Stayed up to watched it! I absolutely love QG as the Demon Goddess! She's so sassy and I just love her fierceness!

Btw: I was very touched and sad by TangBoa's death, and just look at LSY, that's how I felt.

I love, love, love Wallace's expression when QG disconnect their teacher/disciple relationship! It was awesome! He cried, and I just saw the preview - heart palpations! I'm soooo going to be panda eyes tomorrow, it's already 1am but I have to watch the next episode.

@Le_Amarant - I totally agree with you. Admittedly I feel a little uncomfortable if there was anything 'sexual' either advert or implied to QG. I still feel that as his student, and even though it isn't wrong to have these feelings, to act on them, in my opinion is a slightly inappropriate and contravenes QG's trust and love for her Sexy Sifu  I still feel that Liying being QG is not on par or same playing level as her Sexy Sifu. 

On the other hand, if it's the Demon Goddess who sexy and bad, then there's no problem and I will definitely look forward to the sexual chemistry ramped up in the next 2 days (can't wait!!! )

@YangD  - lol yes I did experience the unique weather whilst in Melbourne, It was freezing cold in the morning, rained and then warmed up considerably later in the afternoon. I didn't mind it though because I absolutely love this cafe I found on Little Collin St in Melbourne  So the weather can be forgiven. Incidentally, my friend went a little crazy on Chapel St, with this long line of designer brands which reminded me very much of Oxford St at Paddington.

That would be lovely! I'll look you up when I there, definitely look forward to your Vietnamese coffee (which I love!) I'll treat you to lunch so give me a buzz when you head over to Sydney!

It was never my intention to implicate Wallace or suggest he had anything with the ladies, I'm saying that he isn't quite immune to Frida (NMT) as you would imagine. So it's rather nice to see and know that he's susceptible to 'beauty' like any man.

However, whilst we're on the topic, I totally agree, I also saw his hand on Frida's back, and I thought he was 'waiting' for her, not Liying with this clip. Lol, no I mean Wallace (not BZH) is attracted to Frida (not NMT) in real life. The "look" he gives her is rather telling and quite interesting. Sorry Jolin-Chan I know you ship Wallace and Liying, I'm only noting what I see. There's no reason to look at her direction unless it was part of a scene. When you're attracted to someone you can't help but look at their direction. I haven't seen him give that look to anyone, except Frida  lol, Wallace he couldn't help himself.

@YangD - again! I love BZH's smile  Your leaked photos has really made my day. He can say whatever he wants, banish her, scold her or even stab her as many times he wants but that kiss says it all! Even if Hunan TV decides to cut the scene I'm okay with it because I'm very happy about this scene and confirms, without a doubt, that there relationship has taken on a new level. 

Now I'm smiling just like BZH  

I'm so pleased that I wasn't the only one who saw BZH's eyes convey a hidden message. He really, really missed her and it's so sad that QG didn't know. However, I know the "scar" scene will help her piece the puzzle together and she will know that from thereon every action and conversation will have a different meaning (finally!)

@carmolita - thank you! I agree with you, I feel that I too have waited for the kiss for such a long, long time, almost the end of the drama to be exact.

I will wait eagerly for that scene! I really want to know if it's truly the case that Wallace and Liying didn't stop kissing when the director yelled "cut" and until I see THE KISS, I won't make any further comments. On a side note, I think we're going to be very pleased with this scene and particularly the ending.

No wonder they didn't stop kissing when the director said cut ~ after all the pain and turmoil it feels like they have been waiting for this kiss for a millennium . 

@jolin_chan - hahaha, totally agree you! I mean BZH acts all cool and Clark Gable like, you know frankly I don't give a damn BUT then as soon as he gets whiff of her even being feeling slightly faint he's like Superman lightning fast right by her side  I was so impatient that I watched episode 46 (uncut) without english subtitle but the emotions conveyed by the actors were so good, I actually got the gist of it. I was so heartbroken when he stabbed her with his sword, but then he quickly 'fix' the broken bell. As noted previously, there are so many subtleties with BZH (so grateful that we can see it in the drama) because there are times when I think "oh no, don't do that!" but then somehow he always win me over. For instance, just before he flies off with QG, he takes the bell with him because it represents their relationship. You can see how much he cares for her, and yet QG misunderstands him  *sigh*. I love this Fated Couple! I want them to be happy because they really deserve it.

And come to think of it, every time they spent a moment together, just the two of them only, almost always involving one of them unconcious, caressing the unconcious one, held the unconcious one, sweet talking to the unconcious one, they all so sweet and swoon worthy but for once please let them talk heart to heart of their true feeling, let it came out in the open for the two of them, because everybody else already see what their feeling to each other but just those two who hasn't come clean, so please drama god, make all those spoiler pics of torture, hug, bite, kiss that they both gonna do when none of them is unconcious not being cut cruelly and let us see them all on this last 4 episodes.

@YangD - first thank you very much for the amazing leaked photos of the passionate kiss!  I can't believe it! I am very hopeful that it won't get censored and it's very exciting to to finally see a 'real' kiss, as in a conscious one. 

Despite everyone's disappointment with some of the cut scenes, I'm still very pleased with this week's episode. Another favourite is when BZH catches QG back at Chang Lui. Even though he's saying she needs to confess her wrongdoings etc,. JUST LOOK AT HIS EYES! They looked longingly at QG, so his eyes is saying - I've missed you, how are you, are you well? See how his eyes roams over her face, as though he imprinting her face in his mind and heart. Then he starts to tear up...oh what a wonderful actor! I really love that scene.

Btw: I almost didn't recognise BZH in your avatar, he's smiling so he looks different  

From what I can see, we can really look forward to the rest of the episodes purely focused on our favourite Fated Couple! I would like to compliment the person who've coined that word (I'm sorry I don't know who it was), it's very appropriate and spot on! So I hope you won't mind that I use it.

Me too! I've also watched Frozen Flower, and I couldn't un-see his naked butt  I thought he was amazing in that movie. I was a little uncomfortable with certain scenes (I'm sure you know what I mean). I felt it was a little too in my face. 

I was little surprised when Nicky and Li Shi Shi admitted they were dating then eloped to get married. Although I did see the sparks fly in Incisive Teacher but not before. Btw: I've also watched Gong (with Feng Shuo Feng and Yang Mi). I really enjoyed it and don't judge me but perhaps a little more than BBJX   I actually thought FSF liked Yang Mi, which he did admit later. Can't remember why he didn't act on it because I thought she liked him as well. Anyway, back to TJOF. Perhaps I like SXM because like him, I'm little lazy as well although perhaps not as lax and casual as he is.

On a side note, I actually watched BBJX with Nicky Wu and Li Shi Shi. I cried bucket and recall using a whole box of tissue when Ruoxi died and she sent that wonderfully written farewell / love letter to 4th Prince. For the longest time, I didn't think the productions were well-made or acted previously. However, BBJX completely changed my mind about Chinese dramas, and the rest I shall say is history. I'm still not too keen on Taiwanese dramas, I find them too long. But, I absolutely love korean dramas. I've watched Fated to Love (gosh it was one my favourite) and Spring Days, it was very sad but the main OTP were amazing. I'm a little distracted right now because all my energy and focus is on TJOF. Btw: I also like Jo In Sung. I'm partial to good kissers  and he's very good!

@BaiZiHua.-  thank you for the lovely clip of Wallace's interview. He's much more lively than I expected. Mind you I only have Happy Camp as a benchmark. I felt that he was much more reticent in that clip.

Back to the interview, I feel so sad especially about his childhood. I know it must have cast a shadow over his life and personality. He does come across rather lonely, and as a recluse. Perhaps not necessarily by choice but because of his childhood he doesn't make friend easily, and he's so shy and sensitive. What a world of difference from BZH who exude confidence and epitomises manly beauty..

I'm looking at QG as the Demon Goddess and I must say she does look fantastic in HDTV, and perhaps it's the background because she doesn't look like she's drowning in her red gown anymore. 

What I find hilarious is that there are these intimate scenes depicted as above -, the biting, the caresses and even the skinship, but then if you look at the BTS there is like a gazillion people standing around. So you have the lighting people, directors, general TJOF crew, and most likely the locals staring at them 'acting' out these scenes. Such professionals, I wouldn't be very comfortable having these faces peering at me.

Btw: I kept re-watching the part where he keeps watering the purple flower and practically drowns it. Awww, come on, he definitely misses her and she is very cute. See how he reflects on the time they had together. Goodness, there is so much subtlety and yet jam-packed with emotions. Excellently acted by Wallace. It has rekindled my obsession with TJOF. It generally dies down during the week and as I don't watch the episodes for an extended period because I'm waiting for the English subtitles and then it would kicks off again during the weekend. 

What can I say about SQM, his sacrifice really touched me in this week's episode. I can really understand why so many fans even though they love BZH, would want QG to end up with SQM. He is truly a gentleman and such a loyal friend to QG. If there wasn't BZH then I would definitely love her to end with him. He would really make her happy.

Now to DF, he is truly the 'prodigal son' in this week's episode. Revenge is never a good basis for any relationship and in my view, it generally ends badly. However. I really feel for DF. He is trying very hard to show QG that he is sincere and he no longer wants to seek revenge. Alas, it's too late. QG will forgive him but she'll never chose to love him. But like QG, I can never trust a man who only wanted to get close to me because he "wanted" something. That's too mercenary for my taste.

SXM, gosh if there wasn't BZH - I will marry him on the spot. It's like here this man who's always on the peripheral because well let's face it, it's pretty hard to focus on anyone else when Wallace's beautiful face is around. Certainly I get very distracted  But honestly, I absolutely love this man! He's funny, loyal, non-judgemental, an excellent mediator, good listener, very understanding and more importantly he's smart and not too stubborn! He comes out with these winners with BZH. I love how he accepts BZH and QG ambiguous relationship.

Although I'm taking this with a grain of salt. I'm not usually swayed by entertainment news so I'll wait and see when they officially announce it to the world. But I thought there might be people who may be interested in the "elimination" process.

I can understand why ZLY and Wallace might have been awkward with each other. With all that biting and kissing and intimate scenes, kind of does your head in. It's an unusual love story and not your typical boy meet girl storyline so I believe the actors themselves must have found it a little challenging to distance themselves from the characters they're portraying.

@BaiZiHua - I really like your comments re: QG and BZH. and I totally agree with you. I believe wholeheartedly that QG is still a young girl and to some extent a teenager. And BZH is still a man, a very human one. I firmly believe that we all have our strengths and weaknesses. Our faults are all part and parcel of being human. I don't always agree with both of their methods and approach but I completely understand their intention and importantly where their heart lies. The love they have for one another blinded them from acting rationally (I mean who hasn't been in that situation before). BZH's feelings definitely clouded his judgement because the love he'd developed for the QG is now 100 times, even 1000 times stronger than before. He will be overtly protective and unknowingly jealous of her time and even affection towards other people such as DF. 

I'm watching two people fall in love, where they've made some good choices, and some bad ones, notably they equally made some detrimental mistakes along the way. 

I personally believe BZH will redeem himself nicely in the drama and QG will be re-united with BZH. 

Fresh Guo Guo loves these characters dearly and I know she wouldn't allow QG to disintegrate into dust, and BZH to go insane for 30 years without at least finding QG again. It will be too cruel to even contemplate. Besides I know she'll try to stick to the epilogue for a happy ending in the drama. 

BTW: I really like SXM, and would love to offer some comments on him but it's almost 1am in the morning. I know I definitely won't look as good as Sexy Sifu with my panda eyes so off to bed to get some beauty sleep

Don't worry too much about grammar, readability is much more important and there were so many cute and sweet scenes in the gambling epilogue. Thank you again,@BaiZiHua. Btw: I agree with you, can't stand it if the girl is too weak and allows her partner to get away with everything. Sometimes you can't make it too easy for the guys, besides it does add a little spice to the relationship. 100% support QG when she did the runner on BZH, about time...hehehe 

I really like the part where everyone's like little puppies jumping up and down trying to get QG's attention and BZH doesn't even say or do anything and in fact he ignores QG completely (well, pretending to) But then he secretly goes behind everyone's back and practically pulls the rug under them. As noted by @BaiZiHua, he did something totally against his principles which makes it even more sweet and adorable, good one BZH!

Wow! Everyone is posting like mad, and I love, love, love, it! I just wanted to thank everyone for the lovely pictures, gifs, comments, insights and just about everyone's thoughts and love for this drama.

As we're heading toward the end, well actually more like a sprint, I just wanted to say it's been a wonderful and amazing journey watching this drama with everyone here on this forum. I am absolutely thrilled by the idea that there are people out there who are just as crazy, and mad and obsessed as I am about this drama.

And as commented by @jly31, I didn't think much of Wallace in his previous dramas and roles but here, he made me love BZH (of course Wallace too). 

If I might add that at the end of the day BZH is a man, despite his immortality. His decision are not always right and in regards to QG he's trying to do his best for her but he's no longer impartial. His judgement is now clouded by love and he has a certain protectiveness with streaks of jealousy.

BTW: he is still manages to look fantastic!! 

@Le_Amarant.- I totally agree with you. BZH is far from perfect and in real life, an unlikely suitor for most people.but because QG loves him and accepts him just the way he is, I want QG for BZH and vice versa...

You are very funny! Honestly, I never was interested in Wallace Huo, as noted in my previous post,  to me, he was just another pretty face but I've completely changed my views after TJOF. He's not only good-looking but very talented. I like men who are dedicated, and passionate and serious about their work and in particular their profession. Very sexy. . LOL, I'm exactly like NMT - I'm fangirling him. But as BZH he's perfect in this role and regardless of the kiss I'm very pleased to see moments and scenes of intimacy between the main couple. BZH is such a serious person and rather cold and emotionless so any affection is a rarity and when demonstrated is indeed very sweet to see.

I know exactly what you mean about the lawyers being "right is right" and "wrong is wrong". I work with them everyday and they are exactly as you've described. Nope, don't care if you're having a bad hair day - just get on with the job. Although I do like them, they remind me of BZH 

Anyhow, I think that's why BZH went a little crazy at the end. He'd always believed that no matter what happened QG would want to be with him - dead or alive. He would never have envisioned that she'll curse him.

It must be difficult to remove himself from the character and I know many actors remain in their costumes in order to retain their aura or mindset of the character they're portraying. Each actor has his/her own method of acting and I know in many cases that it's very difficult not to fall for your co-star. Especially when they've been spending day-in, day out for months on end. I also know many directors encourage the main leads to have some time together particularly if there are 'intimate' scenes in order to familiarise themselves, and get comfortable with each other company's so to speak.

@mmrod_04 - lol, same here. I've been madly checking to see if the English subtitles have been updated and I finally got to watch up until episode 40   So whilst everyone madly posting on Sundays and Mondays, there is a lag due to the language barrier. However, it's very nice being spoiled and I always like to know what happens next. Boy so glad I did watch it with subtitles because I've missed so much. Let me rehash this again - I absolutely love the conversation between BZH and DF. I remember at one of my English lessons, I've never forgotten a word my lecturer used which was 'denouement'. It's a french word and if I can best describe it is when the murderer is finally revealed at the end of a mystery. Oxford dictionary:

1. the final resolution of the intricacies of a plot, as of a drama or novel.
2. the place in the plot at which this occurs.
3. the outcome or resolution of a doubtful series of occurrences.

I believe this scene is very important.It demonstrates that BZH does love QG in his heart and mind and definitely through his actions but he can't say it (ending theme song). So my view is that he started to fall for her at the purple flower scene but it's here - the unveiling of BZH feelings. Hence he reacted so strongly and almost out of character, and only DF can easily call him a fraud, and rightly so.
