Hey guys! My name is Francais and Im a new fitness obsessor. Happily enough, on the day after Christmas I made the decision to stop being miserable with my weight and to start really loving myself . For that to happen I knew the weight would have to come off. I started my journey at 231 lbs and since December 26th , I have lost a total of 29lbs. Im here to today to have you guys join me in fitness check ins, and offer tips and share secrets!

That's awesome you've lost that much weight in such a short amount of time!! Great job! What's your secret? I've been trying to lose weight and i've been eating healthy and exercising but i'm considering trying a dietary supplement to help.

I have just started to live healthy life! I desided to eat much healthier food and started to run every morning ! I just ordered infuser water  bottle to motivate me drink more water. Also I started to visit fitness club once a week! I'm so happy for that desision. I already feel that have more energy also I feel so much better than before!

I have been on a 500-800calorie for 7 weeks. I have lost 14 kgs. You just need to pay attention to your body. It will tell you when it needs protein or carbs. I have cut out most protein and eat plenty of fresh steamed veggies. I started at 90kg and . . My blood pressure is down to 112/69. I m running 7 km a day on treadmill and keep active . I think  cardio machine should be at home if you have not possibility  every day or go to gym. Drink 2-3 liters of water a day. Then go back to a maintenance diet to maintain. A person needs to ease back to regular meals to let the body adjust.

Track your meals in a food journal.

I agree with the bosth of you! :) It's really the truth and as I noticed you start to understand this only after a serious changings in your lifestyle, making it a more healthy one :wink:
Personally I'm happy that I totally changed my usual diet into a better way, also I create a habbit of regular workouts :) My favourite combination consists of a basic daily fitness complex with addint to it several times a week running, swimming or practising with such ellipticals like in this list on StyleMann :) I have the one in my hous and it's a good alternative instead of gym during the cold seasons :D

I'm happe at the current time because my work finally brought me the positive results, I mean a normal weight and a much better health ^_^

Congrats on your weight loss! I hope you're doing well.I also am on my way to loose weight. I'm not exactly fat, but im on the border of going overweight for my height. I was around 51kg and now down to 46kg in 3 months. Really, I just keep a journal of what I eat through FitnessPal app and go swimming twice a week.

Hey there :) I also agree with Radiowave. It's important to switch to a healthy lifestyle and not torturing ourselves with some soldier exercises. A healthy body is a fit body. For example, I gain weight 2 years ago. I always felt bloated and tired. Later I discovered that I had candida. My doctor told me that I shouldn't eat any processed sugar. Yes, you heard me. Actually, it wasn't so hard. I ate fruits like bananas and apples. I also used Biocare probiotics for my gut health. I've lost 5 kg in one month. I didn't feel bloated anymore and I had much more energy. I love doing yoga so with that energy it was much easier. Now I think more carefully what I eat and I believe that all health and fit body come from our gut health. So be careful what you eat but don't torture yourself just switch to healthy alternatives. Food can be tasty even if it's healthy :)

Weight loss is not easily achieved in our life. But we must follow the certain steps and avoid the unwanted things like eating junk foods, fast food systems and etc... Healthy food diet is most important one and also drinking plenty of water helps to boost the blood circulation and eliminate the toxic substance from the body. Regular exercise is also most important thing to achieve the weight loss. Many of them are spending many hours in Gym. But this is my real experience, running is best for weight loss. Running 15 to 30 minutes in a day helps to reducing the unwanted fats and cholesterol.
