Just watched the episode............... need I say more??? It's really a DAEBAK episode. I'm still a little bit greedy though, since it's a cliffhanger. Oh well, I get a general overview for the whole busan episode.

Just sharing my thoughts.........

1. this is their second time riding a train together, after going to KANGHWADO. This time is BUSAN, where the man comes from, the place where he set up the dream he has been trying to achieve, and also full of memories. There are many differences between the 2 train rides. The first one, they were greeted by quite a bad weather, but this time the weather is just VERY CHEERFUL! Oh and THE WINNER GOES TO YONGHWA the person who bought the glassess..... Isn't it the first time we got our question correct??? after many games we played . Also, the eyecovers are also present!!! Overall, this second train ride gives a different feeling, of course.............. ROMANTIC FEEL

2. we found out that both of them are really stalking each other, INTENSIVELY!! I just love how Yong remembers watching Hyun reading book inside a library, wearing her red glassess..... Gosh he is such a perfectionist..... How could he remember that??? I was really taken aback. Also, Hyun enjoys teasing Yong now. I cracked myself up when the PD showed us the footage when Yonghwa was really shy (was that during YAB??)

3. we finally got a CLEAR ANSWER regarding Hyun and Yong's parents at CNBLUE July 2010 concert. She met his parents at that time. No wonder Yong's mother can be very friendly (or is it just her personality?). However, I honestly do not really like the fact that WGM was involved in this. I thought Hyun came secretly without WGM cameras following. A person here (sorry I forgot who) said that it might cause "a little bit" of uproar on SOME Boice because of this (I hope it doesn't happen though).

4. Yong's family (so far only his mother) is a friendly person as I see it until now. But, when they are eating, Seohyun was a bit intimidated by Yong's mother, especially by her questions. Oh well, it's normal because from the way I see it Yong's mother is a person who really cares about her son's future, ESPECIALLY regarding his future companion (GF/wife). Anyway, there's one particular thing that I like, this one

Okay, I'm just a little bit delusional but can we take Yong's mom's words as a signal???? I hope so . Guys!! his mom is revealing the secret bit by bit!!

5. DO I NEED TO SAY MORE??? the whole episode SEEMS TOOOOO REAL TO BE REGARDED AS FAKE MARRIAGE!!!

After his mother said:" Yonghwa doesn't call you often right." After this part, his mother started referring to herself that Yonghwa doesn't call his mother often. Therefore, its not really related to seohyun.

Thats what i understand from the other translation.

But I might have interpreted your point wrongly. If you are talking about Yongseo calling each other, then I guess THEY DO!!

If they are able to do an international rating, then the rating would be more than 10%.

I really love the episode! it was sweet but my favorite parts were actually on the first part...I just love the way yong and hyun interacted with each other. They were so entertaining to watch.

Yong's mom is definitely pretty! And, Yong's dad is handsome too...I couldn't get a good look of his brother...anyone has a picture?

I swear I lost all my concentration for work last week, the moment their picture (inside the train to Busan) came out online.

I kept hoping time would burn VERY fast so I can watch this episode.

Such a wonderful gift to start the year with a lot of YONGSEO Couple inspiration.

There were just too many sweet and cute moments in this episode.

From last weeks episode, it looks like Hyun has learned the habbit of hitting Yong naturally.

Back then, she wouldn't even dare hit him, not even with a single finger.

But recently, it looks like it's an automatic instinct for her to hit him, whenever she finds or hears something she dislikes with Yong. LOL.

I'm really loving it how their skinship has evolved, so slowly, so simple yet every bit of it sends millions of GoGuMa angels to Go-Chun.

Everything looked and sounded so real.

The way they hold sweet chit chats. And no single GoGuMa can ever miss their signature eyeships.

I bet every single one of us is imagining what would it be like if you hold Yong's gaze or Hyun's.

Looking at Hyun's smiling eyes and being blown away, using Yong's eyes as a mirror knowing we will always look pleasant no matter what.

I replayed every sweet (some may say cheesy) talk they had, felt my heart melt with every unexpected love remarks of Yong towards Hyun.

And boy I was really surprised. For such a busy man like Yong, with a lot of things that had happened to him every 4 weeks in the month,

it's been hard to juggle more than 1 project for the last 12 months and more...

How can he still possibly remember that occasion where, his would be wife in the future, wore glasses last year,

and even managed to retain in his memory the color of the specs.

Such a detail I could never extract from my memory because I have a lot of "senior citizen moments". Really fascinating.

And OMO, Yong's mother and father, they look like celebrities. His parents could pass as commercial models or actors.

Seriously, they are a family that was blessed in the looks department.

The instant closeness was really very unlikely. Every girl would seriously want a warm, kind and sociable mother in law like her.

Yong ommoni is a CERTIFIED YongSeo shipper. Even had to worry about how she'd have to look the next day when they'll have to meet.

The DEABAK part, was that, Hyun is the FIRST girl whom Yong had ever brought to "Meet The Parents". Remarkable. It looked so real.

I can only hope that after all this, once they are indeed ready for the real thing, they will be each others "first and last".

This may be a bit random but 'cos Yong's mum have a celebrity face so I put the pict of Yong's mum with the celebrity that I think she looks alike to.

The actress's name is Im Ye Jin, and she played the role of Jandi's mum in Boys Over Flowers.

Not sure am I the only one who think they look alike at certain angle, but of course Yong's mum looks kinder. (sorry, no offends to the actress, just saying what is on my mind)

Yong's mum also look like Hyun's mother, when Hyun & Yong's mum is walking side by side, they really look alike. The shape of their face and their cheeks especially when they smile/laugh, and when they "ganged up" to tell Yong to contact more often.

A drama I watched have this dialogue: 'If you want to know how your future wife looks like, look at your mum'. So if it really is as what the drama says, then we know who is Yong's wife already.

I also have to mention that I love how Yong imitates his mum. It's SOOOOO CUTE!!

Some of you says that Yong is like a mummy's boy and his mum might have over pampered him. But I think the reason Yong is close to his mum is 'cos:

1) His elder brother is abroad, so his mother will be lonely and he have to care for her, including his bro's share to her.

2) Yong once said in Happy Bday that once when he was a kid, he did sort of scold his mum but almost right after it, he regretted what he said and apologised to his mum. That shows he is quite a sensible kid who knows how to think and kids who regretted their actions like him, usually will end up being closer to the parent he/she have conflict with.

shawie, magdal... talking about fate! uri yongseo is a very good example of fate! this brings me back to memory land~! uri yongseo reminds me of myself actually, so this is my story & POV... it's not very interesting, so it's in the spoiler ^____^

sorry to cut your post, I just wanna say that I believe you are right . I do believe in destiny, somethings are really meant to be , but all is in your hands, you will always have the final choice... Thanks for sharing your story ^^.

I don´t know how express my feelings about this episode (my english is betraying me so much this time), but I think every minute of it is worth to spazz. Yong´s mom is just amazing and I think she was saying a lot of subtled important things. (I will give my best, sorry for my english)

I liked it when mom grabbed Hyun´s hand in such a friendly way. She seemed happy to know her (first time they spend time together, or at least that is what we think), and it gave me the feeling of familiarity. I think Yong talks about Hyun with his mom, I believe that is why she is able to act like this with her ^^.

I can totally imagine Yong, calling his mom the day before, telling her how shy Hyun is and asking her to be easy on his little lady LOL.

Hyun is the First girl Yong introduce to her? Then why you did it Yong?, I don´t think WGM force the couples to do that, but he still did bring his girl home . And I find it cute what he said to hyun... "you are the first girl" letting her know that she is also very special to him, that she is also many "first times" to him. I think it is romantic.

And then, mom talking about the lack expression of Yong´s feelings... She was telling her, "if he doesn´t call you it is not because he doesn´t care". And we know that mom visited yong during the mildang time, and we know that Hyun was furious? LOL because Yong didn´t call her... Can this be clearer?? I don´t think so .

And finally, kimichi... Mom ate hyun´s kimishi... Mom ate Hyun kimishi??? . Don´t you think that this fact gives the feeling of REAL?... Why mom would eat Hyun´s food if this wasn´t important to Yong? and even if she tried just because it was in his son´s dorm, Why would she care talking about it with Hyun?... I think Yong´s mom really cares about this "fake" marriage and must be because she knows his son very well .

The train: OMG!!!! OMButterflies! OMGogumas! hahaha... Nervous Hyun seemed so indefense that I wanted to run and hug her. She is so cute. And IYong seemed anxious too. And I think Yong didn´t grabbed Hyun hands when they arrived to Busan because he is shy and probably he would feel uncomfortable if his mom saw him hand in hand with a girl, but instead he was making her laugh... just my thoughts, of course.

Cheese Yong... OMG I love his romantic side! kekeke, he is fun. Please Yong bring it with you more often ^^. Hyun still reacts so shy to his words, so I think he is letting Hyun be used to it step by step.

Red glasses, EPIC, I said what I think about it before .

Leaning on his shoulder, super cute and spazzible, I think PD edited that part in a weird way. And Yong´s sweet "It is better?" and "sleep well" are just kljdslkadlkslsk haha. Anyway what I want to say is that I don´t think that was first time for them either haha... but who knows .

Hyun´s playfulness, What to say? she is so cute and lately she doesn´t seem to know what personal space is! hahaha, But I don´t complain at all .

Finally, I also got the feeling of Good Aura from Yong´s dad. What a pity that he wasn´t at home . I will be waiting for next time just like Omoni said ^^.

OMG you kno wat would of been so CUTE!! When Seo Hyun went to CN BLUE concert and said she wanted Yong Hwa's autograph and wen she was hiding her face, if Yong Hwa hugged her because it looked like the right time to put his arms around her LOL just my opinion but it looked so sweet!

TVXQ  released their special edition album on January 5th, which included a  100-page photobook and 10 tracks. The normal edition album is set to be  release next week on January 12th. This edition will have an extra track  not found in the special edition version.

The bonus track  "Journey" features SNSD's maknae, Seohyun. The song will also serve as  an OST track for Changmin's upcoming drama 'Paradise Ranch'. This will  be the second OST track found on the album. The song "Athena" was used  as an OST song for the drama 'Athena: Goddess of War'.

'Paradise  Ranch' will begin airing on January 24th on SBS on Mondays and Tuesdays.  Changmin plays the lead role as the character Han Dong Joo. He marries  Lee Da Ji (played by Lee Yeon Hee) at a tender age of 19, but ended up  divorcing. Years later, the two reunite and rediscover their feelings  for one another.

WOW!!! Yong's mom is beautiful and has a sophisticated look while Yong"s dad is handsome and he does look a good person. Now we know where yong got his fashionita taste, from mom and being a handsome fellow himself we could say its in the genes...Congrats to the Yong team!!! He really loves to buy things to Hyun...He is such a thoughtful guy and i know nobody could resist a thoughtful guy, . Yong goguma points is rising... My spazzing moments.....when their eyes met and yong said to hyun "Dont smile with that eyes". then hyun said "i am not." then yong said my heart is beating faster because of it. im dead. and another one when yong was telling hyun when and how he knows she wore glasses before and he said "i want to forget it but i can't ".. I've been wondering something while watching; was this trip to Busan and meeting the parents a mission from the WGM PD or did they decide to do it on their own? Most of the time you'll get to see how they receive the mission and their reaction to it, but here it skips right to the actual trip.

Sorry for cutting your post. Aside from what Fluorescent.Flowersaid, there is also another convincing fact that I want to point out. I'm pretty sure that meeting the parents was a decision made by Yongseo couple themselves. In the beginning they both made a to do list that consisted of points like writing a song together. Let me copy their translated to do list.

1. Get a Driving License

2. Ride a bike in a trip

3. Compose a song together

4. Charity Event

5. Regular Execise

6. Guitar Performance together

7. Save money for a ring

8. Visit Busan

9. Visit both family

10. Write a diary

11. Visit Firenze Duomo

Yeah, so we can conclude that it was their decision. I think it's so sweet that Yonghwa agreed upon it, especially when we consider that he has never introduced a girl to his parents before ^^

I must say this episode was truly adorable! This has to be my favorite shot for this episode.

Even though it's a wide shot, it looks as if Yong~ is leaning his head towards Hyun~ and Hyun's whole weight is on him! KKYAHH! ><!!

Love their chemistry.

You can totally tell that she is comfortable w/ Yong now. I mean she almost hit the guy when he was being mischievous! Frankly, I only do that to guys who I really know well! I'm really happy for this couple!

This episode was one of my favorite episodes of WGM. Yonghwa and Seohyun seemed closer than ever and it is really great to see that closeness. I am enjoying these WGM episodes more than ever.

I was reading some of the comments and questions here by some people and I wanted to may be offer possible explanations.

Some people have mentioned Yonghwa seemed a little distant in comparison to Nichkhun in these "visit family" episodes. I can't remember who but someone asked why Yonghwa sat in the front seat instead of in the back with Seohyun while they were in Yonghwa's mom's car.

To get a clear picture of why Yonghwa might have acted the way he did, one has to look at Korean culture and customs as well as "Busan guys' way of thinking". Korea is a very traditional country with clear sets of "etiquettes" about how young should act in front of elders, including how young couple should act in front of in-laws. Some of these "etiquettes" have gotten lost over the years and some younger people don't follow them, but it is still regarded a good manner to follow them.

Yonghwa sitting in the front seat next to his mom instead of in the back seat with Seohyun while his mom is driving is one of these "etiquettes". It was in very good sense for Yonghwa to do that. By doing that, he showed respect to him mom and, in doing so, he did not put Seohyun in a difficult position with his mom. He is following one of very traditional Korean customs. He is being very considerate and being respectful at the same time to both his "wife" and to his mom by seating in the front seat next to his mom instead of in the back seat with his wife.

Same is the case when they were at the sushi place. In Korea, there is a delicate balance between how a man acts and how the relationship between his mom and his wife turns out as a result. By holding a neutral ground most of the time between his mom and Seohyun and adding comments to support Seohyun only occasionally, Yonghwa did a lot to help Seohyun have a very smooth beginning with his mom. Seohyun did very well as well, by holding her neutral ground and supporting his mom when necessary. I am sure she earned a lot of points from Yonghwa's mom.

As for some concerns that Yonghwa seemed a little distant in Busan... Please, no worries there. Here, one must take a look at the ways of Busan guys. Busan is one of the must unique cities in Korea from the way Busan natives talk to the way "Busan guys" act. Well, from the way Kyungsangdo men are known to act usually, to be exact. Kyungsangdo is a region where Busan is located.

I still remember the very first time I visited Busan. Even though I was born and raised in Korea, I felt as though I was visiting a whole new country when I visited Busan for the very first time, because of the dialect. I haven't know many Busan guys but I've heard so much from the ladies who dated them or married to them.

Busan guys are notorious for their "alofness" and "abruptness" of speaking and acting although they have very kind and caring hearts. They are known for not showing their emotions and their affections towards their wives and girlfriends openly in public. Yonghwa is not like most "typical Busan guys" usually, but his "Busan guyness" shows up at times. Combine his "Busan guyness" with his natural "shyness" as well as his way of "protecting Seohyun's innocence"... You could see why it took so long to even hold Seohyun's hand.

To all the posters who keep my knowledge of Korean customs and traditions up to date - thank you!

In the USA, it would have been all right for the boyfriend to sit in the back with the girlfriend. But in Korea it is all about respect (especially for your elders!) so it was good to know Yong was doing the right thing by sitting up front with his mother. The 'taxi driver' or 'limo driver' idea never popped into my head, so now it makes sense!

That's what I guessed from what I understand with Busan men. Some here, if not a lot, observed that Yong seems to be the one putting a distance from Hyun (literally) and Hyun seems to be the one initiating major skinship. From the earlier episodes, we could see that Yong is a touchy person. He taps Hyun shoulder or lap, he hold hands with his dongsaengs (Minhyuk and Jungshin, of course not with Jonghyun! Hahah!) so, naturally we or I perceived him that he would naturally initiate holding hands, too. But we rationalized at that moment, too that maybe he was protecting Hyun or respecting her polite-innocent character. But, lately, when everybody is saying they have to hold hands and Seulong even encouraged them to kiss, Yong's reaction is not that encouraging, and I began to wonder. My only answer is, he is a Busan man after all. He is touchy but not intimate and not even romantic. Hahah! Whenever he initiates skinship he clothes it with a joke or a bet. When he throws flattering comments to Hyun he says them in a matter of fact manner with a big grin or a wide smile.

Okay, maybe I'm just over reading or too much rationalizing, maybe it's just a show (WGM), or a well-thought move from Yong or the PD.

Whatever. Important thing is...kay77, we miss your postings! Hahah!

EDIT: QUESTION: Yong's brother is older than him. Why did he introduce him to Hyun as a dongsaeng? Kept repeating that part and while Jonghyun said "hyung", Yong said "dongsaeng". Confusing.

totally loved the episode! I think during lunch, her mother is starting to love her daughter in law more when they were talking abt the phonecalls, seo said something to yong abt expressing himself to his parents more. MIL was beaming with pride and happiness.

am i the only one who loves seeing the CNBlue backstage scene? Seo looks genuinely happy, she was all smiling brightly, when she realised they were yonghwa's family. it was indeed a genuine smile, definitely wasnt pretentious she was happy meeting his parents. truly like a real daughter in law.

love how comfortable seohyun is with yonghwa now! and i love that yonghwa didnt sit at the back with seo, i think guys should sit infront when his mother is driving. if his father is driving its prolly best for him to let his mother sit with seohyun at the back too. thats a manly thing to do. its definitely more respectful for him to sit infront while his mother is driving cause she aint a driver for them.

now if they are meeting seo's parents, same thing, if mother is driving, either yong or seo can sit infront, if dad is driving yong can sit in front or the mother in law.
