OK my cousin is a choreographer for YG..

hes in a high position where he trains and teachs the traines or even help choreogrpahing singers dance parts

this is waht my cousin told me so far:

YG is pretty strict..not like BAD strict but hes strict in a way that he wants you to improve

if they think you arent really trying hard or like no talent when you are a trainee

they pretty much tell you to leave..they really look hard for talents.

and like someone said they did have an open audition in korea before

and yeahh pretty much nobody made it

i mean look at how YG just kicked off that 6th memeber in Big Bang

and they dont really require anything on facial features or anything

just mostly talents (:

YG looks for people and they dun base on look

they base on talent

and yes they will tell u to leave if u dun work hard when ur a trainee

i mean YG prolly has the best singers except that POIBOS has SeeYa and Sg Wannabe and like yeaaaaa hahaha

like the hardest to get in?

bcuz they want talent

they dun care about look or races

they just want talent

thats what so cool about YG

i love them so much...

but all i can say is they're my best favorite company

not to brat...im seriously telling the truth...dun hate me plz

people always tell me "wow ur so good...u must get in sumwhere"

they are my friends and teachers

and sumtimes i hear "ur okaii...nothing special" from my aunt and cuzin hahaha

or people that hate me will be like "ur not a good soprano...u cant reach the high notes"

so becareful and think about who is commenting ur singing

but oh well...i dunno

the ones that at least carry a tone - their talents are really subjective to each person

artists in YG are all seriously good

except for Lexy...she cant sing live really well

she was originally a rapper, and she raps awesome.

ok i heard yg has really talented dancers too..like my cousin can just show one choreogrpahy and pretty much they do exactly the same after just looking at it once for the first time.

also if you pretyt much have attitude problem

and they look for like people who can sing LIVE well..like se7en he never ever lipsynced..he always sang live and most of them were PERFECT.

also they want like people who can freestyle well..since YG is relaly into HIP HOP ish

It's crazy now-I remember an acquaintance of mine being turned down years ago that was Chinese and now they're clammoring for Chinese talent. Maybe blacks will be hip too, who knows?
