I wanted to say false but I can`t. I had a single bad experience but I still remember how upset I was of that currier man. I even told him he was ill-mannered on the phone.

They can be so annoying when they don't arrive on supposed time they should deliver. I mean, why ask which time you're available to receive, when it's not being followed. They can be rude too when they ask for directions.

@MayanEcho, True. People are people to me. I think one of the most admirable things I’ve seen is blind professionals walking down the traffic riddled and busy sidewalks of New York City completely unaccompanied except with the guiding stick and making their own way.
