Based on the novel of the same name, “Poong, The Joseon Psychiatrist” is a tvN drama starring Kim Min Jae as Yoo Se Poong, a well-known internal medicine doctor who was expelled from the royal court after getting caught up in a conspiracy. The newest teaser gives a small glimpse of the romance budding between the “Poong-Woo” couple, Yoo Se Poong and Seo Eun Woo. Their relationship goes beyond one of simply looking out for one another and instead has developed into something much more rich and full where they have come to truly rely on one another and lift each other up when one may be down. Seemingly without even them realizing it, they go from partners to pining after one another as they work together.

Kim Min Jae and Kim Hyang Gi are coming back with a deeper romance!

 

Based on the novel of the same name, “Poong, The Joseon Psychiatrist” is a tvN drama starring Kim Min Jae as Yoo Se Poong, a well-known internal medicine doctor who was expelled from the royal court after getting caught up in a conspiracy. In Season 1, he embarked on a mission to become a true doctor who heals the heart after meeting Seo Eun Woo (Kim Hyang Gi) and Gye Ji Han (Kim Sang Kyung) in the strange and beautiful village of Gyesu.

 

A teaser poster that was released on December 8 captures the heart-fluttering moment between Yoo Se Poong and Seo Eun Woo. The two are gazing at each other meaningfully in the middle of a field full of wild flowers. Yoo Se Poong’s tightly clutched fists as well as the subtle distance between them show their feelings of longing and affection for each other.

 

While Yoo Se Poong and Seo Eun Woo do not take their eyes off of each other as if they are trying to convey their feelings, the text that reads, “I will look into your heart first,” adds to the anticipation for the romance between the two.

 

 

The production team remarked, “In Season 2, the performances of the Gyesu Clinic doctors who move to Hanyang (the Joseon capital) will be portrayed more dynamically. Along with the new changes, the romance between Yoo Se Poong and Seo Eun Woo will also be depicted in greater depth.”

She brings unexpected chaos to the previous calm between Yoo Se Poong and Seo Eun Woo, and it’ll be interesting to see what exactly her appearance will mean for these two.

 

The downtown streets surrounding the Hanyang branch of the Gyesu Clinic is another sight worthy of attention. Yoo Se Poong not only captures the hearts of women in Gyesu with his stunning visuals but now also in the capital city. The second season of “Poong, The Joseon Psychiatrist” has teased big changes in Kim Min Jae and Kim Hyang Gi’s relationship!

Based on the novel of the same name, “Poong, The Joseon Psychiatrist” is a tvN drama starring Kim Min Jae as Yoo Se Poong, a well-known internal medicine doctor who was expelled from the royal court after getting caught up in a conspiracy. On December 21, tvN unveiled a new main teaser that previews the deepened love between Yoo Se Poong and Seo Eun Woo. As they walk through a field of flowers together, Yoo Se Poong sweetly confesses, “I wish this road was a little bit longer. I’m excited to go with you.”

However, their peaceful relationship is met with unexpected obstacles that come in the form of new characters Lee Seo Yi (Woo Davi) and Jeon Kang Il (Kang Young Seok). Lee Seo Yi, who is the princess of Joseon, boldly throws her arms around Yoo Se Poong, surprising everyone around them. Feeling both nervous and confused, Seo Eun Woo asks Yoo Se Poong, “Doctor, what kind of person are you?”

In turn, Seo Eun Woo unexpectedly meets a “rival” of Yoo Se Poong when she accidentally runs into the arms of Jeon Kang Il, who kindly asks, “Are you okay?” Love is also in the air for Gye Ji Han, who experiences a heart-fluttering moment of his own.
