Leah Olivar (Nadine Lustre) is a young woman who wants nothing but to go to America so she can help her family. While Clark Medina (James Reid) is a young man living in America who wants to give his siblings in the Philippines a good life after their mother died. As Leah begins to live her American dream, she faces a big problem when she realizes that her visa is about to expire. To remain living in the US, Leah makes an agreement to marry Clark, who is an American citizen, in exchange of money that he greatly needs. How will Clark and Leah's arrangement to pretend as a couple, who loves each other, change their entire lives? What will they do when they find themselves falling in love with each other? Will it fulfill or hinder their dreams?

They both falling slowly but they're stil in denail fase...so cute...did you see today reaction after hug? Even aunt noticed ...but Clark's dream was the best

Preview was for hole week right? He'll be sick poor guy...she'll have to take care of him...it will be a long week

Normally the preview is for the next eisode. Since it's been a long time since I last watched Filipino drama, I'm not sure. But if I'm not mistaken, it's for Monday episode.

Poor Clark will be sick but it will be a good chance for them to be closer.

@xiashenghan I think that from mon-thur they give preview for next ep but on fri for next week...q who said i love you first was shown 3 eps after preview, i'm sure of that one...and it seemed to much to happen in one ep...not that i would mind, they go too slowly for me anyway

I know what you mean. We're getting more scenes with Tiffany and Tolayts. Though they are entertaining, I would prefer more scenes with Clark and Leah. But hopefully the episode next week would be more of them.

The preview is making me squeal so much and of course, smile like an idiot. This show is making me crazy. After watching Oh My Ghost, now I have new show to get addicted to.

Wow, seeing this has made my day!  Thank you for starting a forum for OTWOL. Hope you don't mind me joining!!

When I saw this in it's first week out, it's becoming an addicting drama that drives one to madness. MOAR please!!!  Lol. 25 minutes go by WAY to fast. It's nice that people are taking an interest and are willing to sub it, even if it takes long to get done. I'm loving the slow burn of attraction between these two. It grabs them when they least expect, like that hug after the immigration officer left, or how they stare when they are truly listening to each other speak. It catches them off guard, and you can tell they have to mentally rein themselves in. I felt from the beginning that Clark would fall for her first. Heheh. He's hooked; his work buddy can see it even if he can't. Now I'm anticipating Leah's moment. Nadine can be a hilarious actress; cannot wait to see her reactions when she realizes she's in love. Her continual slurping on the straw, as she first saw bare chested Clark, sooo funny!

Looking forward to next week. Again, thanks for posting this!

Wow! Welcome to the thread! I'm glad we're growing in numbers.

I didn't get to watch it the first time it was aired since I was busy with work and vacation. I just watched it last Wednesday since my sister is really addicted to it. But I'm glad I did! Now I know why she likes it. The story is refreshing and the characters are generally nice minus angry bird Jiggs. Hahaha!!! And what's more? I really like James Reid.  

I like how Nadine acts really naturally. I remenber watching one of their movies and also like it. I should watch the others as well.

That scene is really funny. How she can't stop staring at his sexy body. 

I agree. We know that Clark would fall in love first. I think it was because he hasn't experienced it. Now that there's someone who is beside him most of the time and someone taking care of him, he can't help but fall. Leah is slowly falling as well though not that obvious since for her she's focused on getting a job and supporting her family. Clark's friend, Cullen, kept on teasing him and him denying is cute. He smiles a lot now compared to before and Cullen can notice that.

I'm excited as to what will happen this coming Monday. Tita Jack would be out of the country and they would be left alone. I guess that would be the start of them being really close. Just thinking about it makes me smile like an idiot. Haha! I can't wait!

Thanks for the welcome @xiashenghan and @zagigirl.   Hopefully more people will become interested and join the forum. I've been trying to get my best friends to watch this, but they are not on board yet, stuck on watching a Tawainese drama currently. Lol. 

This is such an adorable series! Makes you feel deeply, like you're taking their journey. It's good to see Jadines's pairing because they have a nice balance of chemistry. Have you seen Diary ng Panget (or Diary of an Ugly)? It's cute. After seeing OTWOL, I checked out all the English subtitled dramas that pair them two.  The other one I liked a lot was Para Sa Hopeless Romantic. Still waiting to see My Boyfie App as I cannot understand a lick of anything but English. 

But tomorrow cannot come sooner, right?! Haha. "Achieve, achieve"!!!

Waiting for tomorrow is making me crazy. I know I don't want Monday to come because that means less time to study but I want it to come because of this show. It's making me crazy really.

I first saw them in Diary ng Panget (Diary of an Ugly) and I really liked it. Though there are parts where I'm confused. As to when they get close, etc. but all in all I like it. I haven't watched any other movies of them but hopefully when I get the time I'll be able to watch them. So far I'm only focused on this drama and another Korean one.

I guess Jiggs will give them a hard time. Since he won't stop being an angry bird for once, he might notice that the two are slowly falling in love and he will do anything to stop it. Or must I say, maybe threaten Clark or something. He might say something to Clark that will make him think twice about it.

Yes yes. The cute thing is that they're both each other's first love. Leah even renamed her dove to "Mekeni" since she thought that that's her bird's savior's name.

I wonder how they will react when they found out that they've met each other before. Technically Leah met Clark first before Jiggs. I just can't with their destiny.  Let's enjoy first all the good things that are happening to them. Before we go to the heartbreaking ones.

Though there are times that I like angst scenes. (Yes I sometimes wants to feel the sadness and keeps on watching or reading those heartbreaking scenes). I think it will happen when they know they've fallen in love but can't admit it since there are people they don't want to get hurt.

From the looks of it they're in the hotel. Cullen is wearing his uniform. Either he called Leah to pick up Clark or she went there for something then found out that he's sick.

I know what you mean. Maybe after Clark gets well from his sickness, Cullen will endlessly tease him about it.
