Next Scene - Woodalchi's Barrack (Choi Young's Bedroom)

It is night fall and Eun-Soo is inside Young’s room cutting up some medical herbs. She hears a commotion outside and happily goes running out to see Young, who finally came home with his Woodalchi. Dae-Man and everyone who had stayed behind look happy to see their Daejang back.

Eun-Soo also comes rushing over to Young, nearly tripped over in the process; in which he saw and took a step forward, with a look of anticipation or worries? I think he looks a lot more like he's glad to see her

He steps forward and closer to her and she looks at him tearfully, relieved that he is back home. Instead of hugging her (looks like he wanted to) , he just said goodnight to his men and walk back to his quarter with Eun-Soo follows suit. (Awwww….. how nice if he gives her a homely hug, why PD-nim did not include this. * stab, stab, stab *)

@awesomeduck daejang @WutHmone OMG...I've been swooooooooooooooning from all of @sia3's gorgeous gifs of BadAss Daejang silently, because these are such heartbreaking scenes. (
Besides that, I'm totally swoooooooooooning. )Come on gals....

LOL never mind, we can always fall back on blaming SJN for coming up with a system of time travelling that defies all logic if we cannot make sense of it all. ) Incidentally, looking at your gifs of CY slaying enemy soldiers in that fight scene, it strikes me once again how much better all that action would have looked if the PD would restrain his urges to abuse the slow-mo technique. It actually looks better in gif form than it did in the drama, when we had all that time to appreciate how slow the entire sequence is! =))

I love how MinHot's basically juggling coffee, cards, fan letters and all manners of gifts in his hands. ) How on earth did people get such clear pictures of him in the car?!

Inside, Young throws away his sword as he walks pass the table. Eun-Soo picks it up and gently places it on the table.

Young was about to walk out to change his clothes but Eun-Soo offers to help him take off his armor first. Young declines, and Eun-Soo asks him not to do that, i.e. turn his back on her and avoid her.

Your analysis of it makes sense and I fear SJN has screwed up that part - the Time Travelling.
I personally don't believe or more like cannot comprehend how she can still possess the memory of that if it has not happened to her yet.
I rememebered suggesting a theory that because she said there is only one Eun Soo so could it be, I cannot explain this well and need more time to think, that time was somehow bent and all past, present and future Eun Soo becomes one so she possess some fragments of those memories.

Eun-Soo walks overs to wipe the blood on Young’s neck but he pushes her hand away, saying that is not his blood and Eun Soo tells him that she knows.

He goes on and on about the men he killed today were ordinary soldiers and it wasn’t hard to kill them all. Before Young could say further, Eun-Soo puts her arms around Young’s neck and gave him a hug. Young looks surprised.

He then responded by placing his left hand on her back, hugging her back while Eun Soo embraces him even more tightly. At the same time, Young's facial expression is so heart-breaking. He looks like he wants to cry, yet he can't. We see Young closes his eyes, resting his head on her shoulder and finding comfort in her arms. Finally, he is home and his heart is at ease.

(They both hugged for 30 secs, so lovely ! ! !   And she no longers complained that he smells of blood which she hates most.)
