totally agree GY must feel really lonely. Think about all the CF shooting he has to do by himself the next 2 months. Why my heart aches as if he's waiting for his bride (GE) to come to him one day. You see GY said that "it's a complete lie if i say I don't have feelings towards the actress I work with but that feeling is not that big either" (the video i posted previously at 3'15" - spoiler again). but why do i feel that this time his feelings are even more to the point that he feels so lonely.
please GY, don't separate your Goblin work with you private life. If you have feelings, admit it and do something about it instead of ignoring it!

About GE's jump on GY in the kissing scene after they were back in Quebec, i truly believe it's GE's idea of jumping on GY because Coffee Prince is GE's favourite drama that she has re-watched many times (see article here) and that's why she chose CITT (Cheese in the Trap) as her 1st drama coz it's directed by Coffee Prince's director-nim. Love your post!! Can't agree more that her bf never praises & appreciates her. His denial of their relationship in the beginning tells you that he hesitates to step up for her. How I wish GE will switch to GY's agency instead or even YG (to be with Yoo In-na or her good friend LSK) instead. GE's agency never promotes her, they don't really promote their artist at all. I don't see news on Naver or anywhere, and why all of a sudden the dating news...i still don't understand! All they do is provide in-house entertainment like the diving class?

Exhibit A: At the press conference there were many adorable moments but my favorite has got to be when Gong Yoo brought up how it is *his* pleasure to be working with Go Eun and not the other way around (as the media and just about every other Netizen would like to say).
(She's so thankful and happy about his statement. They were both shining.)
Exhibit B: His affection for her in all the bts material and his willingness to do as she asks (a la shirt tugging moments), while getting teased by her mercilessly.
Exhibit C: Although he used her character's name, Gong Yoo's fan cafe message instead read to me as a wish that fans would continue to give Go Eun love and support in all of her "lifetimes"/productions to come.

Exhibit A: what surprises me was that the reporter was asking him now that he's a title of "100mil viewer actor" with his movie Train to Busan, and KES just shared that she is burdened since her previous work DOTT has high ratings, does he feel similar like KES being burdened?" At the same time, the same reporter also asked GE: "You are always blessed with able to act with good actors, and same this time, so people have high expectation. Can you tell us what's your chemistry like with GY? Also, didn't you admit having a relationship recently? What did you bf do to support you?"You see the question was direct to GE not GY. GE actually answered first and then GY. GY went off talking that he felt burdened no matter when his previous work did well. He was surprised that his Train to Busan is loved by so many. He always felt nervous, especially this time is working with famous scriptwriter & director. He felt burdened but also looking forward to it. It's nice to feel this way while filming. Also, everyone knows that this is a fantasy drama with lots of CG. Although he chose this drama, he never realise it was such a big production until afterwards. Then he said "Because there are lots of CG, while filming even small or big, you still need to spend lots of effort and time to film them. Therefore, looking at those scenes now made beautifully, i feel more at ease. The burdening I felt initially is gradually lessened, so i'm very happy. Also, about what Kim Go sshi just said..."
This then goes to the video translation you shared.
You see, GY suddenly went off to answer GE's question. This tells me when the reporter asked GE that question and when GE answered the reporter first, GY already think it through that he has to say something about this. After he finished answering, you can see LDW giving him an elbow saying that was good. We never see this kind of situation in press con where male lead talks about the female lead all of a sudden unless the questions was asked about the chemistry. But here, the reporter didn't asked him at all but he wants to take the opportunity to let others not bashing GE.
Exhibit B: Only GE can summon GY. I don't see other female actress ever dare to ask him to do things like that but given other actress in the movies never spent that much time with GY. I don't see it in BIG drama either. GE is definitely someone special.

I can only find her photo with 2nd lead in the spoiler. Can't find her photo with 1st lead but it was an earlier shooting at the beginning and they were apart walking done the lane (nothing touchy!)

It's been talked about already in this thread but I just can't get over it !!! Now, I kind of feel like maybe, just maybe, she really is no longer with HeWhoShallBeDumped.
From the behaviours of other actors who are known to be in a relationship, they hardly post intimate pictures with their co stars. If we're lucky, maybe a simple selfie. Other times, they normally post official stills of them and their co star, solely to promote the drama (good example is UF drama. Suzy posted only stills of her and WB etc.) this is ofc to avoid rumours.
so the fact that KGE posted this photo speaks volumes imo bc she is known to be dating. It's not an official bts picture, but rather a personally taken one. The picture makes a huge difference. Why? If she posted a picture of her and GY just sitting next to each other smiling with the same caption, it wouldn't have the same kind of effect. That would have been more of a friend vibe. She also could have just posted a cast photo seeming as it was a post to celebrate the ending of Goblin. Just sayin
They look so in love in the photo (not to mention the wedding attire) and so together with the caption, it feels like there's more depth to it. Another thing: Actors who are known to be single tend to post more very friendly pictures with their co stars (not in all cases tho).
She must have really liked that photo to let it be her first IG pic. I'm sure there were MANY photos to choose from! She probably liked that photo bc she liked what she saw in it *ahem ahem* the pic really makes me think she's single bc its way too personal for someone to post who is in a relationship. It's actually not weird at all. These types of parties we only get to see lead photos with staffs or the leads cutting the cakes or making speech. We don't see them having the time to take photos/selfies, plus to avoid scandals, they tend to not do that.
And someone asks whether there's a after party, it depends but i doubt they have one here if GY left early. And i saw this cute pic, can't help to share it! Off i go to bed, will be back tomorrow...night chingus!Edit: i don't know who but GY on the left is a pic taken tonight at bbq party

I have this new theory.
SO. As we all know:
1. GY is super hot goods right now. He's so popular, right?
2. KGE obvs has a crush on him because she said she watched Coffee Prince multiple times as a teenager.
3. Yet she has announced that she is attached. (quite a wrong move on her end!)
4. So it's difficult for her to 'show' that she is interested.
5. And if she texts him flirtatiously, that's borderline cheating. And from her character, interviews and what previous drama cast members (such as Bok Joo) spoke about her, she seems to be quite goody-goody, obedient... basically, her character is quite similar to high school ET.
6. Hence her first IG post is ambiguous and is an announcement to the world that she fancies GY. Including an intention to announcing to GY himself, I guess. Because she can't delete the post, seems to be a big deal in K showbiz if you delete something. Whenever GD deletes something it appears as an article in allkpop.Conclusion: All evidence points to Shipping Situation: Probable.
Anyway, you know, I watched DOTS and was *so* successful in forcing myself not to ship SJK and SHY?! I succeeded! But this time it's super like omg I can't. I went straight into the river where the Ship is in. I'm drowning in it right now.
This is the pic we're talking about since from the BTS, we see GY taking the photo for her! And as you see the caption reposted by arjenia (KGE's offical fan cafe), she said "마지막! bye bye" meaning "Last. bye bye!"

OH my goodness, I was busy all day and just came back and see our thread explodes with GE's new IG having first pic with GY, concert @ BTOB and their party with GE summoning GY. This is all i can say....

Being a fan of GE since CITT, i've never recalled seeing her posting a pic with her fellow actor in her previous CITT drama on her old IG! No photos together at all!!! Someone correct me if i'm wrong. In some way, i think she never got so closed with the fellow actors to take photos together or she was scared their fans bashing her. I only remember she took photos with her peers on other off-screen occasion (i.e. PBG (see spoiler))
And in LDW's BTS video from his management company, you see they never really post GY direct face since you need consensus from GY's company to post such thing publicly. Somehow I believe GE communicated with GY to have this pic post on SNS (social media term in Korea). They must share this photo. Also, with her posting it as the first pic means she loves this pic so much to the point she is not scared of GY's fans bashing her!

I liked the ending between the main couple. I understand that some people may have wanted an ending that would've given them a warm fuzzy feeling, but when this drama is taken as a whole with respect given to the established universe, then the ending is quite appropriate and meaningful.
Lastly, to those who are disappointed in the ending, may I suggest waiting until the subs come out before setting your opinion in stone.
Well said! I originally felt empty & sad watching without sub but i just finished watching sub in Chinese and i completely felt it wasn't an open ended ending but rather a full closure to KES story about life....i.e. the choices you make matters (sacrifice - ET being the angel, care for others - Secretary Kim telling DH), plus the fact that God is here (the scene where KS got the sandwich from the technician).
Sorry i'm not good at constructing this coz it's already 3:30am here...but like you said, the ending is not happy or sad but rather quite inspirational and meaningful (full of hope actually).
I sure hope that other chingus will feel much better after watching the subs too.

We are all here to believe GY has chance due to their similarities & interest! I hope you don't mind i posted what you shared here coz in real life KGE loves karaoke and has a good voice and GY loves music & is good at singing too. I am so happy to see KES let them shine their singing skills in this drama at the end (wish they could sing OST but I can't ask more to see them singing together!!!)

Everything that happened from the end of Episode 13 was of KS's free will. He chose to not move on to the afterlife. He chose to remain in limbo and try to get back to ET. He chose to get to know the new her. He chose to get married with her and live their happy (albeit short) married life.
Even when ET died, he didn't blame anyone (as he used to do, thinking everything was god's fault/idea/machinations). KS has also grown up through this drama, with the help of ET and all the others around him. He makes his own choices, and chooses his own life to live. By the end of the drama, he no longer stays at the edge of human life as a passer-by, but lives on as happily as he can be to the best of his ability (as ET said to him when Chairman Yu died, and again when ET died).
He is, and will always be, a lonely goblin guarding over and guiding humans when necessary. When ET arrives in his life for the next 3 times with her memories intact, those years they spend together will be the great part of his life. That's why he's a lonely and great guardian.
This drama will be one that I will rewatch many many times, as it has taught me a lot about human life. Best drama I have ever watched. Kudos to the cast, KES writer-nim, the directors, and the crew for their hardwork. Thank you for all the wonderful and shining times we had in the past 2 months.

I mean KS's wishes has all come true, incl. fulfilling his contract with ET, so that's why he doesn't asked for more or blame on God anymore because God's opened door lets him fullfill his wishes already!!!! So good to know this!

It's the director's cut coz the final editing of the episode is unlikely the director himself since he's busy filming. And sometimes, actors & actress will do a recap & chit-chat together.
GY, now i know why you feel so lonely and sad coz no more goofiness on site and no more skinship (someone who doesn't mind being so close to you on site)...just hope the staffs will take loads of pics tomorrow at BBQ party!

Ok, i know the ending & the teaser's kissing scene (the scene cuts too short...i'm starting to think it wasn't a bed but likely the sofa, where GY is on top of ET) - see below's teaser 0'15")
However, i'm happy to see it was GE who jumps on to GY and GY has to hold on to her legs tightly for the kiss! And the feels of GY kissing her cheek & eye OMO but then we got it cut! AHH...
Oh well, but it's cuteness overloads for the summon scene!
And GY is so damn hot for being the groom!! GE is nice & clean but i wish her stylist make her more slightly sexy!
Then we see GY cooking! Is he cooking sausages? If so, i'm sure GE had a bite afterwards...at least my wish of GY cooking for GE came true LOLSpoiler-

I didn't cry the entire episode except for WS & Sunny when they hold hands reincarnate together. I was so happy to see them having a happy ending!
How I wish the same for KS & ET ...and I was so empty watching the ending for KS & ET! However, after reading @LyraYoo and @soultree (spoilers at the bottom)...it all makes sense now and I kind of appreciate KES completes the "Lonely and Great God" story where all humans has to go through 4 lives: a life of sowing seeds, a life watering planted seeds, a life harvesting those plants, and a life using those harvested plants. And since ET is a human, she must go through that. For KS, he chose to not go to after life, so I don't see him reincarnate will help the situation when ET died coz you might never find her again. Even though it's bittersweet and lonely to be waiting but it's only 30 years compared to his previous suffering of 900 years, so to think it through, he gets to spend more time with ET now since she finds him in her 2nd life. And they can continue to love each other in 3rd life and 4th life! And she'll forever remain his first and last bride. May be at the end, they can both go up to heaven (just like what the "Round & Round" OST says)

At first I was skeptical on why the wedding came first at the first part of the episode. But it makes sense now that the wedding was made prior to Ji Eun Tak's death, First love never dies it seems. And that will remain to her memory even after she dies , carrying it in her next life. The wedding,and those happy memories prelude to what is yet to come. And Kim Shin, had waited.

All the indoor scenes were taken in Korea (i.e. the Quebec restaurant was a restaurant in Paju), so i believe it'll be the same for the bed scene. And remember they said they were filming at the hotel this week? So i'm pretty sure their tight schedule won't allow them to film the bed scene in Canada, plus it's a bit awkward to ask them to do this so quickly at the beginning of filming...even though they're professional actor & actress, but I think it's not necessary.
