I'm usually compasionate and level headed person.

It is just that i hate people who are talking non sense all the time.

Some people are so disrespectful and insensitive of other people's feelings.

Whether you are Japanese, Korean or any nationality,

we are all humans and god gave us the power to think and reason out.

It's just that some people do not know how to use this power properly.

just because the rating came out good and since he's very popular in asia..

kim mung min was wayyy better in acting in hah yan cub tab.

and actors are supposed to be good at acting...

and BYJ is kind of ugly too.

i don't know why he is popular in japan.

japanese people have weird taste..

ji sung is wayyyy better looking than him.

song seong hoon is way better looking that him too.

it's kinda rude to say this about ANY artist in this forum where many fans who adore their idols frequent. it's okay to say YOU dont like BYJ and prefer whoever is attractive to you, maybe cos of their appearances or other abilities. EXAMPLE: IF YOU like song seung hun and ppl bash badly about him and many fans, including you will be pissed to see such bashings about YOUR so-called favorite artist.

EVERY artist, whether YOU like or not, they have their own charms which earned them their fans' support, regardless of their nationalities. They don't need people like you to bash unnecessary comments about them. why waste your energy and be bothered about artists you dont even like? YOU are one funny weird person i would say.

DO REFRAIN from such hurtful and rude comments in future in such forums. we want PEACE and are not into making enemies here.

This is an international forum, and only a MINORITY of people here are actually Korean.

I'm neither Korean nor Japanese, and I feel that your comment is insulting every foreign fan of Korean entertainment. You basically say that no one outside of Korea has a right to be intereseted in K-entertainment.

I'm not Korean, so i can't watch kdrama? I can't watch Korean movies, I can't listen to Korean songs? I can't admire and be fan of a Korean actor/actress, entertainer, singer?

I'm sure that is not what you mean, but that is what you wrote.

Please... SSH fans, DYJ fans, KMM fans.

Step back from all the dung throwing at each other, cool down and use your brains for a few minutes.

Facts:

- The Decision was made by MBC

- some people congratulated their friend in the midst of the ceremony (sort of bad timing :sweatingbullets: but nothing that's worthy of any critizism)

- The choice of what camera to use and who to focus on was MBC's ceremony PD's, NOT SHHs, DYJ or KMM's

- Both KMM and SSH knew how to take the award. Just look into their faces during the acceptance speeches.

There is absolutely NO NEED to get at each other's throats.

For most people here, ENGLISH is not our first language. This will lead to unneccessary misunderstandings (there were a couple already), so please DO NOT take everything that is written as an attack, just because you think it's one. It's better to say "I understood that you said this and this, is that what you wanted to say?". You'll find out that in 99% of the cases, it's a mere misunderstanding.

And as jesw21 pointed out, fans get itchy when their star's under fire - whether that's ar eal fire or just a perceived one.

In this case, I think EVERYONE here in the thread knows that the one who's to blame for this debacle is MBC. It was a political choice. It was money talking.

You didn't see them whacking each other with their prize stattuettes because of the way the ceremony went, so why should we? :sweatingbullets:

So, please show that you all are fans worthy of your favorite star. Just imagine how you'll look in their eyes behaving like you just do, okay? :)

i do feel sorry for ssh. he must be sad to know all the bashings on him.

he must have worked very hard too and even volunteer to cut his fee.

and byj got bashed too through not faults of his.

because fans of kmm thinks only he deserves to win deasang - which i fully agree.

all the problem would not have happened if mbc can be clearer on the awards.

daesang - grand award for acting? superior acting?

top excellence award - for acting? great acting?

excellence award - for acting? good acting?

from what i am reading, only good acting seems to be mentioned often.

why the need for so many awards for acting? i am still confused.

mbc decided to award both for daesang then just deal w/ it and be happy for both can't they?

who made the netizens the boss? geeze louis. and i'm sooo tired of the small number of ppl always compaining about BYJ for no reason and blaming stuff on him just cuz they hold some prejudice against the Japanese. seriously that's just cowardly. it's happy ending for everyone just move on and shut up and watch already.

this is MBC's own award show they get to do whatever they want. dont' like it? then host your own dayam show.

well, no matter how much KMM is disappointed,

at least he doesn't show it like the netizens do. Hurting every single person that they want to.

People can hate MBC all they want,

but I'm sure people will still watch the channel. haha.

MBC's awards night was just a mess. I prefered the ones by KBS & SBS. Hope MBC has learned their lesson.
