I really wonder the headline "I'm sorry that so easily forgiven" , what does it mean? I thot we should be more forgiven as I believe it's harder to forgive than to hate someone... We try to forgive to live on, why must sorry for easily forgiven? does it mean she didn't appreciate him enough or she didn't love him when she forgave that person? I guess the story must be very complicated then..and i think we all are different when it comes to our own emotions , what and how we handle things..Can't wait to read the reviews for the movie.

Song Hye-kyo's New Movie to Premier at Busan Int'l Film Festival

Actress Song Hye-kyo plays a documentary producer who forgives a 17-year-old boy for killing her fiance in the movie "A Reason to Live," which will premier at the 16th Busan International Film Festival next month.

The film is directed by Lee Jeong-hyang, of "Art Museum by the Zoo" fame. It was officially invited to premiere at the Gala Presentation of the film festival, which will run from Oct. 6 to 14.

The festival was formerly known as the Pusan International Film Festival but amended the spelling of its name this year to conform to the official Romanization of the city in which it is held.

"A Reason to Live" portrays the confusion and sadness that the heroine feels when her forgiveness leads to unexpected results. It will be screened along with a series of activities, including outdoor stage greetings by the actress, press conferences and a conversation with the audience.

"A Reason to Live" will go on general release nationwide from Oct. 27.

Yes, putriN, reading another article, it was said it was his idea to use Kyo's pic in a department store in the movie as kyo is his fav actor haha . We'll get to see a glimpse of Kyo in that movie. Sorry for my mistake, was in hurry . Well, is he married? if he isn't, i don't wish Kyo working with him as he can fall down hard and even if he is married, i'm afraid his wife can be jealous ...so my conclusion, no working together hahaha..now I'm really bias...just joking. I think he is so sweet to have a gut saying something like that for being as a director

Jeon Do-yeon, Song Hye-kyo and Uhm Jung-hwa "Return of the screen 'Goddess'"

Familiar faces will be greeting us this part of the year.

Talented actresses in the country will be returning with movies from September to December.

The first goddess is the 'Queen of Cannes' Jeon Do-yeon. She is a con artist with no blood or tears in "Countdown" and will show the most fancy character she has ever played before.

"Countdown" is an action drama about a dangerous deal between Tae Gun-ho (Jeong Jae-yeong) who has to save himself in 10 days and beautiful con artist Cha Ha-yeon (Jeon Do-yeon). She transforms into a fatal and talented fraud who makes 17 billion won in 30 minutes.

On the other hand, Song Hye-kyo returns to screens with sad movie "A Reason to Live" in October.

This movie is directed by Lee Jeong-hyang, who's back in 9 years. This is a drama that shows confusion and sadness when a documentary producer forgives a 17 year old girl who killed her fiancé but this brings unexpected events.

Song Hye-kyo takes on the role of Da-hye and will leave a deep impression of emotion in viewers.

In December, Uhm Jung-hwa returns with "Dancing Queen" in which turns into a dancing singer.

This is a fun and impressive drama about a woman who becomes a dancing singer without her city major candidate husband knowing. In the drama, she is a normal housewife but one day she secretly becomes a singer.

Uhm Jung-hwa started dance training after the June movie "Mama" ended. Even though the shoot continues until now, she hasn't stopped training for dancing.

The movie theaters are anticipating the return of the goddess' that represent this country.

I found a review of Today / A Reason to Live with a little more info on the plot. Not sure how accurate it is though, because it seems to get the age of the killer wrong (it should be 17, right?) 

A Reason to Live (2011)

Da-hae who lost her fiancé by a hit and run accident, forgave the criminal who was 15 year old boy as her principle base on catholic belief and signs a petition for him. One year after, Da-hae is making a documentary to abolish death penalty requested by Catholic Church. The time goes on, she starts to look back her pain having an interview to victims who live with the forgiveness.
