I put this together before the finale week. Features one of my all time favourite song, Hold On by Michael Buble.
Everytime the song came up in my playlist, Kim Jun Hyuk’s face come to mind. The lyrics seems to feel like it’s from his mind.
So here is. Sharing here since I will not be around as much anyway.

when KJH is talking to Ms Lee and confessed that he felt as if he locked CSH in a guilt castle.

Kidding aside, that slow mo run of CSH in the preview is giving me a glimmer of hope that they'll patch things up soon enough in episode 16
Nice prediction! But mine would be like this.
He told her, okay. Let’s break up (since he disagrees when she told him they need too) and left (after a kiss or two, I hope). And then he tendered his resignation and came to see CSH one last time (when he drives her home).
Next day, CSH got his resignation and dashed out of her office.
Kiss and make up time! Or even better, tumble and make up!

Oh my god i totally thought today is Wednesday and was perplexed why there’s no one is live recapping.
finally watched ep 14 today and true to kdrama to a fault, that episode defines calm before storm.
Maybe I will not be around until I catches the penultimate and last episode back to back so enjoy the last moments people!

Wow. Today is mom’s bashing day.
i catched the episode this morning (in my time zone lol) and came to an understanding, since I am also a mom.
KJH’s mom went all out defensive... and I can see where she’s coming from.
When my kids came up to me hurt while playing at a full-with-kids-all-ages playground, my first question would be...
Who hurts you?
Because in my head, my precious child can take care of herself well and she won’t hurt herself just because.
Same like KJH mum’s... she felt that KJH is at disadvantages while being in a relationship with CSH, her precious child is getting hurt by people just because he loves her...she couldn’t accept that and took things with her own hands.
Even if she knows all to well KJH can’t live without CSH and her husband is supporting the couple too.
There would be two possible scenario.
1. She would gradually open her heart for CSH
2. She would never, ever accept her.
If option 1 happens then we can all rejoice.
But if number 2....
Remember Secret Garden? The leads relationship wasn’t approved either but it doesn’t stop them.
So I’m not worried. Not even a slightest bit.

This is a good news for me, even partially. Haha. Who knows if it’s going to be subbed or not
as per the plot, I am also anticipating on how the story will unfold. As @Cedric Ong has said, this is a story even before Qin Shi Huang era (or more accurately its his mother), in the period of warring state. Who knows the version we knew today is the real thing that happened in those era.
Juat like we all knew, its the victor who wrote the history. Not the other way round.

SpoilerThat being said, Lovers in Paris is such a big hit in the heyday that the ending baffled everyone because it was just an imagination of the female lead. But in the end, both leads really met, but the drama ended with them looking at each other.
Dare I hope that the sequence of them meeting at the beachside in Cuba is purely just a scene to be included in the promo? Huhu.
Because we didn’t see them hugging each other too wearing that blue outfir which lead to that damn balcony scene

For the first time in forever, I am thankful for the lack of BTS released with a drama. This way we would always see the actors as their respective character, not as themselves.

Talking about Jin Myung, he really is a mood maker. His personality is a good balance of Jin Hyuk and I think he will play a large role shortening the gap between their family and SH.
SpoilerPO has improved a lot, considering his last outing in Fluttering Warning. His scene with HI is heartwarming. He talked abour her crushing on JH all this while but what about him himself? I find it so bittersweet and he captured the feeling well. Job well done PO! And considering he’s a rapper, his singing voice is not that bad

Rewatching the episodes again, does anybody notice during a flashback scene where CSH send off JWS and her father in law to the car.
In that scene, the only one who was smiling brightly was JWS and he even affectionately tapping her shoulder before going off.
CSH has a blank look on her face and Chairwoman was giving her a serious side look.
I wonder what was happening in that brief scene. I’m hoping for some clarification but am I asking too much?

I beg to disagree. I didn't say he did plan to give all of his shares to her. Now or later. Maybe my words skewed toward that train of thought so I'm sorry for confusing everyone who read it.
Let me arrange my words better. I think he came to Donghwa primarily because he thought that if he gained the hotel, then SH would have no choice but to go to him, since the hotel means everything to her. I also believe he think that he is protecting her right on Donghwa by snatching the hotel himself since he did it without his mother's help. He definitely up to something, and this is implied when he doesn't say a word when his mom asked if he also had the same intention as hers for acquiring Donghwa.
For me, at the end of the episode SH just delivered a slap on his face by ditching the death anniversary event. It means the hotel is no longer everything to her. But KJH is!!!
I can't wait to see how his face contorted with anger when he realised the one who came was Sec Jang and Mr Nam. Serves you right!

Reading all your comment made me think twice about JWS's real motive.
But seeing his actions, his choice of words, and his reaction to JH and SH relationship, he came to Donghwa for SH and himself. AT least at this point in Ep12. He must have been looking at Donghwa as both his and SH exit from Taegyong grasps, especially when he bought all the shares with his personal funds.
He think he's doing it because he loved SH, it's his way of loving her and protecting her but he also didn't realise he was being a jealous a*rse. And remember his face off with JH at the latter neighbourhood? His jaw ticked when JH left him even though all he can say was 'It's cold!' He was fidgeting when JH didn't emerge after the latter dropped SH at her home. His gaze changes when he saw those who were close to SH are appreciating JH.
He is in a denial, that poor clueless lad.
But I didn't totally deny that maybe, MAYBE at some point (giving him a benefit of doubt) he would come around. I am not aware of the writer past work (whether the villains arc of development turn them into a decent person) but everything is possible in Korean drama right?
Especially when we still got 4 more episode to go. Anything can happen. Pray for the best for our leads.

I finally watched Ep12 today and boy, what a rollercoaster ride it is!
We got a honey dripped 11th and bittersweet 12th! My heart couldn’t take it anymore ottokeeee
But two things that need clarification.
1. What incident is the uncle referring when he talked to JWS?
2. And what did KJH mean when he said ‘i had to control myself before’? *i’m getting pervert thoughts here*
And thinking along the line, I think they actually went to boom boom town already... In Cuba that is.
There’s few things implied by both of them that made me think that way. But in the end I also think the opposite (where I shared in the brackets)
1. Sleepy KJH at the airport (but he was tired since he came to Cuba before SH and didn’t get a good night sleep. SH seemed fresh anyway)
2. KJH naughty eyebrow and lip biting at basement (or he just want to have some kind of skinship since they already kissed lots and lots)
3. Their natural skinship without any reservation or awkwardness or even shyness. (But she seemed to have a knack of breaking romantic mood, according to him. Lol. Poor boy)
4. When SH told JH to go since it’s harder to sleep when he’s around. (Or his presence just make her fluttered?)
5. SH wasn’t even shy or awkward lying down together on the bed. (But she did say she can’t sleep because he was bothering her and he confirmed he was being a gentlemen.
6. She naturally pushed him off, without being red faced (but maybe she also pushed him before. Lol poor boy)
7. JH said don’t get excited and she was incredulous by his words (maybe she was shy?)
Pervert thought aside, I personally think physical intimacy is an important aspect in ones love life. Of course, some couple doesn’t get intimate before getting married but putting things into perspective and how South Koreans are living right now... it’s not something bad altogether. Just that if the two are confortable to go ahead, they would. And who am I to go into their blanket
what satisfied me the most was how SH choose JH even though she might lose everything.
I hope JWS realised that by now, because damn. I’ll be the happiest person to wipe that damn smirk on his face when it is announced that SH car has arrived.

Why didn't I notice any CGI? My eyes must've been deceiving me. LOL
About the terminal illness plot line, I personally think that it won't happen. Knowing our writer, it's not her style to make things happen so literally. It may prelude to something bad, but as we can see there's nothing that our leads can't conquer even though it will take some time.
Just like how the girl petted the wolf.. might not kill the beast but having it subdued is good enough isn't it?
Can't wait for todays episode! Fighting everyone!
