The special announcement is probably a promo for that Jasmine Tea.
I wish I could see MK3. I really hope it does well at the box office, more than 1 billion. Right now it is in third place for New Year releases but pretty close with second place.

Yes and where are the others eh? She always help her friends and fellow actors and actresses promote their new drama or movie and it is kind of disappointing that the others doesn't even make any effort. Xié Na is her trusted "big brother".
She only has a few very close friends. The other celebs are in friendly terms. Plus they can promote one thing and not another same for ZLY, she sometimes promotes one work of her friend but not another, etc.

He is a bit of everything a driver, a blogger, a writer, a movie director, etc. Only three movies so far and they were all popular. I also liked Duckweed. His stories are usually pretty original.
I have only seen XieNa, Han Han, and Huang Bo. ZLY promotes a lot of her friends.

If you start reading into it, it could be many things. I just saw it as he being good friends with both of them, which he is, and wanting to promote their movie by using clips of movies they did with him. He only has like three movies.

it is easy to confuse bc it translates as a billion but 亿 is actually for a 100 million. I don't know why and chinese numbers tend to confuse me because they are arranged differently than what I am used to. I think they count every 4 zeroes as oppose to 3. I believe a billion would be 10亿.

For those curious, I think The Story of MingLan wont be a boring family drama. It does center around familie issues but there is intrigue and way more romance than people were saying. I think it will be slower at first since there is a lot of people and back story to introduce. I am extra excited
It doesn't really have a second or third lead since she never really cared about anyone else and pretty much same for him. It is just a slow burn romance because they both have trouble trusting others completely. However they are very much a team and help each other. Characters are pretty realistic imo.
I really hope it is able to air this year. All these drama surrounding historical cdramas and SARFT is scaring me. If we look only wuxia like dramas have been able to air on TV. And even some fantasy like historical dramas were moved over to only webdramas. So far all these big name historicals are stuck in limbo. While I think Minglan fits what SARFT seems to want, it is really hard to predict what they will do.

She is not confirmed for any role and I honestly have no seen any rumors besides that one with Huang Bin but it seems far stretched after her interview. I think she is really planning a break. Also Fairy Yuan said that after Minglan she planned on doing some treatment for her bump.
MingLan seems close to finish filming. FSF posted something about not being able to do fanmeetings for MK3 due to "rushing to finish" and when Fairy Yuan mentioned when Minglan is done filming she made it sound like it wasnt far away. FSF is also confirmed already for another drama. At the lastest Minglan is done in March.
I hope she takes some time off. She usually does photoshoots and other light stuff in her time off
She should carefully chose her next project, SARFT has been cracking down on productions and you have to anticipate their moves. I also think she wants to transition out of more idol like roles.
MK3 passes 90M, it will reach 100M before it comes out. I hope it does really well.

Another interview. The most interesting answer for me was that they asked her about why she had done so many dramas and movies in the last five years and she said that she loves doing it.
-If she wasn't limited by gender, she would like to play the Monkey King since she thinks that is the most challenging role.

I also have sensitive skin but so far lancome is good. I have used some Clinique products in the past and they were good too.

Yeah, I think you have to be pretty smart to make the decisions she has made so far and be successful. Luck is important but she took a big role in shaping her current success. She made good decisions about her career and worked tirelessly for the past 5 years.
So true. I wonder why they do it. It is some next level obsession.

of course there are people I like and people I don't like. Sometimes there are actors I don't like and I honestly have no reason not to like them but just their face bothers me. Prime example for me is Andrew Garfield, I even forget his name but the moment I see his face
and I don't have a reason . But I don't bother looking up his stuff, leaving hateful comments, or caring about what he is doing. I just know that for whatever reason I dislike him so I tend to avoid his movies.
