So i heard about this movie for a while but was hesitant to watch it because it seemed like a horror movie but one day recently i was like what the he** why not? So i watched Death Note and the sequel The Last Name and i fell in love with it! I was crying terribly in the ending of the Last Name.

This is by far my favorite Japanese Movie and i hear something about a spin off Changing the World? Hmmm...i'm defiantly going to check out more info on that soon.

I liked the first one a lot because what Tatsuya Fujiwara did in the end was NOTHING like what i've seen in every dramas and movies where the guy threw everything away for his love. I know this sound so twisted but that was my favorite part in the end when he "revealed" to the reaper his plan.

In the 2nd one, i had a lot of respect for Tatsuya but i also love Erika Toda (mainly due to how her character remind me a lot of myself) and i couldn't help but hate Tatsuya because while Erika was willing to give everything away even giving her life TWICE, he never geniunly loved her; he just used her. Despite that whole unrequited love, the ending was so tragic but so beautifully developed it was everything that should be and many predicted it but still the director made is so suspenseful and i just love it! I shamlessly cried a lot in the end.

But when I watched it, I loved it!

It keeps you on the edge, especially what Light's about to do next.

I love how L eats so much sweets. Lol.

i have watched the spinoff: L - Change the world... but i find it not as good as the previous 2 Deathnote movies..

i loved the previous 2 movies and even went to find its manga to read... find the two brainy - L and Kira very shrewd and smart... but the 3rd movie is really nothing fantastic.. just a normal thriller... not as 'brain cracking' as i thot it will be... maybe i have too high an expectation....

i finally got round to watching this yesterday;

and well, I LOOOOVED IT

i feel so sorry for light though
