‘Yoobyeolna! Chef Moon’ is a heart-warming romantic comedy set in a stars filled, bright moonlit Seoha Village where Yoo Bella, a world renown fashion designer, suffers a memory loss from an accident. There, she meets star chef Moon Seung-mo and develops growth, love and success.

 

Eric plays the role of a popular star chef and the only son of an 80-year-old traditional Korean 'Pungcheonok’ pork soup restaurant. He is responsible for running various Korean pop-up restaurants all over the world but he moves to Seoha Village after his parents died from a fire. A romance filled with excitement and warmth will be unfolding as Yoo Bella intrudes into Seung-mo’s life with no warning after they stumbled upon each other.

 

The photograph captures the encounter between Eric and Go Won-hee who seem to run into each other by chance on the streets of Australia. Go Won-hee looked embarrassed and Eric seemed as if he wanted to say something. It makes us wonder how these two met and what the story behind their encounter was.

 

The romantic, but unconventional encounter between Eric and Go Won-hee suggests an unusual chemistry between the two and arouses viewers’ expectations for a delightful and sweet romance.

Eric and Go Do-yeon showcase an exceptional father-daughter chemistry.

 

Set to premiere on Channel A this comming Friday, March 27th (Friday), a Friday-Saturday drama “Yoobyeolna! Chef Moon” hinted at a special synergy between tsundere Eric (as Moon Seung-mo) and mature child Go Do-yeon (as Kim Seol-ah) from Seoha Village.

 

The two released photograph shows Eric and Go Do-yeon sitting together in an old traditional space. The other one shows a worrisome Eric and an innocent Go Do-yeon facing each other as if they were looking at each other, suggests a father-daughter-like synergy between the two.

 

 

Moon Seung-mo, played by Eric in “Yoobyeolna! Chef Moon”, is a star chef who has opened a number of Korean pop-up restaurants around the world and made many people fall in love with his cuisine. He moves to Seoha Village after an unexpected accident. He accepts Kim Seol-ah (played by Go Do-yeon), who calls him dad for some reason, as his house guest and begins a chaotic life with her.

 

Kim Seol-ah, a child who appears at the Korean traditional ‘Pungcheonok’ pork soup restaurant out of the blue and claims to be Moon Seung-mo’s daughter, a daddy’s girl who calls Moon Seung-mo 'Abuji’ (father). She boasts charms with her Chungcheong dialect and arouses viewers’ curiosity of where she came from and how she found Moon Seung-mo.

 

While there is no evidence that Moon Seung-mo is her father, Kim Seol-ah firmly believes that she is his daughter; and while Moon Seung-mo appears to push her away, he actually protects Seol-ah during crisis. Such scenes are expected to present the viewers a heart-warming story.

 

 

The perfect father-daughter chemistry between these two, whose bond seems far stronger for two non-blood related people will be seen from Channel A this coming Friday, March 27 at 10:50pm on “Yoobyeolna! Chef Moon”, a new Friday-Saturday romance drama.

New stills have been released for “Eccentric! Chef Moon.”

 

This upcoming Channel A drama is about reckless world-famous fashion designer Yoo Bella who suffers from memory loss but experiences love, growth, and success after meeting star chef Moon Seung Mo.

 

In the drama, Go Won Hee portrays Yoo Bella, a designer who shocked the world with her genius collection starting with her debut. Although Yoo Bella is a designer with global impact, she has never revealed her face.

Gil Hae Yeon appears as Yoo Bella’s representative Jang Sun Young. As someone who has known the designer for a long time, Jang Sun Young is like family. But she’s also strict when it comes to fashion, and she used her goal-oriented personality to drive Yoo Bella to success.

 

In the stills, they have similar ferocity in their eyes and an air of tension rather than closeness between them.

 

 

Another set of stills gives viewers a glimpse at the teamwork between Moon Seung Mo (played by Shinhwa’s Eric) and Choi Gun Woo (played by Joo Jong Hyuk).

 

Moon Seung Mo is a star chef who opens pop-up restaurants all over the world to introduce people to Korean food. He works closely with planning director Choi Gun Woo to prepare for new pop-up restaurants.

“Eccentric! Chef Moon” is a heartwarming romantic comedy that will follow the unusual love story of Yoo Bella, a world-famous fashion designer who has lost her memories (played by Go Won Hee), and star chef Moon Seung Mo (played by Shinhwa’s Eric).

 

Although Yoo Bella was once a highly-driven and successful designer, an unexpected accident causes her to transform into an accident-prone klutz who is unable to remember her past. No longer able to work, she moves to the countryside, where she reunites with chef Moon Seung Mo and embarks on an unexpected journey of growth, love, and development.

 

Meanwhile, Moon Seung Mo is a celebrated chef who travels all over the world opening pop-up restaurants to introduce people to Korean cuisine. However, an unforeseen incident brings him to the same countryside village as Yoo Bella, whom he happened to meet once in the past—and due to circumstances outside their control, they are forced to live together under one roof.

 

On March 22, the upcoming drama released new photos that illustrate the difference between Yoo Bella and Moon Seung Mo at work in their high-profile jobs—and Yoo Bella and Moon Seung Mo once they have moved to the sleepy countryside village of Seoha.

“Eccentric! Chef Moon” will be a healing romantic comedy that tells the story of world-famous fashion designer Yoo Bella, who has lost her memory and has become a carefree troublemaker in the Seoha village, and celebrity chef Moon Seung Mo as they grow, love, and succeed.

 

The new stills show Moon Seung Mo staring intently at a sharpened knife while Yoo Bella is walking around in a simple outfit and colorful scarf as an accent. It also shows Yoo Bella in the emergency room and Moon Seung Mo watching over her with a concerned expression on his face. Moon Seung Mo is said to mistake Yoo Bella for a beggar in Australia and goes back to the hospital with food he prepared himself, drawing curiosity as to what will happen between the two.

To premiere on March 27th at 10:50 pm, ‘Yoobyeolna! Chef Moon’ will soon greet viewers on Channel A. ‘Yoobyeolna! Chef Moon’ (screenplay by Jung Yoo-ri, Kim Kyung-soo, directed by Choi Do-hoon, Jung Heon-soo) is a healing romantic comedy about world-renowned fashion designer Yoo Bella, who lost her memories after an accident and becomes a troublemaker. She meets star chef Moon Seung-mo in Seoha Village and develops growth, love and success.

 

Director Choi said he wanted to share with the viewers his feeling of joy and fulfillment through ‘Yoobyeolna!
