74/155x100= 47,74but I'm pretty sure and have always been said that I have short legs and also are you sure that we should measure it straight to the floor?

Ah, guess I should thank my mum for the length of my legs (she always says I'm lucky to get it from her and not my dad xD)

I don't know who wrote this, but it should probably be clarified that women - on average - have shorter leg-to-torso ratio than men. So, I don't know what the true "normal" ratios for each gender would be now.
