Exactly, i made this point earlier as well. If he has not got any connection with the slush fund what other reasons?? He is so sure that it will not affect him. The responses he gave to NMH showed it clearly. I have a feeling that what NMH is trying to do is so unnecessary. She now should live quietly with what she has got, her father is alive, got the divorce and no longer is related to the Jangs and she knows KPJ will always be there for her. If she continues what she is going to do i think she might loose her life, someone will kill her and that way the story will end by KPJ getting his revenge and walking into the river to reunite with his family and the love of his life (if she dies). Because when JBC is also alive i do not see KPJ and NMH getting together. She might be having some after thoughts about JBC as well, also she feels sorry for him.
JMR and the Grandpa will definitely go to Jail. This story cannot have a happy ending because it will be too silly for the plot so far.

Ha ha yes. Even I saw that that girl has got verified by Instagram and no verification yet for Jang Hyuk or Seyoung despite having more followers than the verified account of YSW. It's up to Instagram to decide when and how it's going to be verified I think. So many other Korean actor's IG profiles are already verified though.

There were so many good points written overnight. I will not quote them but will talk about in general.
Firstly, yes as someone said KPJ is telling NMH to proceed with the slush fund investigation is that her father could not get the money directly from Cheong A as it was stolen. KPJ gave his own money which nobody knows except for Young Goo. So that is why probably NMH will not find him at the end of the investigation. Also KPJ will not let his plans be ruined by a mere slush fund. He is been planning all this for years so surely he can overcome minor matters like that.
I do not think JBC will go back to his mistress. Its over between them and the mistress will not except him as he is not a Jang. She wanted all the glamour the money and the status of being a wife of a Jang so when she finds out it will be over She will live separately by getting what she gets from JBC to raise the kid. I was worried for a bit whether NMH will go back to JBC and start over as their love was the only true thing that happened. But hopefully she might not because even when she was married she was in love with Jo In Ho and later when she learn t it was KPJ her feelings for him escalated because she knew from the beginning it was him that was there for her. also, she always turned to KPJ after knowing who he was for protection.
I wonder why KPJ will even go to Jail? He hasn't dirtied his hands big time unlike the others. If donating money to a politician is also legal as someone said what other reasons does he have. He never killed anyone so surely if there will be a reason for jail time it will be the minimum.
Someone said NMH wants to get back at KPJ, which i believe is not true. She only wants to make her father realize his wrong doings and make him a good person again, and in that process KPJ will also be affected. That is what she always told her in the last two episodes. In revealing all the truth arrow will be pointed towards him and with all the evidence she has which was given by KPJ himself he will be in torment. She has no intention to ruin Kpj's plans or take revenge or get him to pay for he did. She has already forgiven him, that Kiss said it all. Its just that the two men she value in her life will be affected in her plan to reveal the truth and punishing the wrong doers.
As for an ending i just cannot think JMR may die or go to jail, Grandpa will keep company with his Son in jail for all the crimes they have committed. Maybe JBC will be left alone and in the end KPJ will handover Cheong A back to him to run it purely. For NMH & KPJ hope they end up together. That's the only wish.

Yes, it was just to confuse the viewers. Obviously NMH would have told KPJ in advance about what she is going to do, in the last conversation they had we couldn't see a completion as it directed to next scene as soon after she said that he will be in torment for all the evidence which is going to be released.
And the ending, KPJ had already devised a 10 year plan, so i see them waiting and getting together after his probable jail time.

it is really in the air whether she will actually get together with him in the end..... It could realistically go either way and we will not feel too cheated.This is a catch 22 situation. In being exposed, he could also lose what he has fought for for 20 years, and end up in jail like the rest of them Jangs.
NMH is extremely pragmatic and rational and is making decisions despite her emotions. I guess blood is thicker than water at this point, because she needs to save her father more than she needs KPJ. She's calculated the opportunity cost and can bear not being with KPJ, but cannot bear the injustice against herself and her father.
In episode 21, NMH tells KPJ that he gave her father slush funds from the charity..... This is enough of a crime. The entire presidential campaign is enough criminality on everyone's part, including KPJ. Then she says that when she continues her investigations, she will probably find him at the end of it. KPJ tells her to do what she needs to do.
There is no technically no completely happy ending to this drama. The chips must fall.
Most hilarious moment... when JMR kicks the concubine out of the dining room!! hahahahaha!
. And grandpa just watches and co-signs the poor treatment of his bed-warmer from the criminal?!?!?!!! Grandpa watches JMR in silence. The concubine stomps off to be served in the kitchen.....Grandpa then casually mentions that he is going to throw out JBC and JMR from the house.... that was too funny!!
Worse, JMR and KPJ are talking in his car. JMR tells KPJ that she accepts that he has won and she has raised her white flag. She expect sthe mercy given to those who surrender, but KPJ immediately tells her that he is collecting his inheritance shares plus back-taxes. How cruel!! hahahahaha!
You have some good points there, but it is not solely KPJ's crime even her father accepted money from Cheong A. So like i said she will know what things to omit when revealing the truth so that neither KPJ will get affected nor his plan will not be messed as they both know what they are going at.
As for the ending of this drama i cannot even think of any way. However regarding KPJ&NMH they might prolly have an open ending.

In my opinion after watching it again, NMH wants to clear his Dad and make him a better person again and that is what she is running for, and she knows in the process of doing so she will meet KPJ at the end who will be blamed partially, that is why she came to him and asked and he said to do what she wants.The most hilarious part was when NMH came to KPJ's office and when JBC entered they both were talking about it indirectly and JBC had no clue.
I think she will save KPJ and get her father reveal the truth. NMH always said to KPJ that with all the evidence she has ( which KPJ gave himself to help her) that he will be in torment. She knows what to do and how to do and KPJ is aware of it and that is why he lets her do whats shes up to. In the end even if KPJ goes to jail she will wait for him but lets hope he will not be killed by the old man, as there love and the connection is too deep to be destroyed by matters like this. She did not regret saving his life, she understood his plan for revenge, she never asked him to stop it either and she will always be his biggest supporter apart from Young Goo.
I feel sorry for JBC because he had no part to play in all this, and that is why KPJ went and saved him probably. I really hope JBC will take KPJ's side after getting to know JMR was the one who killed Sec Oh, but even now JBC resents her bitterly, and he is just putting on a show in front of JMR. I thought at first that NMH wants to get back with JBC after she remembered how he begged but thank god she is has no idea of doing so.
The Uncle and his son is always behind with their counterattacks lol
I think KPJ will take his revenge on the Grandfather and spare JBC and prolly JMR.I get that feeling because he went and threatened Grandpa not to touch them as it is his business to getting rid of them as he pleases. He will let those two walk out Mooshimwon without any harm as JBC is only left with JMR after all.

Finally I got to watch the episodes with subs. I don't know where all this will head in the last two. I feel sorry for JBC now to be quite honest. Also what's NMH thinking, she kissed KPJ and now she's trying to send him to jail??? Like what. Finally the divorce happened but she was still thinking about how JBC asked her to turn at him if he cannot break up and the ring is still with her. And comes to meet KPJ and saying that all three should have left Mooshimwon. I wonder whether they will end up together as KPJ goes to jail.
I'm going to wait for the last two. Nothing we thought has happened so far and it once again shows the writer is thinking on another level
I'm happy that the ratings were risen once again!!!! Now we need awards.

So getting back to the episodes i don't know what to say, im speechless. Even i think KPJ planned this NMH, the pen drive KPJ gave might have had something regarding this, and NMh was clever enough to move NGC before the two men came. Thats the last thing Grandpa wanted, NGC talking.
I really don't know why KPJ saved JBC. Seriously aren't they enemies. Also i get a hint that NMH will not proceed with the law suit i don't know why but when she remembered JBC begging i thought so. I will not say much but after i watch it with Subs tomorrow i will talk about this, I dunno how i will wait for a week to see the grand ending.

Yes i agree, many want him to die. Actually i do not believe that it is JEC with the riffle, lets wait until tomorrow and see for ourselves and then talk about it maybe.
The main points to look out are;
- What does JMR does after learning KPJ's true identity and her teaming up with the Brother in law
- Which side is Grandpa going to take
- Whats JEC next move
- If JBC learns his biological father was Sec Oh and he was killed by his own mother
- What will JBC do to KPJ and why
- Possible waking up of NGC and what he got to say.
- And most importantly what will happen to JEC's life

@mimisl123 In the first scene, it's KPJ who is holding the weapon, but not in the second. His hair dress looks like his. As for the second scene, you are right. @yoedaMaybe this is where KPJ hurts his hand as JBC has tampered the rifle but fortunately, KPJ avoids a bigger accident. This would explain why we see JBC holding the rifle in the last scene of the preview. I guess, JBC used the black men as decoy. This would fit JBC's mind: JBC is not able to kill someone himself... as a coward, he needs to stage the scene. Now, I am wondering if the men were not close NMH's house where the father is living. KPJ is well aware now that JKH knows about the fake death of NGC hence I can imagine that KPJ would feel responsible for this situation. That's why he would do anything to protect NGC.
Maybe in the meeting KPJ brought him the law suit for the divorce hence JBC got upset.
Thanks, i thought it was JBC, there is go to be so many twists and turns in these two episodes it seems. If JBC learns that JMR killed his biological father then he will turn to KPJ. Also, now JEC will be aware that his life is in danger and JBC is wanting to get him killed. Also i think the law suit was brought up and he got to know that the lawyer of NMH is JEC.
It is too much for a preview, lets wait and see what happens tomorrow.

All of them were wearing black and the gesture said like that were paying their last respect.

Re-watching ep 2, Yong Goo shows KPJ a pic of NMH after the whole love set-up between her and JBC is in play. I had completely forgotten this: The photo is one of her as a teen holding KPJ’s book. KPJ looks completely shocked, like he hadn’t realized the candidate’s daughter was the same person. He sure doesn’t have to look shocked for Yong Goo. So, it seems genuine, like he set up the daughter of a politician not realizing she was the person who saved him, not knowing this till after everything was already moving (JMR meeting with NMH’s father, JBC rescuing the bird). That puts a real spin on how I view KPJ regarding NMH. Yes, she was still a pawn, but it wasn’t as bad as knowingly setting up the person who saved your life.
However, without the face/body and charisma of JH, I just can’t give the character a big green light to happy-ever-after-land without some kind of acknowledgement that he lived down in the dirt while at MS all these years. That doesn’t mean I wouldn’t like him to be successful in revealing his identity and being able to live as the person he really is, and I’d like him to wind up with NMH since his whole life has been one sad story after another. But there’s a steady stream of aggression coming from KPJ often; he hits hard when he can: the way he interacted with the reporter attempting to blackmail the family, the illegitimate Jang who was threatening suicide on the ledge, strangling of the mistress and one assumes many other situations over the years.
KPJ’s only connected with NMH over the last 5 years and happily she has brought love, pure view and caring into KPJ’s world. When a person is consumed by so much negativity that could enable him to live a double life for years, setting people up for a fall (like JSM even though she deserves life imprisonment), these actions are on his side, coming out of his mind and heart. So NMH is very important because she represents what’s been missing in KPJ for most of his life. His mind and life have been ruined in a way by JSM’s murder of his family, etc. Earlier someone mentioned the Korean cultural phenomena of revenge even as it might/will destroy oneself. Seems like KPJ took this road a long time back.
MF’s end is coming….waaaaaaa.
Don’t know what to make of news on someone’s post that JBC may have finished shooting his scenes???!!!
The one piece of info I am hoping for is whether or not KPJ’s father and mother were in fact legally married as some on the thread wondered. That was a very interesting idea and would be quite a twist to find KPJ’s mother was not “the other woman.” Grandpa might be very happy given the reveal of JBC, awfulness of the other grandson and known abilities of KPJ.
Yes, KPJ did not know until he saw the pic that it was the same girl who saved him was NMH. He tells Young Goo that he did not even know her name. After learning that she was her only he started and wanted to change plans and get NMH out of this plan that is why he sent the package to her at school revealing the identities but NMH went through with the marriage.
Also, yes i cannot believe this drama is coming to an end!
I wish it will end on a good not for our OTP-

Awards are not enough! This is probably the best K drama ever made, with the best actors/actresses, supporting staff and the best concept by any writer. No other K dramas interest me anymore, when there are news of new dramas being released the only think i look for now is, will it be like money flower, will the cast be good as Money flower and always its a No.
I have been checking the official site regularly but they have not released any stills yet, maybe they will drop all the bombs tomorrow with a Preview which is going to mislead us heavily and make our wait a much harder task (as always)

There are some good points that everybody has come up with about JMR, JBC and KPJ and good to see that most of them think there is hope for our OTP. I am hoping that they will release the first stills today. Saturday feels so long.
Well the vacation reward is well deserved, but where them awards at. We need more awards for this drama!!

I actually want to wait for two weeks and watch the last 4 episodes in one go, but i know i cannot,the suspense is too much!!!! No matter what happens i want JEC and NMH to live and end up together even if JBC dies i do not mind.
@Prettysup even i was curious when i saw but a scene like that will not make sense.

Both are trying to stop the Jang family to control the lives of others... Hence KPJ needs to take away Cheong A from the Jang. Not out of greed and ambition... His greed KPJ mentioned in the first episode is different: his thirst for justice.
Notice that JYC has lost his money and is dependent of BC's and grandfather's will.

And I have also noticed that the title of this drama "Money Flower" contains this dualism: city (Money/JMR) vs nature (Flower/NMH). And KPJ is torn apart, caught between them.
Now only i realized that they have both come to the same conclusion. Hope they both succeed. And the name does Money really symbolizes JMR? It can be someone else, definitely flower is NMH.

Which will not happen anyway. Hope they bag all the awards at Korean Drama Festival Awards this October.
On a side note, 4 episodes left, 3 more OSTs to be played and so many things need to happen. wonder whether the 4 hours is enough to end all this. I hope they will release some stills tomorrow because they started releasing stills last week on Wednesday and they released the Preview on Thursday!

You do have a good point there. We did not see what KPJ did with the body but he only brought the letter with him. However JBC will never handover anything because he is covered in greed for power and money. Both JMR and JBC will not easily back out, and JEC knew that and that's why he sent the recording to grandpa for him to decide which side to take. I am waiting to see which side will JYC and His Dad will take after knowing the truth.
As for now JBC is in full anger towards KPJ/JEC and when he gets to know that he is the divorce lawyer of NMH then only he will act upon killing him or whatever. (if he can survive inside Mooshimwon for that long)

Yesss. He will not destroy the Company. If he was going to destroy it he would not have a ten year plan. He thinks it's his father's so for him he will make sure to take out all corrupted people and corruption and run it in a good way. I have a feeling that he will let JBC run Cheong A.
As for JEC and NMH I'm sure they will end up together. As mentioned by someone he needs his life back. Getting back with her will be the best choice as they both understand each other. NMH will not continue in politics. Maybe her father will not allow or he himself will become the best president.
However I am pretty sure none of what we think od predict will happen. Writer's mind is on another level and people like us cannot read her mind
