Ballad duo Homme don't like hearing that they became more handsome?

Ballad duo Homme were the guests on the November 13 airing of 'Sketchbook,' on which they deflected Yoo HeeYeol's attempts to compliment them on their looks.

The MC had remarked, "The two of you are looking more and more alike." Changmin displayed a revulsion towards this praise and joked, "Please just curse us instead. People tell me a lot that I became more handsome but at this rate, I think I will blossom at the age of fifty. I'm wondering what I will do then," making the audience burst out into laughter.

Regarding their stage name Homme, the members said, "We searched 'Homme' online and we had no idea there were so many things named Homme." Yoo Hee Yeol returned, "I didn't know there were so many toys in this world." Wonder what kind of toys Yoo Hee Yeol is talking about..?

When asked about what they think of each other's voices, Changmin answered, "Lee Hyun's voice has a strength to it," while Lee Hyun said, "Changmin hits high notes very cleanly. I think both of our weaknesses is that our voices are both too mournful." The two singers then went on to perform their renditions of G-Friend's "Glass Bead" and A Pink's "Mr. Chu." Upon hearing their covers, Yoo Hee Yeol wisecracked, "I think I'm going to convulse from sadness."

Lim Seulong to Release Digital Single Album ′Melatonin′ on November 20

Lim Seulong has snuck up on fans with news of a new digital single album. 

Lim Seulong′s digital single album Melatonin will be released on November 20, and he′s set to move hearts with his dreamlike voice.

The digital single album, set to drop at noon on November 20, will contain two tracks that highlight Lim Seulong′s musical style, including the lead single Melatonin and Witcher. 

Melatonin is a track inspired by the hormone related to biorhythms, conveying a message to people on the go all the time and suffering from insomnia in the modern age, to live happily doing what you love. Witcheris a sexy song about love with a dreamlike sound. 

Lim Seulong composed and wrote both songs on digital single album, showcasing his growth as a singer-songwriter, and American mastering engineer Ted Jensen mastered the album. 

Melatonin will be released on music sites at midnight on November 20.

Ga In and Jo Kwon reunite as a couple on 'Finding Sugar Man'?

Jo Kwon and Ga In reunited as a married couple on the December 15th broadcast of 'Finding Sugar Man'.
 

As fans know, Jo Kwon and Ga In were known as the 'Adam couple' on 'We Got Married'. Seeing the two together again, host Yoo Hee Yeol commented, "Is this a married couple special?"


Ga In joked, "That's why I wasn't going to come when I heard Jo Kwon was coming today." Hopefully, her boyfriend Joo Ji Hoon won't mind!

KBS’s “Muscle Queen” Casts a Slew of Celebrities

KBS’s upcoming variety program “Muscle Queen” has just announced their first round of casting. Insooni and 2AM’s Jinwoon have been chosen as the MCs of the show. The production crew reported that they were pleased to have cast them. They noted that Jinwoon would be an eye-catching addition to the show as the only man amongst many female entertainers, and that Insooni was an active MC.

“Muscle Queen” is a learning program where mentors will teach mentees how to exercise. The mentors will consist of trainers, while mentees will come from the entertainment industry. Currently the mentor team consists of: Insooni,Jeong Ah Reum, Shim Eu Ddeum, Kwon Do Ye, Hyeong Ju Hyeon, andSong Ah Reum. Meanwhile, the mentee team has cast: TWICE’s Jungyeon,AOA’s Chanmi, Dal Shabet’s Subin, 9MUSES’s Kyungri, Kahi, Stephanie, and G.NA.

The program is slated to begin broadcasting after Lunar New Year.

2AM's Jo Kwon to do commentary for upcoming 'Idol Star Athletics Championship'

2AM's Jo Kwon is reported to have been tasked with commentary for the Lunar New Year special variety show, the '2016 Idol Star Athletics Championship'.

On January 13, an insider revealed that Jo Kwon will be doing the commentary for track and field, futsal, and archery. The 2AM member isn't a stranger to competing in the championship as he previously got the gold medal for the 100m run, coming in at 12.46 seconds.

Most K-pop fans know of Jo Kwon's hilarious antics as 'Kkap Kwon,' so we can be sure to look forward to that.

The '2016 Idol Star Athletics Championship' will film on January 18-19 and air during Lunar New Year's Day.

EXO’s Suho to Star in Jo Kwon’s Upcoming Music Video

Another JYP x SM collaboration is coming our way! EXO’s Suho is slated to appear appear in Jo Kwon‘s upcoming solo music video.

Jo Kwon recently filmed the music video for his title track off of his upcoming solo album. The filming took place on Songdo, and pictures of the production quickly circulated on SNS. Since Suho will play the lead in the video, fans are anticipating it’s release. Suho was seen expressing his emotions during the filming in a scene running down the cold streets. Jo Kwon’s upcoming song will be an emotional ballad track, as the main lead Suho will double the atmosphere of the song.

Suho and Jo Kwon’s collaboration is expected to collect the attention of music fans. Earlier this month SM Entertainment and JYP Entertainment collaborated on the duet “Dream” sung by EXO’s Baekhyun and miss A’s Suzy. The special collaboration has since garnered a lot of success.

Hopefully this means we’ll be seeing more SM x JYP collaborations in the future!

Im Seulong joins the cast of upcoming weekend drama, “Mrs. Cop 2”

After a year since his last drama project, singer and actor Im Seulong will be returning with an all new weekend drama, Mrs. Cop 2.

According to broadcasters on January 27th, Seulong has joined the cast of Mrs. Cop 2 as the lead, though details are currently being worked out. This will make it a year that he has appeared in a television drama following Hogu’s Love on tvN.

Mrs. Cop 2 is the sequel drama to Mrs. Cop which aired on SBS in 2015. Unfortunately, the first season’s Kim Hee Ae, Son Ho Joon, and Lee Da Hee was recently reported that they have decided to opt out of the second season and will not be returning.

Jo Kwon handwrites lyrics to his new single 'Crosswalk'

Jo Kwon is set to release his new single 'Crosswalk' on the 15th of this month!

On February 5th (KST), Jo Kwon uploaded a picture on his Instagram of a picture with handwritten lyrics to his song.

Part of the lyrics read, "Goodbye now, as if I'm completely alright. We say goodbye, but should I ask you to stay?"

This will be Jo Kwon's return as a solo artist since his solo debut in June of 2012 with the solo album 'I'm Da One', ending a hiatus of 3 years and 8 months.

Composer 'eSNa' who also wrote the hit track 'Some' is said to have written Jo Kwon's title song.

The song is set to drop at midnight on the 15th. Get ready for Jo Kwon's soothing vocals!
