Rain breaks 5 years of performance and finally returns home

 

 

"Betadia Night" hosted by Betadia Malaysia has been officially at Axiata Arena in Kuala Lumpur at 8pm on August 27th!

The organizer invited Korean superstar Rain with other Malaysia stars. The strong lineup made the event successful. The free admission to "Betadia Night" made fans even more excited, and soon after the organizer opened the ticket request, they were swept away. Then Betadia asked for additional seats, but the tickets were still quickly sold out. The   popularity of this event was amazing!

 

Yesterday "Betadia Night" kicked off with a wonderful show and cool dances. Rain appeared handsomely in a suit jacket with the cheers of the crowd. This was Rain's first appearance in Malaysia after 2017. After 5 years, he sang his famous song "Gang", and then presented "LA Song", "A Way to Avoid the Sun", "Hip Song" and "Rainism" for the Malaysian audience. The superb singing skills and powerful dance instantly ignited the enthusiasm of the audience. Rain also stepped off the stage to interact with the audience during the songs, which made the audience very happy!

由马来西亚Betadia（保投乐）主办的《Betadia Night》于8月27日晚上8时在吉隆坡亚通体育馆（Axiata Arena）正式引爆！主办单位邀来了国际巨星Rain、大马“铁肺歌后”李佳薇以及“情歌天王”陈势安前来助阵，强大的阵容让这场活动在事前就充满了话题性，不少粉丝更是引颈以待！入场免费的《Betadia Night》更是让粉丝们激动不已，主办单位刚开放索票不久，门票就被一扫而空。随后Betadia徇众要求再度加座，但门票依旧迅速被抢空，热门程度十分惊人！

 

当天晚上,《Betadia Night》以精彩的灯光秀配合炫酷的击鼓舞蹈掀开序幕。之后，韩国天王Rain在众人欢呼声下身穿西装外套帅气登场。这是Rain继2017年后再次登上大马的舞台，暌违5年的他先是带来自己的名曲〈Gang〉，再一口气为大马观众呈献了〈La Song〉、〈躲避太阳的方法〉、〈Hip Song〉以及〈Rainism〉，精湛的唱功和充满力量的舞蹈瞬间点燃了观众们的热情。Rain在歌曲间隙还下台与观众互动，令在场观众激动不已！

Rain went to Malaysia after five years to perform, and immediately greeted a short piece of Chinese: "Long time no see, I'm Rain", which made the atmosphere explode instantly!

 

Rain was sexy on that day. He was only covered by a black suit jacket, and his chest was seen. It was both dynamic and sexy, showing his charms, which made fans filled with happiness. When the music of "Hip Song" started, the button of his jacket was opened, and the strong abdominal muscles were in sight (abs). This provoked the fans to scream loudly.

**** RAIN attending the CJ Night Frieze Seoul on 1 September. This  was an international art fair event. The launch was celebrated in Leeum Museum,hosted by CJ Group. But the real highlight of the night was the endless list of celebrities that dazzled the crowd: RAIN, Lee Byung-hun; Song Seung-heon, RM and J-Hope of BTS, plus Psy. Celebrity sightings continued on Friday at the V.I.P day of Frieze Seoul and KIAF Seoul at COEX. RAIN and Kim Tae-hee were spotted visiting booths at the show at KIAF Seoul. Rain And Mary’s Dance Moves Made High School Students’ Knees Weak

Who could resist his body waves?

 

 

Back in November 2021, Rain had legendary street dancer Mary as a guest on his YouTube channel, Season B Season. It was a huge honor for her since she used to chase him around in middle school!

 

She wasn’t his only fan guesting in the episode. Two different high school dance troupes were also secretly in attendance!  The production staff asked Rain and Mary to comment on old performance videos of theirs while the students secretly watched and received live feedback.

 

Of course, since Rain and Mary weren’t aware the students were only a few meters away from them, they didn’t hold back and were strict with their critique.

 

The students took constructive criticism well, but they also couldn’t help but be affected by the straightforward analysis from their dance idols.

 

Eventually, the students revealed themselves to Rain and Mary, who were immediately embarrassed and apologetic.

 

Thankfully the students were gracious enough to accept all of their comments, and they also volunteered to show how much their dancing skills had improved over the years! Both groups totally impressed Rain and Mary.

 

After seeing their performance, it was only right that the two legendary dancers show off their own freestyle skills! Rain went first. His body waves literally made their knees go weak!

 

Mary followed after memorizing the entire song after just listening to it once! Her isolation moves were enough to almost make the students faint.

 

To finish off the freestyle parade, one of the students decided to show off her popping techniques!

 

It’s rare for dancers to receive such detailed and immediate feedback from their idols. The students looked inspired to continue to learn and grow as performers. What a wonderful memory for them!

And RAIN is one of them. KCON is a major convention and music festival that celebrates Korean pop culture and entertainment, and it includes concerts featuring performances by popular K-pop artists. Before the COVID-19 pandemic, the convention was held each year in countries such as the United States, France, Australia, Mexico, Japan, Thailand, and more—and after a two-year hiatus, KCON resumed holding in-person conventions this past May. This year, the festival is heading to Saudi Arabia for the very first time.
