Funny you should mention Scarlet Heart. As I was watching AOS, I kept thinking that this will go down as an epic drama like Scarlet Heart for me. Even after many years now, it has that special place in my heart that cannot be replaced. I even downloaded both the domestic and international versions. I might not want to watch the ending again, but there are many scenes that I will rewatch, esp. between the OTP. I think AOS will be like that for me too. Will be great if I can like the ending here. Then the epicness will be complete.
Staying away now from the internet and forums to avoid spoilers. See you all much much later. Hopefully in celebration, not in despair

They are scenes from ep.10, like teasers. If you notice, in the preview for ep.10, we have Jang Uk just arriving outside of the building, where Master Heo was wailing to him about Park Jin. That should be before he entered the building and saw the three coffins. The kissing part I am guessing is also a short clip from a longer incident, as in, they will "get married" by the daisy field with Master Lee officiating. Then went to live in that small hut. That's why Jang Uk was late in getting news about the death of the 3 elders.

MDL listed this actress with no character name, only saying it's support role. I'm guessing she will be Jin Seol Ran? If she really appears, and that all these while, JBY is actually JSR, I think she will leave the body and let Naksu occupy it. (It's the actress Moon Suk, who is Wigen from The Uncanny Counter)
Gosh, why do they have to give us the short previews of what's going to happen in next episode at the end of ep.9? I don't feel like watching anymore now that there's a possibility that the 3 seniors are dead. (a possibility, because they can be brought back to life with the ice stone or JBY, I don't know...) This is just like Harry Potters, I stopped caring to read or watch when Dumbledore died.

Stupid Queen, stupid uncle... went into the Guido without thinking whether or not they can get out. Greed is real. And indeed, they didn't come out alive.
Dumb King, Dumb Unanimous Assembly men... they think the one with great power will gladly hand over power to them? LOL
I just knew it, that it's too early for JM's exit. But gosh, I don't like seeing the three coffins up there. And yeah, I also have a guess who are inside
.... but, since this is about AoS, maybe we can have hope of souls returning? How am I going to sleep tonight...
I do have to say that ep.9 feels rushed. Some awkward editing too... Sigh....

Usually, if there's a case of bullying, a panel will be called to investigate and determine the punishment. I know in some countries (SKor included), school-aged children whereabouts have to be accounted for, and they have to go to schools based on districts they live in. In this drama, what I understand and assume is that the parents only have a hold on the gym teacher (maybe he is also their homeroom teacher) and the form submitted by DE was going to go to the principal as well, but intercepted by that teacher (who hit DE). Later on, the parents of PYJ get DE's mother to rewrite the form and sign it in exchange for money. Her signature as a parent naturally carries more weight than DE's. They don’t want it to be recorded in their academic report. That will affect their future schooling and society standing. They’re not afraid of the police because they already have them on their side, but apparently, not the people from education field/ministry yet.

I have tried to refrain from thinking about what kind of ending we will get here and just enjoy the ride, but I guess yes, I do not want an open ending for this drama, despite the Hongs being notorious with this kind of ending. I can name dramas with open ending I hated (although some were wiped out of my memory already) but also a few dramas that did open ending well.

That would be a way to resolve this. I wonder what that shiny blue thing she was about to pick up. What would become the appearance of JBY then if Naksu were to use a new body? Would JBY body be in danger of being petrified though?

Rather random, but that scene revealing the girl at the shaman’s place to be sleeping with the chief from the police, how do you think it relates to the revenge plan? Since our resident spy Kang specifically tailed her to the restaurant.

Why does Jin Mu always get the upper hand? I had enjoyed watching him in ep.7 when he has to kneel and beg others to save him. But today he’s back again with his smirk. Like, what is so special about him that the King listens to him and everyone else like scared of him dare not touch him? When they were in front of the Gwido, I was loudly hoping that someone would just push him through that door and bid him adios amigos.
As we reach the end, I have come to dislike more characters besides the obvious, ie.Yul and the CP. Love the dagger looks that JBY shot the CP regarding Miss Turtle being found abandoned.

They should all be fired. The order sent through YY’s email should not have been processed without her supervisor’s approval. So if they were to trace the fault, it is at HM’s level. It is just so laughable for the purchase department to process an order by an intern. She is not even a contract worker. Just an intern, whose work is still under observation. I hope HM can be found out sabotaging it.

Not sure why but it seems HM doesn’t care what KJ thinks. No one really knows how she treated YY except for KJ. Her main mission was to embarrass YY being a single mother in front of KJ’s family, so that she will never be accepted to the Jang family. Maybe she thought KJ is a person who will listen and follow his parents arrangement, so securing the family’s approval is her best bet.

Since they’re going to pair SJ and HM together anyway, we can only hope HM will eventually learn her lesson and get a personality transplant.

You're right! Wonder what happened to that clip. Yes, HM's dad explained to Grandpa the relationship between YY and HM. He also mentioned something about DJ and HM, I cannot wait to find out with subs.

I don’t think he fears darkness, since he likes to think in the dark at the beginning of the drama. I think it’s the sudden bright light after darkness in the lift that’s hurting his already worsening condition eyes. It seems that he was looking up to the light when it came back on.

She is an orphan. Her late grandmother best friend with DJ’s grandmother. Which is one of the reasons why she wants to stay in the family because she wishes Mirinae to have the love of a family growing up, not end up like her growing up lonely.

I am just so glad I can have a good sleep tonight. This is the one time I welcome and approve a time-jump. So thankful that Hong sisters did not disappoint viewers with crazy ending. Phew!! O-yayyy, this drama is a keeper that I can rewatch!
