I think we're in for a fun ride! The first episode was good, just laying in the characters, but done in a very charming and adorable way. I was surprised at the directing, it doesn't feel as cheap? as other sitcoms I've seen. With the constant angle and lighting changes, it actually felt like a drama a little bit.

Potato Star 2013QR3‘s Yeo Jin Goo is living up to the heartthrob perception of him with his sleek and mature look for Marie Calire Korea’s October issue.

Really, you won’t seem many teens his age smartly dressed like this, in expensive knitwear and tailored slacks.

The breakout star from 'Monstar', Ha Yeon Soo, is here to show fans just how lovable she is with a variety of expressions, all equally adorable, in still cuts for upcoming tvN sitcom 'Potato Star 2013 QR3'!

The petite actress will play the role of Na Jin Ah, a practical girl from a poor background. The drama revolves around the happenings of the Noh family as Na Jin Ah and computer programmer Hong Hye Sung (Yeo Jin Goo) get themselves entangled with them.

A representative commented, "Ha Yeon Soo perfectly fits her character Na Jin Ah who has a bright and positive energy even in difficult situations. During each filming, she consistently acts out diverse and new expressions and we anticipate her to rise to the top as the fairy of the next generation's sitcom."

Ha Yeon Soo will star alongside Yeo Jin Goo, Lee Sun Jae, Noh Joo Hyun, Geum Bo Ra, Go Kyung Pyo, Seo Ye Ji, Kim Jung Min, Choi Song Hyun, Oh Young Shil andKim Kwang Kyu in the sitcom, which is the work of the mastermind behind the 'High Kick' series Kim Byung Wook PD.

Ahead of its premier, tvN's Potato Star unveiled the kiss scene between Ha Yeon Soo and Yeo Jin Gu. 

Yeo Jin Gu and Ha Yeon Soo are expected to show a blossoming love line on the tvN sitcom, Potato Star 2013QR3, which begins on September 23. Still cuts released on September 23 raised the anticipation bar with the two actors appearing quite affection towards each other. 

Putting their names together, Yeo Jin Gu and Ha Yeon Soo have already received the nickname of 'Gu Soo Couple' online, proving the popularity of the show even before its broadcast. In the released photos, the Gu Soo Couple reveal bright smiles and friendly interactions. 

Also, the kiss for the Gu Soo Couple has been highlighted with the cast talking about it at the press conference which happened earlier in the month. 

The new photos showed Ha Yeon Soo being hugged by Yeo Jin Gu with the Seoul city lights in the background as the two shared a romantic kiss. The story behind this kiss and how the two became romantically involved is already stirring curiosity. 

“The kiss scene that was revealed in the photo will be revealed in a later broadcast after the first parts of the story air,” said the drama staff. “Please anticipate how the love line will be like before and after the kiss scene.”

“Yeo Jin Gu and Ha Yeon Soo are atmosphere makers on the set, putting everyone good moods. They're always sticking together,” said Kim Young Gyu PD. “Even for the broadcast, we believe that with their acting, they will create news as the Gu Soo Couple.”

Meanwhile, Potato Star is about a mysterious comet that falls on earth in 2013 and causes lots of weird things to happen to the Noh family. The sitcom is already raising anticipation as the production of Kim Byung Woo PD and his staff, who created the High Kick series together.

class="content-title"Actress Ha Yeon Soo Injured, Sitcom “Potato Star” Adjusts Broadcast Time

On September 23, a tvN representative belatedly revealed that Ha Yeon Soo twisted her foot on September 18 while filming for sitcom “Potato Star 2013QR3.” The scene required her to get off a bus and she sprained her ankle in the process.

The filming halted after the injury and she was immediately taken to the emergency room.

A representative from the hospital she visited commented, “She needs to stay in bed for about three weeks to recover and should not move. We’ll have to check then regarding the condition on her foot, but she should be able to move around while taking it easy.”

Ha Yeon Soo is currently resting at home and is receiving outpatient care and rehab.

After an emergency meeting, a tvN representative stated, “Currently, we have finished filming for eight episodes. As she’s the heroine, we can’t help but to temporarily cut down the broadcast time for the next four to five weeks until she recovers. More than anything else, we wish that Ha Yeon Soo will fully recover and will be able to come back to filming afterwards.”

A production member commented, “Ha Yeon Soo is a main character and holds a lot of weight so it’s difficult to change the story.
