Actress Jun Ji-hyun, who is well-known for playing the role of Cheon Song-yi in the drama “My Love from the Star”(2014), will play the lead female role. Jun will act alongside actor Lee Min-ho in “The Legend of the Sea.” The drama is based on a story of a mermaid from “Eou Yadam,” a compilation of stories by Yu Mong-in (1559-1623), a Korean scholar of Joseon Dynasty.
