Starts with HJ on the phone speaking to someone animatedly. A fax was sent to her. She looks somber and the camera pans to a picture she has with her halmoni.

KS is at the nurses station typing something, we see another doctor on the phone coming in and disses KS. He ended up with a broken nose after KS head butted him. The resident turns out to be a resident from general surgery. IJ is with the injured resident with JH, PR also walks in. JH sides with KS lols and the injured resident is further reprimanded by his seniors. JH asks KS if he's tired and he show him his support with a high 5. 

JMH is eating with his wife and is looking listless. His wife scolds him.

Meanwhile, YD and his staff checks on the guy with a battery stuck in his eye. He seems better now. YD suddenly gets a call from JMH and they meet up for tea.

JH and the man talking...about his wife chance. JH still not promising anything...the man really hard on letting her go, JH text HJ after the talk...ask her to meet up. Ooowww JH running to meet her.

KS is still looking tired at the nurses station and HJ catches him, tells him to rest.

The congressman is sitting on bed seemingly better too and gets a visit from JH. HJ soon follows and they discuss surgery again for his herniated disc. JH leaves and the congressman talks with HJ further.

JMH is standing by the hallway, he meets up with SW and YD. HJ passes by them and gets to be praised again by JMH. HJ chances on JH at the wards and asks him if he took his vitamin D? They look friendlier.

We now see LSY with his wife, he remembers the time when they were wearing their wedding garments, happier times. JH and HJ walk in and he wipes away his tears. They leave him and they discuss something with KJ. LSY follows them outside.  We see him and JH talk.

HJ visit the annesthetic again and bring the fax she received. They talk seriously, HJ said to him to give up and tell her the truth. The annesthetist ask for time to think.

KC looking for vitamin at the resident room. Oh no don't say he is now addict to it to keep him awake. 

YD buy sandwich to go... All the residents gather together and YD COME WITH THE SANDWICH. All of them clapping and senior resodent ask him is he rivalry with JH since they said previously JH treat them food. As usual YD defense his action.. Lol

JH goes out and texts HJ asking where she was. She answers him and he runs towards her. He catches at the opposite walkway and he motions for them to meet up.

He brings her to the auditorium, JH then says he loves her. HJ says she likes him too and they embrace. JH looks like a huge thorn was just removed from his chest and HJ runs away happy like a small child.
