What was her answer? Hahaha. Atleast she does not look flustered like KNG.

Fan: To Kim AhJoong-ssi... do you have a boyfriend?

    AhJoong: No, I don't.

    Fan: Then... me...

    MC: How old are you?

    Fan: 19...

AhJoong: It's fine for Noona. Are you mentally ready?

MC: What about her do you like, Kim AhJoong-ssi?

Fan: Her eyes are the prettiest.

Do you know if this interview is before or after Punch?

While filming Punch. Right after that interview, they had to go back to filming, probably for the entire night, the next day and the day after too.

Medical record couldn't be collected more detail. If the want to get this they need to do the autopsy which is quickly refused by the family member which is the criminal. The investigator concluded it as just a reguar accident. They can't do the autopsy without the family consent. Then the next day they just found that the criminal got 2.7 millions in his account. This let them to feel more sure into suspect him. But since the criminal quickly cremated the corpse. They couldn't propose for the autopsy after all. How couldn't she recognize the voices. I think maybe since she didn't know the real voice of the victim. The criminal manipulated his voice to sound like his brother. Even myself couldn't recognize him either, of course I'm not a prosecutor, lol.

I completely disagree on this point. If YooBum could get it, and he's technically an outsider while HeeMin's an insider, one with the law, power over the police officers and even has her own investigators, there is no excuse for why she couldn't get the same information that YooBum had, which required no autopsy at all. In fact, it was just normal readings paramedics always take when they're at the scene. I'm not even asking for information from the autopsy at all. Just angry that she was so careless as to not have the same information as YooBum when she had all the advantages of resources on her side.

If she knew that the body was cold at the time of the accident, there was no way she couldn't have deduced that the accident wasn't the one that caused his death and therefore, she wouldn't have indicted Chef for killing by way of accident and not lost the case.

For the voice, I can let it go. But I'll chalk it up to her not having looped through it enough times.

Yes, the investigators are at fault for not investigating deeper but HeeMin was the one responsible for putting the argument together and determining how much evidence is enough- and she didn't question enough. So in the end, this is her fault. The investigators just do the legwork. She's the one responsible for prosecuting the case - she didn't make it ironclad. To be honest, a lot of her arguments were just based on assumptions/ circumstantial evidence. Nothing very solid or definite.

  3. Call me nasty if you want, but I am on YooBum's side here that it was completely the prosecution's fault that they lost the case.

"Innocent till proven guilty" is the basis of criminal trials and laws and it is the responsibility of HeeMin to prove guilt.

How does HeeMin not know beforehand the medical facts privy to even YooBum when she is assigned her own investigators? How did she not recognise that the voices in the dashcam were from the same person?

It was her case to lose and YooBum's right. The criminal's release was her fault.

(Though I'm not saying that YooBum was right to defend him. But if you think it differently, if YooBum had rejected him, another slimy lawyer would have taken the case up too and the criminal could have gone free too. The  only one who had the absolute power to put away the criminal was the prosecution and not the lawyer. The lawyer just pokes holes. The prosecution was supposed to bring an iron-clad case. )

  4.

I see no preview translations. Take the latter part of the trans with a pinch of salt. I need to get my ears checked.

YooBum: Did you kill your younger brother?

Chef: I'm telling you to make me not guilty.

Guy Prosc: The opposition's lawyer is Lee YooBum. It's certain that he'll be 99% guilty!

    YooBum: We're 99% after all.

HeeJin: Judge, the attorney right now...

Someone: Right now, all the records...

YooBum: The prosecutor and related's opinions are all [somethingsomething (invalid?)].

JaeChan: If he gets out and kills again, it's Hyung's fault you know!

YooBum: Not being able to indict a criminal is the fault of you prosecutors!

    HongJoo: *screams* Jung JaeChan-ssi!

YooBum... is playing a very dangerous game...

  5.   Quote

JaeChan voiceover: "As if we don't know anything... let's not evade. Let's just continue straight ahead."

Okay, I heard the above wrongly and so translated wrongly... I should really go get my ears checked. This is not the first time... eish! Of everything, I only got the "let's not evade" right! :angry::angry::angry::angry::angry::angry::angry:

It should be "Let's not close our eyes. Let's not evade. Let's face it head on."

It does seems like a ripple effect for them, like an electricity that's transferred to the next person who holds her but the plausibility of this idea is why is it only the two of them.  I am hoping that we can get a reasonable explanation why both WT and JC can now dream future events and it's not like they are dreaming the same dreams but sequences from the same event.

I think HongJoo dreams of the original timeline. (1st timeline)

If something there changes, JaeChan dreams that. (2nd timeline)

If something changes in the changed timeline again, WooTak dreams that. (3rd timeline)

So, JaeChan can change HongJoo's dreams, and WooTak can change JaeChan's dreams. But no one else can change WooTak's as yet. Technically, it was JaeChan who saved WooTak from death. No one dreams of what happens if something changes in the third timeline... yet.

Hmm... yeah, interesting. Now Chef is the baddie.

Did you notice, he was kinda smiling / crying when the body was going into the furnace?

Yeah. But some people's mouth's turn upwards when they cry (like Lee YeonHee...) so I wasn't sure...

  7. So about the thwarted deaths,

The lady that HongJoo saved feels like her arm was supposed to be on fire (but of course it isn't now).

And WooTak asked JaeChan if he's ever felt like he died and came back to life, because just before JaeChan averted his traffic accident, he had that very strong sensation. JaeChan said yes. Back in the past, he almost drowned, but was saved by another person.

WooTak had asked if it couldn't be HongJoo and deduces that they gained oracle-dreams because of this fate. But JaeChan insisted that it was a guy, a sturdy guy who liked baseball, definitely not HongJoo.

Duh, we see that it is indeed teenaged HongJoo.

Seems like each time the trio stopped something, someone else / animals die due to the consequences.

It doesn't seem to be because of them changing the dreams.

Earlier, HongJoo saw the chef feeding the kittens chicken. Then the chef and his brother (?) had a traffic accident and the brother died. Later, we see that all the kittens had died.

And in the preview, it seems like chef intended to kill his brother. For the insurance money?? Well, we'll know tomorrow.

  9. Mom sees JaeChan at the bins with the mackerel she gave that bro ruined (pffft) and after some small talk, asks him to come over for breakfasts. Because:

Mom: "You know that our HongJoo's dreams are special right?"

Mom: "If anything happens... our daughter... please protect her."

And we and HongJoo see that mom had laid out her reporter outfit for her on her bed, meaning that she's relenting. After all, no one wins over their child.

While HongJoo hesitates in front of the traffic lights, the  final crossing to SBC, JaeChan sees her and comes to take her hand.

JaeChan voiceover: "As if I don't know anything... let's not evade. Let's just continue straight ahead."

And a flashback shows that JaeChan told her not to be afraid because he'll be there for her. (I think that's what he said... My mom interrupted me then.) And HongJoo starts crying.

HongJoo: "I'm crying because I believe you. Because I feel so relieved. That's what I've been waiting to hear."

  10. HongJoo tries to hold her mom to her "promise" that if she changes that event, she'll let her go back to work. Of course mom never promised anything like that.

For HongJoo, even if it's just a day more, she'd like to be a reporter. But she won't do anything, if mom doesn't agree.

HAHAHHA, WooTak is having a terrible morning with terrible burnt/ spoilt breakfast and Lil' bro is burning JaeChan's while talking to SoYoon. HAHAHAHA!

  11. Mom screamed at WooTak because HongJoo asked him what if he died on the job. He didn't really care much and decides that he'll just do whatever he has to do, since he can just change his death, earning HongJoo's appreciation at the idea.

Of course, mom hates that. She's just terrified for her daughter because the stakes are so high.

HAHA, in the lift, there were gossips about HongJoo being JaeChan's girlfriend or something, a femme fatale, and so HeeMin was being pissy when she saw her.

She and the lady prosecutor were arguing about a drink and drive case, where HeeMin too the side of their boss in deciding to follow the first-come-first-serve order and the other guy took the side of the lady prosecutor. While praying, they were passive aggressively arguing about it (while JaeChan hilariously weaves around them, trying to set the table) and when HeeMin and boss demand for free cider, the lady and guy prosecutor decide that it should be on the tab.

Pfft, they all look to JaeChan who stepped away from the stupid vote and asked HongJoo for her opinions, asking if JaeChan is being cowardly.

HongJoo replied that they're the ones being bullies. Only 20% of Korea identify as Christians, so if 4 out of 5 of them are there as Christians (And this is not a church group or anything), someone must be hiding his true religion. (Guy prosecutor) (In reality, Christians take up about 27% of the population in Korea.)

And she was crying because she missed reporting so much and watching the news and seeing the prosecutors talk about current affairs made her yearn so much for the job she loves.

  12. So HongJoo went to the chicken shop she calls for fried chicken delivery, complaining that the guy gives her short of a while chicken all the time, showing even a skeleton of the chicken she just ate without a certain limb. HAHAHA!

Mom: "Don't mind her. Never mind. Sorry! ...seems to be the hardest word." HAHAHAHA, mom, savage af.

Mom confronts HongJoo for trying to go back to work as a reporter, chiding that she dreamt that she dies on the job (crying here because of Age of Youth 2... eish) and HongJoo replies that her dream can change. Mom shoots back that he said her dreams never change!

But HongJoo says that JaeChan can, so she can too. So she can too. "Did he say that he'll save you?!" She's mom's daughter, so can't mom believe in her more than him?

Mom scolds, "No!" She believes that HongJoo is worse, less able... is more... precious to her (than JaeChan is).

Mom: "You're all I have in this world. Don't make your mom alone. Eo?"

    @xxPeepsxx

In response to your qs, here are my thoughts:

    1. I dont know if they forced the staff to overwork, or its just the staff’s own dedication. Haha. It seems more like the staff’s dedication, esp in Hojin’s case. He does have a team of PDs at his disposal, so if he dabbles so much that it takes up too much of his personal time and rest, its his own choice and his own sense of responsibility that made him go so far... maybe he is a perfectionist and prefers to look at everything on his own.

    2. This is one tricky thing. Ive read some theory that maybe the Harbin special received some complaints from China or something, and they were the ones who requested the removal of Hojin PD. And KBS had no choice but to follow their requests because of relations or something. (?) i think China were offended to some extent about its portrayal in the eps, like the Chinese food stuff or something. Or that could just be nonsense theory, and Hojin was really just promoted by KBS, and moved on for his own career progression.

    3. I think staff rotation is a way of organisation training for existing staff. Its good to have the staff move around and get more exposures and experiences, so maybe that was their intention all along. So the staff can grow and expand their skills, not just limited to one program

    4. & 5. The strike has no relation to whether the staff are overworked or not i think. Read more about the strike in this article linked: http://seoulbeats.com/2017/09/mbc-kbs-media-strike-once-more-with-feeling/

    1. If it were just his perfectionism and extreme sense of responsibility at play, there is no reason why a bunch of staff and himself had to pull their health reports for the management to get their break. You wouldn't even see him get his break, there'd just be news that he collapsed.

    2. I don't believe the theories. But even if it  is true, it speaks to KBS's management's inability to handle criticism and unfair demands. If it's really KBS's idea to promote him like that, again, it's KBS' management's totally stupid management at play. Where is the succession planning??????

    3. Staff rotation is good, but not at the extent of possibly destabalising a current programme. There should be a good ratio of experienced and new, not simply sending a whole bunch somewhere and replacing them with another bunch who are probably clueless how 1N2D is run.

4&5.: If you read my comments, you'd see that I agree that the strike is not about the staff being overworked or not. It's about keeping correct information free for the people of democratic South Korea. And I understand why it's going on.

  14. I love 1 Night 2 Days you know? I even do recaps for them and had been doing so for more than a year.

But I have to say that I hate the KBS management. My god, they are useless. It's like they have no idea of the word called 'planning' or even management.

    1. Why are they overworking their staff to the point that Yoo HoJin and colleagues have to stuff their terrible health records in their faces before letting them take a rest?

    2. Why'd they suddenly change the main PD without any foreword??? Some companies, organisations and even teams do succession planning years in advance and this just looked like the head of KBS decided the switch while he was taking a crap.

    3. Why all the staff changes??

    4. What were they doing that the KBS journalists felt the oppression so bad that they had to strike for the sake of their professional integrity? It's not even just because they don't like their pay. It's because they feel they can't do the work they're supposed to do!

    5. I get that KBS is a public station and so the president's administration will have a say in it. Tamper or dull the criticisms all you want, but don't oppress your journalists from stating the truth, even if you madate that they do in a less harshful way. The core of a democratic society like in Korea is the free availability of correct information for the layman to make his decisions. And the KBS journalists swore to that.

The KBS president should step down, though yes, of course, the next one could be just as bad. But when the current one's already proved to have something wrong with his values, why not try someone else. Maybe Moon JaeIn could prove better. He's already coming off as better than Park GeunHye - adopting a mutt, encouraging holidays... etc.

I dunno. I just want my boys back. But I want the production that were like family to be back too. I need the 1N2D family intact. But not at the cost of truth.

  16. Detective Choi: As I thought. Now this is more like it. I get it immediately. So your wife betrayed you, how upset must you be?

Detective Choi: Why did that wife-person do that?

Detective Choi: Right, look here, at my fist for a bit. The wife that you love suddenly fainted and lost consciousness. The moment you saw your collapsed wife you definitely said, "I didn't do that", BUT! She sued against you. Prosecutor! Is this only weird to me?

    That guy: Yes?

Detective Choi: To me... this one. Mm? "I didn't hit her", "I definitely said that". This one. I've... caught you huh.

  17. HongJoo: But, why did you come find me? While Park JunMo's indictment is still fresh?

JaeChan: I wasn't finding you! I just met you though?

HongJoo: Mmmm~! So then what's the apron about? It seems like you borrowed it from our store though? Is it to co-ordinate (for style)? To keep the warmth?

HongJoo: You said that my cheers sounded like threats so you don't like them, right? In case you fail and disappoint me?

JaeChan: Aigoo. Yes, I hate it.

HongJoo: Tsk. Aiyoo. Stop it. I'll release it.

HongJoo: I don't get disappointed. If you did it and did well, I'm thankful. And even if you couldn't but did your best, I'd be thankful too. Why would I be disappointed?

HongJoo: Therefore, don't dislike my cheers.

    HongJoo: Hwaiting~

    JaeChan: Thank you.
