yes, there were several things that he would not normally do for instance taking cute selfie, being blushed, the way he talks when he was with her (not all the time), the act of mimicking, the ad libs (even though he was known as king of ad libs), the way he would re-act if someone distract his concentration and other little things...

It's hard for him to fall in love with someone because he hasn't found the one who simply gets him as he is , someone who simply knows him, someone who simply respect him -without words, without explanation ...

'maybe' he feels that she is for him but he can also have second thought of 'will this person accept me as i am ... though he has cross his line but i think he still needs time to assure himself

yes that's what I was thinking too. what we usually see in proposal or in a wedding kiss is just a short sweet kiss.

Actor Kim Rae Won, who recently wrapped up his drama 'Doctors', answered a ton of questions about his co-star Park Shin Hye!

When asked if he found it difficult to act with a female lead 9 years younger than him, Kim Rae Won said, "I didn't feel the age difference at all... We treated each other like friends and that was the right thing do to... I tried to match with Park Shin Hye, and because I'm the sunbae, Park Shin Hye would try to match with me, asking, 'How do you want to do this?'"

 

He went on to add, "Our chemistry could only be good because we tried hard to match each other. In some dramas, some actors just close themselves off and do their own things. But with this drama, we opened ourselves up. Acting is not something you do by yourself. I could have done a better job with Hong Ji Hong's character too, but people will not want to watch it for those reasons, and it would be useless. On that end, Park Shin Hye is very smart." 

 

On any plans for marriage, Kim Rae Won simply answered, "I don't know. I filmed two movies and have a lot to do still. [Marriage] probably won't be for another few years. I'm not self-centered, but I have big dreams for the 2nd leg of my career."

The first thought when i saw this was.. when they start kissing, suddenly PD said to them.. "guys.. guyss ...not passionate kiss okk,  just little long sweet kiss.." and when he heard that he was like "what??... (open his eyes) you just ruined my concentration..." lol and they were smiling but not stop kissing until PD said "okk thats enough.."

^^ Sorry I didn't quote anyone. About the current topic with his eyes opening, I actually get a smile whenever I play that scene. It just adds a certain personality to it. I don't view it as anything negative, coz I see it as an additional flavor to that kiss. I'm glad it was shared with us.

seeing him in white shirt half pants carrying his little baby; interact with the baby; handle with the poops, the cries, feeding time, nap time; cooking for the baby, doing house hold chores while taking care of his baby ... what could be more sexy than that ...

 

side note to @IsabelinaD, i guess the script said that the kiss should be act as wedding kiss not to deep but a heart felt one ... aside from that it was taken outside in d morning making their senses much more aware with the surroundings ...

I woke up this morning after having a dream about KRW stated that "he has been falling in love now. it's been a while since the last he has that kind of feeling". In my sleep, I was like "omg omg. he must be falling in love with Shin Hye. yes my ship is sailing again". But then my dream stopped and I suddenly woke up.

This is the second time I have a dream of KRW and PSH. shows how hard I'm rooting for them. sorry for being delusional. LOL

i dig some research regarding introvert people and reserved people ... after reading few articles, i understand the reason Rae Won didn't participate in the vacation and Shin Hye send picture to him.

  As an introvert person, Rae Won choice is so understandable because he needs time to re-charge himself after Doctors within himself in his alone time. While in the other hand, Shin Hye is a extrovert - reserved person. Shin Hye re-charge herself by doing activities with persons she knows well but she choose only selected persons with whom she can share her utmost feeling. With the act of sending d picture from Shin Hye, it could have meaning that she knows Rae Won well enough and let him be in his space plus wanting him to feel the vacation atmosphere with his imagination.

i would say there would be no rumours, very tinny hints if they were even have become couple (people around them will only sense the vibe but not knowing for sure because of their personalities)... if you have decide to ship RaeShin then you have to have a very strong heart and will...

It's still too early Time and privacy is what they need and I agree, we'll just hope for the best for them, whatever they decide.

I have a ship I've been shipping for about 10 years and that ship has yet to sail lol. You just never know, although they have their own bf/gf, they remain good friends so I'm happy. Like YD said, they are not married yet so there is still hope. Another one couple I like is Kate Winslet and Leonardo DiCaprio, though they were never married to each other, they remain life-long friends and to me that's good enough

Omg! Thank you for share this! I love every lines in doctors specially when they did deep conversation. i was rewatch again before the drama was end, just for  listening what they were saying because some of those quote and narration was like really wise and touch my heart a lots of meanings in it .. very deep
