It is not the first time Yun Won Hyeong had accused Ok Nyeo being an insurgent to a treasonable plot. In Episode 10, the warrant for her arrest & her charge was as an insurgent

From the right hand side line (Chinese script, you read from right to left, top to bottom).....the large font Chinese character "榜" which means Notice then on the 2nd line 1st 2 characters on the  you will see the word " 逆賊" ( Yeok Jeok, 역적 insurgent, traitor) then on the 3rd line 1st 2 characters, you will see "逆謀" (Yeok Mo, 역모  treason or treasonable plot)

Ok Nyeo looking like the mean-looking "red angry bird" sibyl in steadfastness confronts Jeong Nan Jeong to foretell her future demise

Episode 44

Yun Tae Won advocate path for the marginalise commoner against the oppress through the advocating system of Waejibu, as he had believe that the law & the judiciary system is fair & equal to all.....only to find it curtailed by obstacles like the case of Eon Nom versus Jeong Man Ho

Episode 49

Queen Dowager Munjeong pleading on her knees to beg Myeongjong to withdraw his intent to abdicated the throne that she had done all sort of diabolical deeds for him to ascend the throne & not to leave her life in pittance

Episode 11

Yun Won Hyeong very amusing incarceration time in Jeonokseo & he finds that he is at the bottom of the social hierarchy in the prison cell. Great scene that he was beaten up for pretense on when he told who he was 

Episode 29

Jeong Nan Jeong declare that she can't have Ok Nyeo breathing in the same atmosphere as her & steadfast want to end Ok Nyeo lives after Ok Nyeo being such a nuisance hindrance that had created such unpleasantries between them

Episode 33

Myeongjong bellows in cries & tears at his mother Queen Dowager Munjeong to learn that he had ascended a blood stained throne in the expenses of poisoning his elder brother Injong & countless sacrifice of innocent dead Donggungjeon Palace ladies & maids & initially never once harbour aspired ambition for the throne

JNJ is sure know how to use this particular time to execute her plan.

CH, CD and MS go to see YTW and ON without realising they are being followed by Dong Chang. Glad that he is not able to make" the decision" whether to tell his former Head Merchant about ON and TW's location.  Only when he heard that his former employer wanted him to be found that he cancelled the idea.
