but their number is nothing and that their true and loyal followers will always be there to support them no matter what.

I'm still reeling from all the happenings these past few days I haven't collected my thoughts just yet. One things for sure, if I was a casual fan of these two before, I love them fiercely now. I have zero doubt that they will survive this storm together and come out better and stronger than before. I have faith. JG did say that their love transcends time and space.

Indeed they have something special and because of that they make us ship them very hard. I don't know very much about them before. I only know LJG from SWWTN and I only know IU from Running Man (guest). I like them because even though they are a very big star, but they still humble and care about their fan very much. I am not their fan TBH,  but I am their "chemistry" fan

There's this incredibly frustrating thing that happens with Internet drama where ethical concerns wind up removing nuance from conversation altogether. E.g. Flooding Joongi's instagram and accusing Jieun of cheating/LJG of causing the break-up is obviously out of line. So then the argument against that behaviour becomes "the idea that there's anything non-platonic going on is WILD! PREPOSTEROUS!! UNTHINKABLE!!!" because people want to put complete responsibility on the wrongdoers (understandably). Realistically, though, it isn't that black and white. Suspicion about IU/LJG's relationship didn't just come out of nowhere. It came out of IU and LJG repeatedly flaunting their closeness.

Also, it's funny that Lee Hwi Jae is being blamed for exacerbating drama when that "Best Couple" interview is actually one of the best examples of JoonU being weirdos. Like, LHJ suggests their relationship is suspicious and then asks about their drinking sessions. So, in response to this "suspicious" implication, naturally Joongi starts going on about how beautiful Jieun is in their off hours (???) Plain bizarre, frankly. But that's none of my business...

Of course they have to deny the dating rumors... coz they are not dating yet, but still in the courtship stage They cannot start dating before this because JE was still attached to JKH. But now that the break-up is announced and official, she is now single and available, so JG and JE can now actually start dating! Yay!!

I'm not worried at all about the development and whatever is going on right now. Whether the break-up news is now or months later, there bound to be gossips and rumors that bash JE, and whomever she is close to at that time. Just so happen that she is close to JG now because of MLSHR. But even that, I think it's a blessing because they for sure will communicate more with each other because of this issue. More communication means more chances to bond together and develop relationship, no? *BBJX miracle come true!!* And I'm happy that they do acknowledge that they are close friends, coz that's the right steps anyway to a stable good healthy long-lasting relationship, rather than a love-at-first-sight (sorry coz I personally don't believe in it).
