Jin Se Yeon in talks to be the next actress to join 'Doctor Stranger'


Jin Se Yeon is in talks to join Lee Jong Suk, Park Hae Jin, and Kang Sora on 'Doctor Stranger'!
The young rising actress's reps told Star News on the 15th, "[Jin Se Yeon] recently received the casting offer for the role of Song Jae Hee on 'Doctor Stranger' and reviewed the script... However, nothing has been decided yet... As Jin Se Yeon is currently immersed into filming her KBS 2TV drama 'Generation of Youth', she has not discussed her following productions in detail yet."
If confirmed, Jin Se Yeon will play the role of Song Jae Hee who is the daughter of a Korean Chinese businessman and is a Chinese medicine and anesthesia expert. 
'Doctor Stranger' will be directed by 'City Hunter' and 'The Sun of My Master's PD Jin Hyuk and will portray the story of a genius North Korean defector, Dr. Park Hoon, who enters Korea's top hospital and adjusts to life as an outsider in his workplace.
'Doctor Stranger' is set to premiere following 'God's Gift -14 Days' this coming April!

[TV리포트=박설이 기자] 배우 이종석이 중국에서의 첫 팬미팅을 성황리에 마쳤다.

밸런타인데이였던 14일, 이종석은 상하이 E스포트아레나에서 아시아 투어 팬미팅 ‘인 상하이-프레즌트’(in Shanghai Present)를 열고 현지 팬들과 만났다. 현장에는 '학교 2013' '너의 목소리가 들려' 등 작품으로 중화권에서 차세대 한류 스타로 떠오른 이종석을 보기 위해 수 많은 팬들이 집결했다.

이날 이종석은 봄 분위기 물씬 나는 상큼한 오렌지 색상의 니트로 화사한 분위기를 연출했다. 질의응답 및 토크, 다양한 게임으로 꾸며진 팬미팅 무대에서 이종석은 시종일관 환한 미소와 장난기 넘치는 모습으로 팬들의 시선을 사로잡았다.

특히 이종석은 가방 속을 궁금해 하는 팬들을 위해 소지품을 보여주던 중 SBS 드라마 '닥터 이방인'의 2회 대본을 깜짝 공개해 차기작을 향한 팬들의 기대감을 고조 시켰다.

한편 이종석은 4월 방송 예정인 메디컬 첩보 멜로 SBS '닥터 이방인'에서 탈북 의사이자 미스터리한 과거를 가진 남자 박훈 역을 맡았다.
