finally completed this drama

I rate it 7.5/10

 

multiple pretty actress and their costume show their figure

lots of "hero" characters died in combat defending their kingdom

CGI is acceptable

outdoor scenes in the city is ok , lots of calefare inside the town which was not easy to do inside their strict pandemic controls

 

the music , 1 song sounds very off until I slowly appreciate the background guzhen and thumping bass sound , very catchy rap

it's the song when the male lead level up his powers after getting extremely emotional

 

as usual , I don't like these magic fantasy shows with a CGI face mask bad boss commanding bad underlings , prefer a human actor

the bad guy Ao Lan always succeed in plan , show ended without explaining why ChiQiuBai knew him and wasn't aggressive to him despite opposite camp , maybe brothers or old friend

 

male lead's fight scenes with CGI magic ... is alright .... looks cool when he get angry and 1 spear magic poke until the bad guy / female split apart , it happened twice

 

final boss costume kept secret , didn't remember seeing any images of that skin-fit in preview videos ... the final part of the final combat .... male lead overwhelming power just freeze everybody and poke him

 

the final ending , that youyue didn't revive right ? it was his memory or temporary hallucination ?
