Guest beliliana3_e269
Hi blush, There is definitely a reason why you feel this uncomfortable sensation accompanied by a red (and often times very red) face. I actually noticed this with myself when I was 8 years old and this persisted for me throughout middle school, high school, and my mid twenties. I am now 31 years old and I can tell you that this pretty much never ever happens anymore. Here is what I wish someone would have told me at any point in my life since I struggled with this pain for so very long: God created us each in a very unique way and when we turn red it usually means that we are either thinking or doing something that is not in alignment with His plan for us personally. I know that in my experience I longed to understand why this was constantly happening because it didn't happen to anyone else around me! I'm thankful to say that although I didn't know that this was God's way of telling me that I was missing His daily plan for me then, I know it now and I have never been more aware. Here is someone who will help you understand this situation in a more specified way: Dr. Caroline Leaf. Look up her videos on a website called TBN - in the "On Demand" section, I know this information will bless you.
Guest Anna.indeed
hahahaha, that happens with me a lot too >__< I think it's getting for me though, mainly because I'm trying to stay calm. The more excited I get, the more warm my face gets XD hahaha
Violetlove2
I have this problem too! It was worse in high school (I'm 21 now) but it still happens sometimes. Sometimes my face feels hot like it's burning up in addition to the redness. When it's like that I try an ice pack or cool rag, and that helps with the heat, yet some of the redness still remains. I actually asked a doctor about it once because it bothered me so much and he just said that my face flushes really easily for some reason, but there's nothing to be concerned about and nothing to really do about it. I can tell you that caring for the skin of my face and drinking a lot of water has helped. I have really sensitive skin so if I don't take care of it properly it goes crazy lol. Guest Ochoa
I think it is the problem of skin sensitivity, your phase skin is very sensitive so it turns red any time, it happens with many people, if you have any problem with this then you should consult to a skin specialist. Guest
If the redness stems from the feeling of blood (heat) rushing to your face:build a little more muscle mass, keep your feet warm, don't skip out on the protein (try clotted pig's blood)avoid alcohol, excessive sexual activity (if you are under 25, limit to 1 orgasm per 2 day), and try your best not to get angry. If you feel the redness is from exposure to the elements (sunlight, reaction to temperature or wind etc.) but don't necessarily feel flushed:wear a scarf, expose yourself less. Guest mrsfeath_stv
I have the same problem, hey have this green like concealer that helps with the red.... You don't have to wear any other make up with it. But whenever I do use it I do the redness relief first then 2 different foundations and so on and so forth. Although I didn't discover this until recently. Good lomuck!!

Guest Bradyn Anderson
There are red reducing makeup products. There's one that's a green liquid, which is supposed to counter the red. It obviously turns clear and doesn't stay green on ur face. I have the same prob BTW. I don't use those products tho.
alexiaveneti
I've only been using DermalMD Rosacea Serum about a month or so and I can tell a difference already. The sides of my face and nose are extremely red and it has lessened. It is a very thick cream but is not greasy at all, a little goes a long way. Chelsea Sawyer
I have struggled with red skin for years. I have adult acne and as a result have many old scars and red skin. I struggle to leave the house without make up on as my skin looked so sore and inflamed. I have tried many rosacea treatments and most have left me with very dry itchy skin as my acne sill pops out around my neck and jawline. This however the Somaluxe Redness Repair has really helped. My red skin is starting to fade. It's also helping with current acne spots. There not dry and itchy anymore my breakouts seem less severe as the redness has reduced. I love the product. haepi
My face is like that too. My face turns red really quickly when I feel shy or embarrased. It turns really red during and after exercise. I also get sunburned easily.
murtlap
Once I made the face mask with strawberries and all my face turned red. I quickly went to Dallas emergency room, I read about it on https://frontlineer.com/ . The doctor gave me some pills and said that I had allergy on strawberry. Since then no experimental masks, I will better consult with cosmetologist.
sclarke1986
When I first read your post, I thought that your skin was just sensitive, but yes, could really be rosacea. It would be best if you consult your dermatologist for this as some creams or treatments may worsen it.
kelrdh
Oh my, seriously. Some of these replies are too funny. You do not have rosacea, sensitive skin or lacking whatever vitamins/proteins in your diet. Although these things and aggressive exercise will cause redness, what you are describing is anxiety, plain and simple. I've dealt with flushing and blotchiness my entire life and my daughter does the same. It happens when when we are even just slightly embarrassed, laughing, or angry. I can even remember once flushing when I had to get up and turn a paper in. It doesn't take much. And it's not cute! It's awful when you already are embarrassed and a group will all point it out and laugh. I'm older now so I can blow it off and laugh with them, but someone who hasn't learned to deal with it, it's not so easy. There's really not a lot you can do but I would recommend regular exercise. This really does reduce the occurrences. It doesn't totally get rid of it, but helps for sure. Also be honest, tell people that you have some anxiety in groups and just the slightest emotion, even laughing, causes you to flush easily. They may be more sensitive about waggling their fingers in your direction when it happens, but they might not! I find that bare minerals is my best friend on my face in neck when I'm in public. But please give a regular exercise program a try, turning red while exercising is not the same thing as what you're experiencing. Good luck:)
