Starts with the last scene when KC shot SM. SM looking at the slowly growing patch of blood on his chest then he just slumped. KC looks at him and leaves. 

SB is lying on the grass near the house thinking he was shot too. KC walks it and talks to a stunned SB

YJ's taxi finally arrives at their area, she runs out. YJ enters the house, she sees SB crying and the paramedics reviving her father. She shouts Appa!

Mom of YJ is cleaning their house, a woman in the house recieves a call and lols distressed. She informs the mom of what happened.

YJ is in the ambulance accompanying her dad. He suddenly goes into an arrest. YJ revives him. 

YJ's boss comes in, YJ is putting pressure on the gun shot wound and tells him of what happened. 

Pin the OR, YJ's boss asks her to leave. She refused. When they were cutting through her dad, she cringes then leaves. She goes out and cries.

SB at the hospital too, he tell YJ about he finally meet KC. He is shocked, he keep asking why this is happening. YJ mom arrive at the hospital too. 

KC at the hospital he give letter for YJ thru the receptionist. The preview scene.

the news headline keep airing about daddy Oh gunshot accident. 

Daddy Oh saved, but still unconscious, YJ stay with him

all the while SB is sitting in the waiting area and saw her

he came towards her and mentions about KC, YJ clenched her hands

her mother and aunt came and went to her and asked her

KC came left a letter to the reception desk saying it's for YJ

I missed the beginning because I was in the bathroom, wow luckily YJ's dad not dead.

If not it would be hard for our OTP to be together

Her colleague came in. yJ crying and asked about her mother. She thanked her colleague.

Her fon rings and the editor talks to her

news about SM is airing on tv and everyone looks surprised about it

inside the publishing house, the chief is talking to his staff and said there's something weird

at the hospital, YJ is beside her dad, holding his hand while he is unconscious

SB came and she asked about her mom and i think he said they're ok

YJ receives a call, it's from the publishing house and they are asking about her dad

then they mentioned about the W, the webtoon and it's current series

YJ came to the staff room to check and she saw all that's happened, 

up to the point when KC shot her dad

At the computer she checks the email and opened a file and saw the rooftop kiss followed by KC open fire on her dad all in the latest chapter of W webtoon.

 

Flash to KC. He threw away the gun . it rains again.

YJ friend come and cheer her up. YJ receive a call from (seems like) daddy Oh publisher, he told about comic W that become strange. Daddy Oh already send the draft for next episode but he think the story is weird. 

And yes... The story is about KC entering the real world, confront with daddy Oh and shoot him....everything is drawn on the webtoo . 

KC wandering in the rain, he throw the gun into the garbage, he see comic W preview. 

He enter the minimarket and write the letter, the one he will give to YJ.

after he throw his gun, KC goes into a minimarket, write something... then suddenly his action became a webtoon scene.. wh

SB is at the waiting area as YJ arrives. They talk. SB informs her of what KC told him. YJ was just quietly absorbing everything he was saying. Her mother and the woman arrive at the scene.

KC goes to a place and at the lobby leaves a letter?

Next day, the shooting of SM is big news. All of his colleagues are stunned. They discuss what happened. The publisher was dumbfounded as well.

YJ attends to her father who remains unconscious. She remembers what her father told her prior when she revealed she was crossing over. Her co resident arrives, I think he gave her some good news. She cries in relief.

The publisher calls YJ and he seems agitated. There seems to be a new installment of W? YJ goes in the residents quarters and begins to check it out. The story as it happened unfolds before her eyes! Who's uploading everything???
