YR and Gramps are reincarnated.  And, in this life they are fated to be a couple.  BUT, their love is derailed, detoured and debased by their families because they are thought to be siblings.  However, the secret is that they are not blood-related. 

But, this is known only to YR's mother, who was a porn star and switched babies in the hospital because she didn't want her daughter to grow up being know as the daughter of a porn star.  She made fake records showing that the other baby was a pair of twins. (Totally impossible, but so is everything this writer writes.)   So, the baby went home with another family.

Time jump to 20 years later . . .   Ah, you, guys, can fill in with whatever you want.  I'm done with this stupid writer and show.  =))

So it's over? really? finally? I stoped watching a while ago but I kept reading your recaps and comments just to see how more makjung and stupid it could get. I can't believe that I thought at the beginnig of the drama that I didn't give daily dramas their proper attention but boy how was I wrong. I don't think I'll be able to watch another daily drama any time soon.

I thank all of you for the awsome comments. This is the first time that I engage in a drama discussion. I hope we'll all meet again but in a better piece.

I think there is something between the writer and Actress playing YR. He made her a saint in the end after all her evilness. Gosh, how he glorify evil. Just like Samsaengi. Death nullify all yr evilness and all are forgiven by the people who you hurt . What a great moral of a story. A screwup society reflected in this show. Bad moral values for the young watching this show. Anyway, thanks all who are on this thread. It was enjoyable reading this thread. Bye, see you all again. Now, very wary of starting a Kdrama so reading all that are written here first before picking the next dramA to watch. :-h

Thank God the evil skank died in the end instead of being alive n forgiven by everyone n live happily ever after w the others even though she's still remembered for her organ donation to ATJ. But still the worst drama ever, making us hope too much on the SY-JS pairing but then it just lost it's way. Btw, can anyone tell me whatever happened to JS, did he go overseas, forever alone coz he's the worst lead character I've ever met in a drama. Tq. Anyone started the new drama thread "Love Rides the Song" yet? Wanna check it out coz again the casts looks great but.....it may turn into tragedy like this one if the writer suddenly gone crazy during writing. )

haha i'm sorry but the first few minutes of the last episode was kind of funny.  SY who's head is bleeding is hurt and then once YR got hit, SY is fine once again.  LOL.  Her head is bleeding and she doesn't need surgery!!!  And YR running in slow motion to SY with a bouquet of flowers while smiling and then getting hit by a car.  Again, when she is finally sincere, she gets punished for it.  I would understand if YR died when she was still evil, but when she suddenly turned into a saint, she gets killed.  also I'd like to point out the 3 K.O. moment when TJ, SY, and YR are all injured.  I was like, "WOAH.  THE BIGGEST KDRAMA ACCIDENT SCENE.  hit by a car, and then hit again.  before all this, i kinda imagined SY waking up from the dead and walking down the aisle with AJH with a bloody head, or her losing her memory (like a lot of typical dramas), and then only remembering the time when she loved JS(LOL, like that would ever happen.. but i do have a big imagination).  This drama is a joke, really.  And I'm missing a lot of other criticisms, but I would just like to point out one more thing.  Don't you guys find it ironic how the KE/DW couple have no kids even though KE faked her pregnancy earlier in the drama?  I thought that they would end up with kids.  But instead, SK/PC and KE's parents end up with children!  LOL.  My mom was like, "Aren't they too old?"  and i was like, "idk anymore.  anything can happen in this drama.  if the writer made pigs fly, they would actually start flying."  and at the end i still didn't get why the title is "Sincerity Moves Heaven"  how does it move heaven?  is it that evil YR only dies when she becomes sincere?  I don't understand anymore.  
ahh and one more thing...  the beginning of the end credits show past scenes of this drama.  when we see JS/SY couple, i wonder what went wrong because this drama started off really well.  and then from this couple, they add pics of the last half of the drama when the everything got worse.  i might not even watch the next daily drama!  i'm scared that if the next drama starts off well, there's a chance it will start becoming a psycho drama halfway through like this one.

Aaahhhh. It finally ends!! Really, what a CRAPPY drama!!!!!! But one thing the writer got it for sure! The constant crappiness to the end! Man oh man! Gonna miss you guys in this thread. Gotta see you in king's family. Hope not as crappy as this one. ;

what drama threads are most of you guys running to? I currently participate in the King Family and Eun Hee threads. I watch The Heirs also, but the thread here is too much like YTLSS thread was...you can barely comment and discuss with others. It seems they just want to post and repost picture on picture, gifs, clips, and worry about getting another 100 pages. Only 8 episodes and they are already at almost 800 pages. If you blink 30 or 40 new post will happen. I don't have the time to try to keep up with it.
IDK if I will watch another daily drama after this debacle. And Eunhee is far from getting me to change my mind, especially since they got a 30 ep. extension. I like the drama but it's slow as hell and really boring right now. I think I'll watch some old and completed dramas like Sungkyunkwan Scandal. Anyway let me know if there are some good...but short dramas going on. Take care all :-)

Ugly Alert is the best medicine you can get after watching this nightmare. (tho I dont like the male leads acting, the script is awesome)

It's the best daily drama I have seen so far,

Ugly Alert, Good Dokter, and the first half of Scandal were my medicine to not stop watching korean drama's after this nightmare and  "I summon you gold" who got screwed halfway and a few other disasters. I had seen.

I was afraid the korean drama industy lost it's touch, but now we had Ugly Alert(best daily drama, better than Ojakgyo brothers), Good Dokter(ultimate feel good) and Scandal(awesome everything) and a few just solid ones like Scandal (started very well lost its focus) and Heirs (average but not bad)
King's Family and Mirae's choice have potential to be great but also of epic fails, so waiting for there performance.

I hope korean drama industry will be able to keep up the performance of its current production, and won't make anymore crap as this and "I summon you gold" both are on my list for the worst productions. with the difference is that this one was crap during most of its production, where a good and solid I summon you Gold got completly trashed in the last 1/3rd of its production. (which made me feel worse since I invested so much pleasure in the first 2/3rd.)

@deekinthemadwizard   Welcome and thanks for the info. I watched Good Doctor and it was really enjoyable, although the time line was very unrealistic. No way he could learn, adapt, and change in only 3 months. Would have been more believable if everything that happened would have taken 9mo to a year.I was debating earlier this evening whether to watch Scandal, an I have heard a lot of good things about Ugly Alert so I may take a look at both tonight or tomorrow. Again thx :-)

@kdramafan469 I like sungkungwan scandal. It is now on KBS world (repeat) It is similar to a chinese tale Hua Mulan. Maybe I too will go back and watch some of these oldies. Any good oldies to recommend. Am catching up on Eun Hui on soompi thread as well. Not watching on KBS world as it is getting kind of boring. The two lead are both boring character. Why can't they have Eun hui with a tougher stand as she has gone through so much hardship. I like all the previous heroine at the beginning. They start up tough but end up as weakling. Hate it when they change, I.e in Samsaengi and Love, my love and over here in SMH.They lost their sparkle at the end. So hopefully EunHui will be the reverse. Toughen up when she found that someone is trying to harm here and give her 10% of YR cunningness to catch those who are against her. So, meet up with you on EUn Hui............

I am sorry, I ment secret (비밀) as the "awesome one", scandal was good the first somewhat episodes but lost it's touch later on. made a decent comback in the end. so it became an average series.

Whole Good dokter story logically was a joke, but each time you ended with a smile thats why it was just an awesome feel good drama.

I saw this drama on KBS World but never bother to watch it as it has too many episodes. Somehow, b'cos of KangSora, I started watching Ugly Alert and THANK GOODNESS, I am sticking to this 133 episodes as it's the BEST plot daily drama I've followed so far.

After hearing of Sincerity MH rating, I was curious and came over here to check on others input. Looks like SMH & ISYG appealed to the LOCALs BIZZARE taste.

@NewKDramaAddict The Wang Family is really good right now. All the actors/actresses there are doing a great job including the children. I like Eun Hee also but it is VERY slow, and the main female and male leads are quite boring. The story and plot lines are fine, but it lacks a dynamic character or something exciting.
