Maybe I'm looking too much into this or don't have the information right but her nonchalant action of getting a nose jobs might send a bad message to her fans, which are probably mostly little kids, because they'll think "OMG, Ashley Tisdale doesn't think she's pretty so I must not be pretty but surgery will fix everything!"
