reading the blog earlier reminds me that Joo Won is a standout among his peers when it comes to how he always becomes the character. No one does it the way he does, no one.

Since it was something that has already been cast in stone, why make it worse? Except that using this method will cause some fans to misunderstand him or people to gloat over him if the movie fails. Sometimes I want to shout: "Joo Won ah! Stop shouldering all these things on your own." But knowing him, it will be fruitless.

I keep thinking that he is now trying to create good atmosphere on the FK set and forming new relationships. If he could be so cheery, so positive like what he did during 7LCS, I think he can do the same for FK.

I think movies are a different ballgame in Korea. I don't see many young actors making inroads into movieland although they are popular in dramas. Having said that, recently I do see some other actors getting pretty interesting movie roles and I am so envious. If in the end, FK turns out to be good and a hit, everyone can breath a sigh of relief and cheer. If it doesn't, I hope a lesson is learnt - there is an idiom : To Kill The Goose That Laid the Golden Eggs

"Joo Won always says in his interviews that performing in musicals is his first love. Since he debuted in tv with his first drama, BKKTG, he has already been telling his agency that he'd want to go back to musicals. Of course this wasn't easily made possible by the agency because of the other projects offered which they could much more benefited, rather than just letting him perform in musicals. That's true. My Theatre Arts teacher once said that there's actually no money in theatrical plays. The actors stay because of their dedication and passion for acting. I respect Joo Won for being that kind of actor.
In a poll conducted, Joo Won was voted as the most successful theatre actor who turned celebrity over Jo Jeong Seok, Kang Ji Hwan, Lee Seon Kyun (my other fave!) and others. I realized he's the youngest among them, but still voted as the most successful. Proud fan here!"
