This was the first kdrama that I've ever watched with my mom and my little brother and this made us cry buckets. Such a beautiful and yet sad story, this drama can really touch your heart and it's so hard not to watch it again.

I've re-watched this with my mom so many times last summer and I can never forget it.

This drama is about endless love and it's story, characters and the love of this drama is UNFORGETTABLE.

I've tried watching Winter Sonata...but it didn't have the same effect with me as Autumn in my Heart did.

Does anyone know what happened to the actress that played Yumi, Han Na Na, she only acted in this drama and then disappeared?

Song Hye Kyo recently mentioned this drama while promoting her movie Today. I watched several episodes and I'm wondering what happened to Han Na Na? I looked at the list of the actresses in soompi as well as the www but the only drama she is made is this one. I read also that she was Miss Korea 1999. Does anyone know what happened to her?

Synopsis

Yoon Joon-suh and Yoon Eun-suh grew up as siblings but Eun-suh was in fact from a different family as there was a mixed up at the hospital where she was borned.The switch came to light when Eun-suh was involved in a car accident and it was discovered that her blood type was different from her parents. Eun-suh's life took a complete turn when the 2 girls were returned to their respective families. Soon after, the Yoon family left for the States and Eun-suh was left living in sordid condition with her real family in Korea. Years after, Joon-suh returned to Korea and by chance the two former siblings were reunited.

This is the saddest TV drama I have ever seen. I thought "Sad Love Story" was very sad, but this one was so much sadder and even beyond that.... The ending surprised me, but it in a strange way it completed the story. The first episodes when Joon-seo and Eun-seo was young was very upsetting and sad, but the most painful part of the whole series was for me the three last episodes...

I loved this drama. It was so sad and wonderful at the same time. I must admit the ending came as a surprise to me.I did not expect Joon-suh to die. Upon reflection, though, it could not have ended any other way,such was the love they shared. I know I will watch the last disc again and again. MQ
