I think that they mistook. I search Doctors on Naver and they said 17,8 is rating of ep 18 and 19,5 is rating of ep 19. The rating of ep 18 dropped maybe because of GAYO and Moonlight drama (KBS)

I've been having 2 happy months with this forum group. It's enjoyable reading ur comments, thoughts, ideas, pros n cons. I'm literally sad this has to come to an end. I even mentioned it to my daughters and they thought i was overacting.. Yeahh.. every party has its own end.. may us all stay happy healthy.. and hope to see you in another forum.

it's an interview with the writer talking about the success of the drama. the article title looks like it says

could be wrong maybe someone can clarify? the article also includes other reasons like the emotional scenes following grandma's death that led to the popularity of the drama.

There is going to be a wedding scene?!?!? I looooooooooooove this writer and PD-nim if they will fullfill our wishes OMG!!!! I will certainly be looking forward to this writer's future projects for sure!!!  Pleassssse make the ending for this drama a memorable one so I can re-watch it over and over and over again....hahahaahh!!! JH is a masterpiece (He looks sooooooo HOT in pink!!!) and HJ is beautiful with such a kind heart.  They deserve to be happy
