I heard there'll be VIP screening on Nov 1, and many top actors/actresses will attend... B)

Hopefully there'll be news about their comments^^

I had the name of the newspaper which was in korean translated through an online translator, hopefully the name is correct and I presume the second one of him in the police uniform are in the same paper though I might not be 100% correct......though they are from a korean newspaper.

Korean K-1 Fighting Representative최홍만 (some kind of boxing competitions???) will go to the movie preview venue to cheer on Kim Rae Won.

최홍만 will attend the “Mr. Socrates” VIP Preview to be held on Nov 1 at the Min Dong Lotte Cinema (Avenuel Theater), Seoul. 최홍만’s original plan was that he’d be back to Korea on Nov 2. For this VIP preview, he changes his plan and will be back earlier than scheduled.

최홍만 has connections with Kim Rae Won and the film company. As he has always loved seeing KRW’s dramas and movies, he accepted the invitation to the preview right away.

“Mr. Socrates” scheduled for premiere on Nov 10, is an action movie in which KRW reveasl a great change in image. He’s not of the gentle images in his previous works, but a tough guy with masculine charm.

Brief info from the news article:

The producer of the movie was a journalist reporting movie news.

This is his first time being a producer.

The director was his college junior friend.

One day the director took this script written by himself to see the producer.

They agreed to collaborate immediately.

The producer admires Kim Rae Won’s acting skills a lot.

But he’s kind of disappointed that the comedy element in the script isn’t revealed in the movie.

They’ve picked KRW as the first choice to play Ku Dong Hyuck.

Because they think KRW has the masculine charm that no other same-aged actors have.

KRW didn’t take the job when first invited by them.

He decided to take part in the movie after finishing “Love Story in Harvard”.
