I have no doubts cheongie will recover from the injury. However, she has lived on land way too long and is not as strong as she used to be. Therefore, I believe it will be more difficult for her to recover.

As SC had suggested to him in an earlier episode, JJ takes the Civil Service test and becomes a prosecutor and the  Team Leader to the unit of his police unit buddies.

Naturally, ND and TO joins the unit, too. ND is the disguise expert  and TO is the IT specialist.

And, SC is home cooking and minding three babies.  (They have their own triplets because the fish species spawn multiple eggs at a time. ) 

As for the corporation, JJ's mom is running the show, aided by SA's brother and SIL. I

In the preview, I think we can feel episode 19 is gonna be eventful and fast-paced. 

PS  I was wondering why MDY was out of the picture in today's episode. But he is back! LOL after all the actor is a good one and expects to be given enough story. His character seemed to be kinda less strong compared to before. 

PS   The Evil is indeed getting a good punishment. I think Koreans Love it when the drama shows a very dramatic public  punishment and embarressment.

LOVE her so much!! She is the most hard working!!  She is the only Korean actress who has accepted to go through all the hardship of playing  a mermaid.

Definitely agree. Her recovery will be slower i believe. I have a feeling she will have to eventually return to water at the end. Her living on land is like a fish flapping on shallow water. She will have to return eventually. I don't mind JJ putting on a merman suit and joining her who says they can't mate underwater muhahahaha...although it may be hard with them tails haha

the preview is so confusing.  I didn't expect to see evil step mother and step bro again.   And what is the kdr scene?  Is that a note on the hospital pillow?

and my local SBS station just aired ep 13, the ep I said I would watch only once (at least the ending with kdr and SW dying) .  IT has the same effect on me every time that I've watched it- just beautiful and heartbreaking
