I watched the series for the first time this last week and loved it. I avoided watching it when it first came out, because the premise sounded too sappy. But as it turns out, Song Seung-Heon was irresistable. Many many times, I was yelling at the TV set at the unrealistic self-lessness the characters showed. However, I couldn't stop watching SSH's performance. His character's emotions were easily felt in each and every scene. The one complaint I have about the drama was SSH's wardrobe. The sleeveless shirts made him look too feminine.

Yeah..the ending was to abrupt. Minwoo was in shock when he saw her standing on the steps and she totally stunned that her artificial heart still beat loudly on seeing him ! Could have shown them hugging or something, but still it is a good drama !
