If they end up together in real life then we can assume that it was his plan from the start! I mean isn’t it unusual for him to accept a drama straight away after filming two movies without resting? If the female lead was someone else, would he have accepted Doctors offer? My shipper heart is telling me that it was his plan

i believe it was a difficult offer to decline!  did he ever being asked why he wanted to do Doctors?

He is too shy in dancing but he danced excitedly with SH, just looking by the bts. He could have practiced alone his one steps but he grabbed SH while her hair stylist was still fixing her hair and made her swirl
