TVN omitted many parts that aren't safe for the entire human race. LOL. I thought the same too, feeling frustrated at first because they didn't include BTS as in the preview and ShinTak passionate kiss scene, as well as other lovey dovey moment. I guess it's because of one thing; everything Gong Yoo and Goeun did behind the screen is spazzworthy. 

We think we have none to talk about, but we actually have plenty. There are several moments in various occasions where Gong Yoo always can't take his eyes off Goeun. Based from these 2 special episodes, it looked like Gong Yoo's focus is only to one direction. I'm gonna include gif along starting from Quebec until the latest eps. I put it in spoiler because this post is quite lengthy.

The crew cannot say what's going on between our OTP but by putting it that way instead of flat out saying nothing is going on,  they just confirmed that "something" is definitely going on between Jichul-ah and GoEun-ah.  Ooohhh, that thought made me smile from ear to ear.

last nite among all inhouse Award given (award was Goblin stuff toy), the ONE award they didnt churn out was Best Kiss. know why? the 2 Best Kisses in the show, they didnt give us the BTS behind the 3 Best kisses in the show.

to have one solid BEST OF ALL KISS and the skinship scenes eg. Ski Resort back hug sure got bts? Instant Photo booth kissing sure got bts... bed scene of both lying on bed peacefully on their wedding nite, or ET summon him under bed sheet... no bts?

so far to pacifer fans and make it not obvious, since they will load Wangsun kissing scene. they cannot don't load the 3 more hot ShinTak kisses scene. so they load the most cute and harmless kisses, the Buckwheat field first kiss and the Drunken kiss that Shin kissed her, ...
yet the 3 most ardent intensed Kisses TvN didnt give us the BTS of:
1) the Rooftop intensed kiss before Shin led Park Joong-heon back to rooftop and die after pulling sword out of his sword. That was the first intensed kiss Shin gave to Euntak from the bottom of his heart, the unique kiss of GongYoo's signature. a Parting kiss, in case he might never have misfortunated ends-kiss.

2) second kiss was at Quebec infront of Christmas deco shop, where ET afrer remembered Shin, shouted missing him, he pulled her back embraced ... that holding her neck...was another forceful one that he can't bear to see her heartbreaking cries for him, that rewarding comforting kiss.

3) the most covet of all kiss, no Ship should forget kiss of all kisses, is that Pre-making out kiss after the sofa kisses. even if they withhold teh real one Shin lay ontop of Euntak (aka Gongyoo lie on top of GoEun). at least they can give us the bts of Euntak (Goeun) jump on GongYoo and she kissed him or GoEun lean over Gongyoo on the sofa.. or Gongyoo kissed Goeun's eyes those pre-making out scenes... whih we know they are already included in the main plot.

it is thru Healer bts and W-2words bts , that shippers are very sure something did spark off .. so Goblin bts need to be hidden is far too suspicous for such a channel like TvN who are shamelessly cash in on skinship and kisses.. remember how they cash in on Reply88, Park Bogum and Hyeri's kisses? correct? is TvN that shy to exclude hot-kisses, or that stupid not to use hot-kisses to draw shipper-fans spend on merchardise ?TvN is neither coy nor stupid.

yet TvN which supposed to be more daring than KBS, when KBS even gave us the many hugging nonstop skinship scenes bts around Healer's OTP bed-scenes.. around the bed, under bed-sheet joking around bts...
TvN should have excel and gave us more than what conservative KBS or SBS can give.. since TvN basically need to lure fans by cable.. too 'moronic" not to use Their Supposed to be SECRET weapon scene..

Aaarrghh yes that's what i've been think for a few day to make them (GY-KGE) knows a millions people wants to see them together..... how lucky "someone" i'm not live in Korea.. if i do i'll do crazy things, like puts a big banner in front of GY's house (stalks and find his adress first ofcourse) or Infront of his management building, infront of KGE's house with msg.

Finally after months of following this drama and this couple forum i finally brave myself to leave my post here. Mianhe chingus its going to be one lenghty post as this probably my first and last post here.

 

I start my Korean drama obsession in 2009 thanks to Boys Over Flowers. I knew about Winter Sonata and Autumn in My Hearts way before that but i didn't get the hype as I am very particular about the drama I watch. I dont do action/thriller, I am not interested with saeguk, I hate makjang and i am not into crossdressing drama. I only watch rom-com with seasoned actors in it. Hence the limited numbers of kdrama under my sleeves.

I am not a fan of GY and KGE before. In fact I don't have any favorite actors/actresses to be exact. I watched drama if the premise is good and when the chemistry is on point. But I did watch some of GY movies and BIG (one of my fave drama despite the horrible ending. Seriously Hong Sisters?) and l like KGE in CITT. And her chemistry with PHJ is quite good there. So it's understandable why lot of people shipped her with him. KGE is like a young GHJ to me. Yup she's not that pretty as per Korean standard of beauty but she's very charming. And charming people tend to have bright future ahead. I mean look at Bae Donna, Gong Hyo Jin, Kim Min Hee, Kim Sun Ah. Well respected A listers with their unique beauty to boot.

Initially I signed for LOTBS but little did I know that I end up with Goblin. I am quite familiar with LMH previous works and I love JJH in MYFTS. I am sucker for rom com with supernatural element thus I am so looking forward for their pairing. I read about Goblin from DB but I am not a fan of KES and her cheesiness (of all her works I only watched Secret Garden) and the premise sounds too dark for my liking. I know LDW is one of the cast and I love him in Wild Romance but that's it. So while waiting for LOTBS new episode I gave Goblin a chance and whoa I am all hooked!!

I think someone has mentioned here, that us the Libran tend to sense something that other people might not realize it at first. This is my personal opinion so please don't hate me for this but I think can easily sense real chemistry on top of reel chemistry. Starting from LMH-GHS in BOF (I strongly believe they like each other for real but LMH just shoot to stardom due to the popularity drama so the rest is history), YEH-KJH in Lie To Me (did they actually date for real?), LMH-PMY in City Hunter (they did date for a while), YIN-JHW in QIHM ( you guys know the story right?), GHJ-SJS in TMS (I just read later it was actually SJS who didn't make the first move. Too bad) For other kdrama that I didn't mentioned here I believe some also have explosive chemistry between the leads but couldn't comment further as I yet to watch them. Perhaps you guys can recommend me any drama that can make my heart flutter in order for me to cure my Goblin withdrawal syndrome?

After my TMS ship sunk in the middle of the sea, I was so devastated to the point that I took a break from kdrama from 2014 until last year. It hurt me so bad so I promised myself I won't ship any couple. So during my kdrama break I healed myself by watching Taiwanese drama, Chinese drama and Jdorama. Speaking of Jdorama I watched "From 5 to 9" and gosh Satomi and Yamapi explosive chemistry is so on point I couldn't help myself but to secretly ship them. And I think this is the one and only from reel-to-real drama couple under my radar that sail smoothly because a year after the drama ended there were lots of rumors about them; from watching concert together, flying together and visiting each other house. Shipping Jdorama couple even harder than kdrama couple. There's no fan cam. We very much rely on the drama itself and BTS footage that only released four months later. And pray that one day we woke up with official announcement from both agencies (which i dont think it will happened anytime soon as JE such *&^%@ with their talent) Such a bitter sweet journey but at least we got something out of nothing. So you guys might give a try hehe

 

 

I really want to join the #GoingToHell community here i really do but I am in denial with this ship as I am still traumatized with my previous TMS couple ( I can see my fellow SoGonger here *wave hand*) its been years already but the scar is there. I keep telling myself that they both a very professional movie actors that just doing their job. And due to huge age gap between them their closeness merely a oppa-dongseng relationship. But after watching all the PC video, fan cam, BTS, Special EP and read so many articles about the them i can't  help but to questioned myself. So many things intrigued me; 

1. When GY been asked which actress he want to work in the future and he mentioned KGE. And he said she's charming. I wonder what he mean by that. Is he talking about herself or he is talking about her role? I found this interesting because correct me if I'm wrong but i couldnt recall any seasoned actors that says they want to work with rookie actress. And then he mentioned about how she made her first appearance at Chungmuro and enjoyed watching her in China Town. Did he follow her since "The Muse"? And he did said in his interview before that he liked tomboyish woman with feminine twist and i found this description fit KGE perfectly. So can i just make some conclusion here that he found her charming as she meet his ideal type of woman?

2. KGE admitted that her love for Coffee Prince and watch it over and over again. The statement kind of subjective as she actually talk about the drama in general and the director but we all know that one of the reason we suck into the drama because of the main leads right? And she admitted later during the PC that she was his fan and been following his works for quite sometimes. This is like fangirl dream came true i must say.

3. KGE been cast for the Goblin's bride. Its kind of unpredictable choice to me because knowing KES she only went for star-studded actress and looking at her previous heroins i can understand why people also as confused as i am. I know she well-known rising movie stars but she only did one drama and you guys know how controversial the drama is. TvN might favors her but what about KES herself? Some said that TvN suggest her but to me seems like the hero himself want KGE to act with him because (back to No.1) he read the script, he found out that KGE can fit the role and get KES to scout her. End of story.

4. I am quite surprised when i found out from the Special EP they are so close with each other even during their first filming in Canada. I mean hello you guys just know each other for few weeks only? How come you guys can be so touchy feely? I remember watching BTS of LOTBS in Spain. How awkward LMH and JJH with each other at the early stage of filming. But these two aigoo. Then i read the articles about the "Blood" couple whose now happily married, how AJH mentioned that right after the confirmation of the cast, the director called them for private dinner between the casts. And during the dinner he was so smitten with GHS beauty (yeah so sweet make me diabetes) so can i say that they already close with each other months before that? And did you guys notice that during the Goblin script reading they enter the room together (as if they come together in one car) and how color coordinated they are? How suspicious.

5. While watching the drama i couldnt help but to admit that their chemistry is good. But like i said i am in denial as i promised myself that i dont want to ship any couple. Until i watched their raw BTS for the BR cake scene. There was no subtitle so i wonder why GY make a straight face while the other two (LDW and SJ) laughing like crazy. What did KGE has said that make him so pissed off to the point that he cant even smile? When the subtitle came out then i know. I believed she purposely mentioned GR to play around or to tease (*cough*someone) but duh GY do you need to be THAT angry?

6. Then came another BTS for sweet potato scene. KGE and her hotpack-jealousy-strike-back). We all can see how angry he is by the way he asked the camera man to stop recording. The face and the voice. Even when KGE tell him that he shouldnt be mad as he is old enough but still we can see from his face he still pissed off. If this just for them to play around with each other, whats with that face and attitude? Duh GY you are too obvious i cant even. And I dont know if you guys noticed or not there's another BTS (when SJ laying on the bed mourning over the death of his grandpa) here also you can see that GY is not as cheerful as he was when with her. Perhaps he's not really well that day. Then i realized that LDW is stand next to KGE so can we take a wild guess huh?

7. As i mentioned previously since i am in denial i kept telling myself that they are close just like brother and sister until i watched the latest Sp episode whereas GY want KGE to addressed him casually by calling his real name. I was WHAT DID I HEARD just now? I am like seriously? He's like 12 years older than her and he asked her what????? If he really treat her like his little sister i dont think she will get this privilage to call him by his real name? Everyone know how sacred is the seniority thingy in Korean culture (Thats why i keep telling my husband that none of us can work there as our community is not very particular about that. We cant even survived in that kind of culture. Not even a day) Remember when article about Bora summoning GY came out and knetz went berserk and cursed her just because she's not properly addressed him? And here he is, the guy himself pretend that he was same age as his crush and ask her to call him by his real name. Tsk tsk. Ji Chul yaa you really fell hard for this girl huh.

8.So refer back to point No.7, we know that Canada scene is the earliest scene for the drama but how come these two are so close with each other to the point that GY want her to address him casually. For people who only know each other for short period of time, for me this is something big. Perhaps any of GY fan can enlighten me on this part? Did he treat his previous co-stars like this? So back to point No.1 and No.2 i believed they already have mutual feeling towards each other from the get go; GY admired her when he first saw her at Chungmuro (or while watching her in her movie) while KGE fond him as one of her fave actor. And i believed they already build their relationship from the moment they finalized the drama cast. And somewhere along the way the became close. So here's my take on KGE dating news;

I am kinda suspicious why suddenly Hodu & U announce the relationship between these two out of the blue. I mean normally agency will only do that if there's any rumors or photos that has been leaked out by the media. Come on, the guy even said that he's not in relationship a week before. Then why out of sudden they said they are dating. How suspicious. Could it be; they trying to build a wall between KGE and GY? Someone mentioned about KGE ex-boyfriend who still cant get over her. Perhaps, they trying to protect her from this guy hence the fabricated relationship? Seriously i seems fabricated to me. Like what you guys has mentioned, GY is too gentleman to act touchy feely like that with somebody's girlfriend. And they practically cling to each other like nobody business tell me that she indeed a single person.

9. During the Goblin PC, when the MC asked KGE about her bf, and how GY face seems so pissed off while the other cast dont even bother about it (seriously its too obvious for us not to notice) I mean i know GY hate personal question but by right this question is not for him so why bother? The way he says "yes!" right after the MC ask him obviously sound like he's really not in a good mood. If this personal question is meant for LDW or YIN, i wonder if his reaction would be the same?

10. After i watched Special Episode yesterday now i know why they are so alert with camera man. So back to No.6 when KGE point out to the cameraman and says it still rolling she noticed GY make it too obvious that he was jealous and pissed off. As for SJ handycam moment, even thou LDW already told us that they actually discussing about the song that they are going to sing during the dinner, but i cant help but to wonder why they seems flustered as if they being caught red-handed by SJ. And yeah the scene when LDW told GY and KGE how he was preparing for the kiss scene, but somehow i feel pity for him because these two seems like in their own world. GY should response by looking at LDW but instead he was looking at KGE with honey dripping from his eyes while talking in very sweet voice (when he says "when" i am melting!) poor LDW haha. Seriously i treasured this scene so much!

11.Kiss and romantic moment. GY is veteran actor. Only god know how many time he kissed other women/actresses. And how many romantic scene that he done before. He even had a bed scene with JDY. And we all agreed that he is one hella good kisser. Perhaps one of the best kisser in kdramaland? But I noticed he seems shy/ embarrassed when doing a romantic scene with KGE. We can see his ears and face turned red during the EP15 kiss scene LOL. Even the sofa scene when they seat next to each other, his ears turned red. I never check his BTS from his previous movies/drama so I couldn’t compare but assumed seasoned actor like him should experienced enough to handle this kind of situation? No? And I agree with one of poster here mentioned about the EP15 hot kiss scene. I don’t see lust but I see love. Especially the angel kiss. My feelssssss. I am also very disappointed when they didn’t show the bed scene. Too hot to handle PDnim?

 

12. Fan Cam. BTS footage can be deceiving since they can cut here and there just to make it less obvious but thanks to generous fan cam we can see lots off screen moment between them. I couldn’t recall how many photos/video showing how they stay close to each other. How GY keep on giving the stolen glance at her. Gahh he really cant take his eyes over her doesnt he? And I remember there’s one fan video showed that KGE waved at GY (with flying kiss some more? My eyes could deceiving me) before they leaved the shooting scene. At first I thought she was waving at the fans then I noticed her eyes actually looking at GY car. I cant see him but then I saw his shoe. He’s waiting for KGE to wave him goodbye then only he’s leaving. Ohhkayyyyy

13. Goblin wrap up party. Someone mentioned about it in this forum that we seldom see main cast sit near to each other. But our couple here totally different story. At first she sat in front of him. Then she moved next to him? You guys really inseparable huh? And also from one of the staff photo we can see a glimpse of her looking at his phone (or his hand or whatever under the table) and how their body lean so close to each other (some commentor said its was the director but PDnim was wearing a hoodie and his hair was shorter so) So tell me guys is she really taken?

EP10 - Pojangmacha kiss scene. When ET kissed him back. Why so cuteeeeeeeeeeee

EP13 - The short trip. Seriously that was GY and KGE lovey dovey moment. There's no way KS will laugh like that. And the stolen kiss? KGE you sly girl you

EP14 - Every moment of it because i love to see the sassy KGE interact with GY

EP15 - The scene when two of them seat on the sofa. I keep on repeating this scene because i see GY and KGE not their characters. The way they stare at each other and how they holding hand. And how KGE hand lays on top of his hand. And how she keep on touching his face and make him shy (he indeed embarrassed as his ears turned red LOL) Too raw and natural i can even tell if this merely acting or what.And the scene when they gave each other a peck before she fly back and the airport scene. When he says she's not an angel and he's laughing. Thats GY laugh isnt it?

EP16 - KS pinched JET cheek. It was adlib right? rightttt??

Btw did u guys notice that the tone that KGE used when she whined at GY on how her face looks bigger when they were in Canada was the same tone that she used when she ask for their contract original copy in EP13 and also when she ask GY to let go her hand during the airport scene in EP15? Definitely KGE not JET.

 

 

Yes I am still in denial but from what i saw until now i in denial-ly believed that there really is something between them. With TvN so stingy with their BTS interaction and how they are so alarmed with camera offscreen. And the way LDW and YIN comment about their relationship (will GY and KGE parents tell us about their love story?LOL LDW spare us more) It just that we dont know how far it will go or how long it will last. If nothing happened, i choose to believe like everyone here that they did fall for each other it just that ONLY at the wrong time. Until then, i pray of all of the happiness in the world for them.

P/S: Now i know why KGE choose that wedding photo to be uploaded as her first IG post with caption " happy and thankful"

Like your observations.

LDW is talking about the kiss scene and very excited to tell them about how he is going to act.

He is looking at LDW but it seems GE is saying something so he out his focus on her.

Even when he asked LDW "when" (to do the kiss scene), he didn't turn his head to his direction. 

GE said something and he can't hear it clearly so he asked her "What?" 

 

There is another take for interview GY on how RIN plays Sunny.

The camera is in the right side but when it is more like he keeps taking to GE.

In this scene, GY asked LDW, "Wae??" in a gruff voice. But with GoEun, he asked so gently...he even squinted his eyes...lol. Poor DW...bahahaha. Lover over bro...kekeke.
