Good morning everybody

Soo Hyun's "The Moon Embraces The Sun" was shown in year 2012 or 2013 (not sure) and in between these 3 years or so, there were many other historical dramas and obviously with many actors good in it. It is gratifying to know that he remains on top of the list for so many years.

Besides, the margin of the number of  votes are widest between him and the other actors. The love for him in his homeland is very deeply rooted. We are always harping on the importance of the  love and support  he has from his fellow citizens. To us, in this crazy tumultous world, the closest or friendliest country may be your enemy in just a few days. No where is better than your own country (just  our opinion). 

Soo Hyun dear, always remain grounded. Never let all these successes blurred your vision.

Lately, it seems the trend that after the release of a drama the male lead will be touring all over for fans meetings. We presumed that it is a way of securing more income for the actor (Agency).  Noteworthy fact will be that the female leads are seldom involved unless there are indications that the male lead has no star power for a solo fans meetings.

From the interviews conducted on those actors and the behaviors of fans, those meetings could be tiring and sometime embarrassing to the actors. Not all interviewers are that professional, not all interviewers are not biased, not all interviewers are not rude. Not all fans are that understanding, not all fans are civilised and not all fans are intelligent enough to ask the right questions. Most of the fans meetings should have been arranged before the release of the drama presuming that it should be successful. It would be more embarrassing to the actors involved when the ratings of the drama were far from expected. It would also be embarrassing for the actors if the sittings in the venue were only more than half  filled.

We also reach the conclusion (just our opinion) that not all actors acted professionally in front of fans after reading all those interviews and watching some of the videos of those actors during fans meetings. We are so relieved that Soo Hyun's imaginary Drama "Bowling Prince" was  exceptional and he is spared of all fans meetings even though Soo Hyun is different from some of those actors, namely.

1. Soo Hyun, though a very humble person, respect himself. He wont do anything "disrespectful to himself or his fellow citizens" just to please fans;

2. He is well mannered and no pretentious behavior  since his debut. Consequently, fans automatically dont expect him to lower his  super star status to  that of a  comedian.

3. His fans love him sincerely and so no unacceptable requests from the fans during fans meetings.

Hello Chingus nice meeting you ALL!

My first post here in KSH thread.   A little bit of introduction.  I'm a fanatic of K-drama for a long time.  The first drama that capture my heart and lead me to be k-drama addict is WINTER SONATA..  After WINTER SONATA..  the first ever K-drama actor that  I love and  admire the most because of his kindness,  humbleness, good looks  and high caliber acting talent is no other than

KIM SOO HYUN,  After  watching  his 1st drama Dream High I said to myself this young man has a future in K-DRAMA.  A deep emotion and undeniable acting. After watching him from Dream High  I search on the internet all his work.

And I never go wrong after the amazing performance in METS and MLFS that lead him to International Fame that until now no one can replace and have reach that point or peak of stardom.

Many actors will come and go but nobody can replace him because of his impact in K- Drama and entertainment..

 Looking forward to his new movie REAL and new DRAMA before his mandatory enlistment..  I know despite his absence for 2 years our support and love for him will always be there and we will be patiently waiting for his COMEBACK...

 

I post rarely but I always visit this forum to check updates and pics of my dear KIM SOO HYUN.

On May 21, ZIOZIA, a men 's clothing brand of Shinseong Trade Co., Ltd, finished the successful signing of Kim Soo - hyun' s fan signing ceremony on the 17th. On this day, Kim Seo-hyun showed off his unique fashion sense by matching the black-and-white blocking sweater to the monotone Double Goose down coat.

The official said, "This fan signing event, which was held at Daegu Lotte Department Store, was the result of the Korean and Chinese fans who came to meet Kim Soo-hyun with customers before the event.

161221 Top 10 Hallyu Star "2017 Favorite Korean Star in China"

[My Daily, reporter Lee Seung-gil] Actors Kim Soo Hyun, Jun Ji Hyun, and Song Jung-ki have become Chinese favorite Korean stars in 2017.

On the 21st, the Korea Consumer Forum along with the China People's Daily's People's Network released the results of a questionnaire survey of 10 Korean stars expected to perform in 2017 . Consumer survey conducted on People's Daily Online and Mobile Homepage from 2 to 8.

The result is :
1. KIM SOO HYUN 2. Jun Ji Hyun 3.Song Jung-ki 4.Kim Hee-cheol 5.Yoona 6. Big Bang 7. EXO 8. Red velvet 9. NCT DREAM 10.NCT127 is the top 10 list Korean star who is expected to be active in 2017. In China alone 307,520 people participated in the survey.

Chae Jae-ho of the Korea Consumer Forum said, "Despite the recent strengthening of the G-2 summit in China, the Chinese interest in Hallyu stars has not cooled down, and Korean stars are expecting active in China in a short period of time.
