I wish i was thereeeeee~~~ and there they go with parodies again...I wonder who's who and also I guess I'll end up watching 49 Days now like I did after I watched their parody of Secret Garden XD

GD should juz...have a haircut like seriously (dun kill me~~~)...pink n purple extensions?!? He might end up looking like Kim Tae Won or sth...but anyhow it does seem fun to be in the concert...when will my chance ever come??? Will they tour the UK?? I'm up for it!!! (Though please be after my exams or before my exams)

Seung-ri...I dun think Baby sorta suits him anymore...he's flaming hot!!!~~~

{NEWS}BIGBANG: “We Know a Lot of People Are Upset about Our Comeback” ::

On March 2, BIGBANG held a press conference prior to their first concert in nearly a year. They will hold their Seoul concert for three consecutive days before embarking on the first-ever world tour across 25 cities in 16 countries.

BIGBANG started off their statement with, “We’ll work hard to become a proud group. The only way to give back is through our music.” They explained the reason for naming their comeback album, “Alive,” by saying, “Our feelings and thoughts are thoroughly expressed in our new album. That’s why we named it ‘Alive.’”

G-Dragon said, “We know there are a lot of people who welcome our comeback, but at the same time, many people are upset about it. It’s all our fault. Because of the ‘incident,’ I caused a lot of disappointment. I think it’s our job now to turn BIGBANG back into a group with a lot of hope.”

It’s embarrassing, but I’ll be careful not to make the same mistake again. I’ll focus more on music and will work hard to make us a proud Korean group. I hope you will look at us on a positive light,” G-Dragon added.

Daesung also answered questions about his comeback, saying, “It was a chance to return to our roots. It made me look back and reflect on myself. I apologize and I will gladly accept your criticism, as well.”

The group went on to talk about their excitement over the start of their very first world tour concert. Taeyangsaid, “This concert will be different from the ‘Big Show’ concerts we’ve been doing. If the past shows brought us closer to the fans, this concert will have a strong overall storyline. It will be like a musical, or a ‘show that’s fun to watch.’”

Seungri said, “We worked extremely hard to give a change to our image, after a one year break. We changed our fashion and hairstyle a lot. You can expect a newly born BIGBANG that’s just making its way to the world.”

Just got back from the first show! No pics or vids this time, as the girl sitting in front of me got caught and was escorted out of the concert early on, so I was scared haha.

I do have a fan account though

The first part of the concert was really highenergywith a lot of fast paced songs back to back.

The second half of the concert was a lot slower.

Encores were sunset glow and heaven.

At the beginning there was a big white cloth covering the stage. It dropped as the concert started, and all 5 members were in their pods and breathing from their oxygen masks. Then bam, right into their first song.

{FANACC}2012 BIGSHOW <ALIVE TOUR> Day 1 through another vip's experience (020312) ::

First of all, I myself couldn’t believe I just attended 2012 BIG SHOW Day 1. All of these experiences felt surreal for me >.<
But seeing my crown light stick beside me now… I’m not dreaming at all~~

Today is such a long day. I have to queue for merchandises from early morning and Seoul’s weather isn’t friendly at all. Winter is still here and it was raining all morning. Lucky, the rain stopped in the afternoon and quite sunny after that.

My seat is on 2nd floor and I consider myself lucky, since this year’s ticket war is worse than last year. I entered the concert hall at 7 pm, and the staff played Big Bang MVs on the screen. Love Song, High High, What Can I Do, Turn It Up, Knock Out, Tonight, Blue and Bad Boy MVs… don’t worry, you didn’t miss anything new.

At 8 pm the concert started. I like their opening concept, our boys are refugees of some apocalypse from far far away planet and they came to earth inside icy tubes (imagine avatar). So our 1st day setlist begins:

1. Intro - Alive » they come out from icy tubes, pretty cool eh?

2. Tonight » no guitar smashing this time

4. Fantastic Baby » really nice choreography, my favorite among new songs’ choreo ^^ BOOM SHAKALAKA BOOM SHAKALAKA

13. Cafe » new concept performance, and I just realized YB’s got a tattoo on his right ribs, cross-shaped one >.<

14. Bad Boy » I like this perf better than the MV.. same song but different feel, the boys convey their emotions really well in this perf, esp TOP (maybe he wrote his lyrics from his own personal experience) sobs T~T

15. Blue » on the contrary, I like the MV better. The song arrangement doesn’t fit well with the song. TOP’s rap here OMGGG rly touch my heart <3 and Seungri’s voice asdfhgkfsha~~ our baby maknae has grown a lot :’)

16. Ain’t no Fun » different arrangement again. I like the concept performance, Jihye is really pretty ^^

* GD’s got 2 new tattoos, each on his right (some kind of snake-like symbol) and left ribs (a sentence)

* There are teletext screens in front of the stage LOL (so the boys won’t forget their lyrics lmao)

* 1st day perf always been trial & error perf. Big bang band is quite good but somehow I think it’s not their usual music style. They still need to build more chemistry, let’s hope they could manage in 2 days time for the sake of our DVD recording lol~~

* I felt some sound systems trouble in the middle of the show

* A girl who sit next to me got kicked out of the show for taking fancams… So pls iVIPs, give our kVIPs friends proper credit and respect their wishes for not editing their fantaken pics ^^

P.S. As a VIP I strongly recommend all of u to watch Big Bang live performance if u can, at least once in your life time… their performance is so awesome and u won’t regret it ^^

{NEWS}Big Bang officially kicks off their ’2012 BIG SHOW / BIG BANG ALIVE TOUR’ ::

Idol group Big Bang officially kicked off promotions for their fifth mini-album, ‘ALIVE‘.

The boys held a press conference ahead of their first ‘2012 BIG SHOW / BIG BANG ALIVE TOUR‘ performance that took place on March 2nd.

When asked how this performance would differ from the rest, leader G-Dragon answered, “Our new performances will be more musical-like, with a solid story behind it. It will be a show you can easily enjoy.”

In regards to performing their new songs in front of their fans for the first time, Daesung said, “We will be performing our new songs, but that won’t be all. We carefully hand-picked the songs to perform so that neither the new or older songs would outshine the other. We wanted to make sure the fans would be able to understand the full chronological story through the songs.”

Taeyang added, “Our older songs have been newly arranged, as we will be performing with another band from overseas.”

Big Bang concluded their first performance on March 2nd, and will continue to perform at the Seoul Olympic Park Gymnastic Stadium until the 4th. The Korean leg of the tour is expected to bring in more than 30,000 fans. Once these shows are over, the group will tour 16 countries, 25 cities, in Asia, North America, South America, and Europe.

{NEWS}"LaurieAnn Gibson : "BigBang Has No Difference Compared to World Superstars." ::

"Big Bang has no wall in music to world super stars," producer Laurieann Gibson says.

Laurieann Gibson, main director for Big Bang's world tour, said that the group "has no difference compared to world super stars."

At the press conference ahead of the first world tour '2012 Big Show Alive,' Gibson spoke about working with Big Bang. The press conference was held on March 2, at 5pm in Seoul Olympic Park Gymnastic Stadium where Big Bang will open their world tour.

"Although there were difficulties in language, but there was no wall in terms of music," Gibson said. "I've worked with many super stars, but I felt no difference. Big Bang has its unique and special charm."

"I am touched by how hard they work at young age. They are the best of the best. Because they are so special, I didn't need to change anything," she added.

"Personally, G-Dragon and Top are outstanding on stage. Seung Ri is young but has a strong attraction. Dae Sung is passionate. TaeYang reminded me of Michael Jackson. I was touched by they didn't get upset even once when they were made to work hard."

T.O.P said about Gibson, "I saw that she practiced so much even before meeting us up to a point where she was able to play our music without the sheet music. I learned about the professionalism we need to show when we go overseas."

SeungRi said, "I worked harder not wanting to lose to the passion shown by Laurieann. With the experience of working with world musicians, she taught us a lot. Through that, I think we could perform with a step upgraded."

The concert, prepared in collaboration with the world concert directing company Live Nation, will be held at the Gymnastic Stadium from March 2 to 4, together with 39 thousand people.

Laurieann Gibson has most recently directed Lady Gaga's 'The Monter Ball Tour' and has been working with Big Bang members to draw the picture of the world tour.

More crews in the team are: the stage/light designer Leroy Bennett who worked with Madonna, concert sound director Ken Van Druten who was in charge of Eminem's concert, and visual contents producer team Possible Production that produced amazing visual for Kanye West.

The tour will last until the end of this year and include 16 countries, 25 cities in Asia, North America, South America and Europe.
