Can you name some open kitchen restaurants/fast-food places (especially most common ones that aren't bad)?

I know Subway is one since you can see how they prepare your food and all. Any others?

Andre's near Grove in Los Angeles, California.

It's a spaghetti place^^;; You see them making it for you.

Also Quiznos too. But they're quiet expensive than Subway.

But I prefer Subway way better^^

Also Chipotle!! ;] and No, Chipotle is not a sauce. Well yeah it is, but I'm talking about the restaurant.

Unfortunately, I have to do a restaurant observation report for open kitchen restaurants and I really wouldn't want to eat at Subway's, lol.

Quizno's gets too pricey and ugh.

I'm not sure if it is only available in my area, but you could always check. The burgers are quite large and delicious.

a lot of Japanese restaurants have hibachi tables where a chef will cook and perform for you. its awesome. last time i went, the guy was juggling eggs and flipping shrimp into people's mouths.
