Thanks for the theories about this...almost fits mine perfectly hahahaha but why do I get the feeling that it won't have the happy ending I was sòooo rooting for...sigh...

I wish there was a better way to go around the ban :/ can't they make a show in China but air it somewhere else? Like as if a foreigner made it?? I wish there were foreign investors interested in projects like this. If you think about it, it could be a real gold mine, especially if they ride on the controversy regarding the ban. I feel there would be a lot of people who would want to watch something forbidden, it makes it exciting, doesn't it? All buzz is good buzz and really, it could be used for their advantage, especially if it were to be covered by foreign media (like in the case of Addicted but used even more). Sigh. But that's probably just my wishful thinking eh.

I just want a happy ending for all my couples, I'm really sad when it doesn't happen (says the writer who just killed off one of her main characters for plot reasons and cause it felt like it was supposed to happen and destroyed her own otp over it LOL)

Also, I'm really curious about the book it was made after. I want to find out more about it, but can't find what's it called anywhere. I want to read spoilers and find out if the show is worth waiting for oops

 

Anyway, to get back OT, I really enjoy all the fanart that has been posted, some of it is super adorable and fluffy and then the other images are just... plain beautiful

I found another Heroin BGM song. It's called "Take Me Somewhere Nice" by Mogwai. This song can be heard at the car scene in Episode 15 (where Gu Hai and Bai LuoYin K-I-S-S-I-N-G ).

This reminds me a really old article concerning China rule of 1 child per family (unless twins), resulting a lot of the daughter got thrown out after born to ensure the family have male thus continuing the family line. you can imagine the rest...........

To be frank in my opinion ...if i can live my life as i want i will never have children bcz i have siblings who can carry bloodline...I will instead provide for orphan people education ...I love kids so much but i dont like grown ups much...Thats my dream life...but reality is different...I cant sacrifice my life style for my dream life...Im not independent....But not only in china almost every family thinks of bloodline and abort girl child mainly bcz of financial problems and has to spend money to marry her off and she wont give anything in return...I do pity that thinking.Every one has different view on life.....But nothing can change much anyway...

OOT: do you guys know Mr. X and I: Just for Meeting You? It is a Chinese BL movie. The story is simple, Zhengxi, a gay high schooler fell in love with his best friend, Taoye, etc etc. I am sucker for this kind of story hahaha.

The actors were quite good! The one that I like the most is the relationship between Zhengxi with his other best friend, Aitong, a girl who know his feelings for Taoye. It got me when they sing together in the middle of the movie.

Now, the million dollar question is: anyone know the song that Zhengxi and Aitong sang? Any Engsub on this? I think the song is good!

My impression on the movie (with SPOILERS):

The actors are good but sometime look awkward. They smile too much, maybe because of nervousness? I also feel that they were not too in-character. If they could portray the characters better, the conflicts etc could be stronger.

Also, I found there is no strong chemistry between Zhengxi and Taoye. I found the chemistry is stronger between Zhengxi and Aitong. 

Despite that, I found the movie is enjoyable and I don't think I cringe a lot when watching it (I often cringe when seeing cheesy/non-sensical/overboard scenes LOL).
