@cynder The article says it will be soon, but maybe they know as much as we know and just suppose that it will be soon! I think "The Huntress" will be released before Ha Ji Won begins to shoot for Hwatu (August) or she won't be able to promote it like it should be! Maybe the others cast members will promote it, but it will be weird if the lead actress is missing to promotions and Ha Ji Won is the major attraction, and her interviews are always funny and interesting, she is one of the most loved and respected actress in Korea, she just naturally attracts viewers!

@pie...that is true. it won't make much sense to release it much later than August. If the problem really lies in cgi...it should have been worked double time. There are plenty of companies out there who can do this job. It really is almost ridiculous to keep postponing its release because the film isn't quite done....shouldn't it be the other way around?---a date is set and thus everything else has to be done by then? hmmm...i smell something fishy...

@cynder i don't like how they are managing this movie, if they continue like this maybe they will release it in 2014  X( Ha Ji Won works very hard to every work, she was even sick when she was shooting the movie, and then the others ruins everything, for this i wish that she will work with competent pepole! Anyway it's really fishy this situation, something is definitively wrong! Hope that it will be released!

@bearbarbiie1023, I love ha ji won 8n damo but I still have to finish watching it. She's really the greatest actress in korea. Who else would do such a character and do it well? Of course, even I could say that she's not really the prettiest face but her beauty has this strong but gentle character that sets her apart from any other celebrities. She's this type of woman that men want to take care of but they know that she can take care of herself, on her own.

And that movie miracle on 1st street, I remember reading an article about it and the PD said that ha ji won did all the boxing and she had gotten punched on the face so many times that she was hospitalized. And this just proved that she had never have plastic surgery.

Ha ji won is really my most favorite person in the world. I admire her character and personality and her beauty that is beyond skin-deep.

I saw Phone there are some scenes that may be scary, but i didn't find it very scary, i think it's subjective

@mssegacrazy I've watched Phone last year. For me, it's not that scary to the point that you'd shout and perspire because of fear. :-O It's more of a thriller, I think. I'll spoil you a little, I love how it started with Ji Won running on a treadmill. She was so hot!

Ha Ji Won is really amazing, i think she is the most underrated actress in Korea. She made other become big stars and even directors, but she never choose someone who can make her shine, she doesn't like to outshine and stays always in the dark. While she works the hardest, others shines of her work. Another reason that she is not the most popular is that she never had rumors, scandals, there is not even 1 picture from paparazzi in 13 years, while others more popular actresses are famous more for rumors, scandals and relationships that their acting!About the fact that she is not the prettiest actress, i think many times she is really tired and her eyes become little and swollen, her face is often really tired, and she doesn't always go to beauty centers, because she is always working and may look less pretty while other actresses are always relaxed, and in beauty centers and with heavy make up so they may look prettier, but i think that she is really beautiful inside and out.

Yeah. She is beautiful inside and out. Many veteran actors/actresses and MCs praised her not only for her beauty but also for her personality. She is well-respected too. I guess that's why she manages to keep her privacy so well. And she is the type that gets more beautiful as you get to know her a little better.

Ha Ji Won is the queen of Goeryo in Hwatu

After played North Korean woman in The King 2 Hearts, Ha JI Won decides to be the queen of Goeryo in her new drama titled Hwatu.
Ha Ji Won”s role is Empress Ki, a real person in Goeryo’s history.
The drama itself tells story of love and conflicts in the life of Empress Ki.

It’s interesting to see how Ha Ji Won will portray her character as an empress as she said in the SBS’ talkshow ‘Thank You’ that she always get invested so deep to her character.
She said that after filmed action thriller Sector 7 (where her character was described lost all her family), she couldn’t break away from her character. So that she needed psychiatric therapy to be prepared for her new drama Secret Garden at that time.

Hwatu is scheduled for the second part of 2013 on MBC and coming from writer Jang Young Chul and Jung Kyung Soon who made Daejoyoung, Giant and The History of Salaryman.
