Wait wait wait.
Too much lagging so I cant watch BUT they said mom`s restaurant burned. If its burned real bad they would believe the witness (the employee) and might declare her dead without a body.
BUT when mom was on the phone with HS she was not on the restaurant she was in creepy killer room.
Was his room in the restaurant?

Ugh my streaming stopped completely!

SH is escorting HS to court room. She stares at MJK. DY is saying that MJK approached mum, killed her and started a fire to take revenge. DY says he should be punished. Cha then as defense lawyer says he is innocent. Later outside HS is shouting at Cha and Cha is telling her that it was an accident. He was there to ask for forgiveness. There is no proof but SH tells him exactly what happened as he read his thoughts in the courtroom. Cha insists it is an accident. HS is thinking that Cha has to believe her. SH who read her thoughts punched Cha out of anger. Ba k at the office Cha is asking for old records in past ten years. When asked if he is ok, Cha says he feels as if he has be one a knight protecting a bad king. Back at the house HS is screaming that she does not want to see anyone and ask SH to leave as he has no reason to be there。 He remains calm and ask her to talk to him and he will listen. She calms down and ask if he read the judge's mind. He says it's 51:49; 51 being innocent.

Spoiler: HS has flashback of mum and MJk setting fire. She says she can do it and goes to find DY. DY's dad is eavesdropping. HS goes down on her knees to ask DY to help her get MJK. Says she will do everything including saying sorry for what happened 10 years ago. DY's dad intercepts and ask her if she was sincere in apologizing for what happened. She says yes. He then gives them advice that they should get more evidence. Suggest that they check Min's jail mate who could be of help.

HS comes to DY's house asking assistance from her, begging and apologizing for the past mistake she has committed. DY's dad, the old judge, ask her whether she's sincerely apologizing. HS silently ask her mom forgiveness for apologizing to this fam. Dad, DY and HS resume the convo and holding a strategic meeting to discuss JK case inside.
HS back in the house, washing.. err, stomping her feet over the clothes when SH finds her.
