Even if you watched the leaked version, you would still wanna watch the Taiwan version. The leaked version is the mainland China version where there is a lot of censorship. You end up only watching 2/3 of the real thing and no NGs or other add ons!

I love Jerry and Ella in this drama and have watched every episode at least three times!

I'm a bit confused now...since there was a leak....is it still 14 episodes? Well exactly how many episodes are there?

I have no interest in the leakage version, but I do hope they keep the story the same with no major changes and around 14 episodes, otherwise 25 episodes seems like a huge stretch...and I really don't want a TW drama where everyone just cries for 5 episodes straight. Has anyone heard of them changing the drama because of the leak?

^ I believe the production crew said they wanted to re-film the ending, but I don't think there has been any filming going on yet,

I am loving this drama! I must admit tho, at first when I saw the pairing I thought 'its gonna suck so bad' but i have been hooked on this series since episode one and that hasn't happened since Prince Turns Into A Frog! The chemistry between the two is undeniable and sweet both on and offscreen

Now i'm getting the DWL withdrawals....shucks. Watching Starlit in the mean time. But needless to say, the storyline pales in comparison. Not that great a chemistry.

should i be watching the white tower instead?

it might be harder on you if watch Starlit and The Hospital aka White Tower.

Esp The Hospital, because i honestly had a harder time withdrawing. The ending isn't the happy ever after, but it's up to the viewer to decide if the ending is all for the best or still not for Jerry's character.

The Hospital is the heavier drama, with more politics thrown in, and with more sadness and angst thrown into Jerry's character.

Starlit is melodramatic. Not that heavy compared to TH but i think it's in this series that Jerry has gotten more natural in his acting. I especially cried during that mother-son reunion where no words were exchanged as they ate but both are crying.

In between these 2 dramatic series, Jerry did light hearted ones such as Hot Shot and Down With Love. In DWL, his fans saw he can do comedy as well, but are not at all surprised at his acting chops since Starlit definitely proved that already.

you know it's a pity that the ratings aren't higher as i think this series is much better than P.S. both in storyline and acting cuz you can really feel how much YP loves YG which imo is really rare for a drama as mostly I see how much the girl loves the guy 1st and how much she sacrifices for her till the guy falls for her. i really hope the ratings go up as i wanna see our PG couple unite tho' i know their schedules are busting but aww if Jerry could visit Ella during her album signing with not another DWL event? XD

Usually Viikii.net is the best bet , or mysoju.com , but I found that nowadays to watch DWL on Viikii is impossible due to heavy trafiic ( many got on at the same time )

So go to YT and look for autumnspet account , she is doing great subbing and is very fast too , like episode 9 was on sunday and today she has all the part subbed . Hope this help .

But for DWL , she has only part 1 , part 2 and some of part 3 , no part 4 or 5 . Then continue from part 6 to current episode .

What a pity with the leakage , now the rating has gone down . This is a very light hearted drama with good castings but unfortunately , it could not fight with the piracy so all the hard works from all the casts had gone down the drain .
